Ashley Greene In Giambattista Valli – “Inside the mark Studio”

Ashley Greene attended “Inside the mark Studio” event at the Glass Houses in New York City yesterday.

As the face of the ‘mark’ brand she spoke to fans online at the studio and schooled them on what it takes to be an ambassador.

Like Bianca Brandolini D’Adda and Olivia Palermo, the “Twilight” star is developing a love for Giambattista Valli.

I adore her wearing this Giambattista Valli contrast fabric dress.

The beige bodice and tweed skirt is the perfect sophisticated look for the young actress, without aging her too much.

She paired her look with black tights and black Casadei pumps.

Olivia Palermo In Giambattista Valli – 2010 ACE Awards

Olivia Palermo attended the 14th Annual ACE Awards presented by the Accessories Council at Cipriani in New York City last night.

The well-dressed star wore her 2nd Giambattista Valli look in a row since returning from Paris Fashion Week.

On this occasion she wore a Giambattista Valli Fall 2010 look.

Her graphic-print silk dress with a drop waist has a gorgeous layered tulle feather-effect skirt.

I’m glad she opted out of the belt the model wore, as the dress hangs better without it.

I’m also dying for her accessories which included a Judith Leiber clutch.

Her shoes are amazing. It would’ve have been easy to opt for black pumps, but she paired her cute dress with bright blue Cesare Paciotti heels with a funky yellow trim.

Leighton Meester In Giambattista Valli – 27th Annual Night Of Stars

Stars are rushing to be the first to snap up the Spring 2011 pieces.

Leighton Meester was the first to wear a Giambattista Valli colour-block dress from the Spring 2011 collection to the 27th Annual Night Of Stars in New York City last night.

I love the draping on her two-tone nude and white dress, but I wish she had worn the runway version as the colours make more of an impact.

I can’t help looking at her vintage Van Cleef & Arpels jewels, especially the necklace.

Leighton accessorized with a Ferragamo clutch and blue Ferragamo pumps.

Nude pumps would’ve been predictable, but they would’ve worked sooo much better in my opinion. Gold would’ve been a good option too.

Olivia Palermo In Giambattista Valli – 2010 Whitney Gala and Studio Party

It looks like Olivia Palermo has fallen hard for stunning designs by Giambattista Valli since attending his Spring 2011 presentation in Paris earlier this month.

The socialite wore a sleeveless white Giambattista Valli Fall 2010 dress with the most adorable pink shoes I have ever seen in my life.

Her dress has the same shape, bow front detail and contrasting hem as the runway version, but obviously without the colour or the print.

I think Olivia could’ve also pulled off the runway version, but she made the right choice as the white is more classic and chic.

A pewter clutch completed her look.

Front Row @ Giambattista Valli Spring 2011

Bianca Brandolini D’Adda wore a black Giambattista Valli Fall 2010 sleeveless dress with a sheer panel in the front row of the designers Spring 2011 presentation yesterday.

She of course wore her trademark booties with her dress.

Tousled waves and few gold accessories completed her look.

Olivia Palermo gave us yet another perfectly polished look.

She wore a Giambattista Valli asymmetrical textured mini dress with a Willow beige blazer.

Chunky gold accessories and mustard heels complete this simple yet elegant look.

Anna Dello Rosso definitely stood out in the front row wearing an animal print Balmain Fall 2010 dress.

She teamed her dress with a diamond encrusted gold necklace, an animal print Fendi clutch and Alaia heels.

I sensed she’s very much over her picture being taken this season.

Giambattista Valli Spring 2011

At Giambattista Valli’s Spring 2011 presentation you couldn’t move without bumping into a gorgeous socialite.

They came from Italy, France and New York to support the designer known for making amazing dresses for sexy chic young fashionistas.

They wouldn’t have been disappointed as there was plenty for them to choose from.

On a neutral colour palette with pops of orange, mustard and leopard print, Giambattista Valli presented a retro chic collection of minis and breath-taking gowns.

Tunic dresses, shift dresses, high-waisted capri pants, flowing gowns, gowns with tulip-shaped skirts, a T-shirt paired with a skirt made of organza petals, a bandage skirt worn over a shirt-dress and a cropped jacket paired with an oversized pocketed skirt was presented.

I was most impressed with the details.

The embroidery and floral prints really stood out for me. White embroidery was even added to some of the animal prints to add more texture to the look.

Silver metallic pockets was another detail which complemented the silver necklaces, waistbands and cuffs the models wore.

We can all rejoice as flats continue to be the seen on the runway during the Spring 2011 presentations.

The age of crazy heels that even models can’t walk in seem to be over.
