Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Minnie Driver hosted the Starlight Children’s Foundation Midwest’s 25th Anniversary Gala at The Standard Club in Chicago, Illinois recently.

It’s been a long while since we saw the British actress, but she looked stunning wearing a Georges Hobeika Spring 2011 Signature gown to this event.

The white gown with gold embellishments on the shoulders and around the waist, was an elegant choice for the gala which supports critically and chronically ill children throughout Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Hobeika will show his Fall 2011 Couture collection during Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week next month.

I’m sure celebs are eagerly awaiting his next collection as I am.

The 2011 Shanghai International Film Festival took place yesterday on a cold and rainy night, but that didn’t stop Fan Bing Bing from shining on the red carpet at the opening ceremony.

The Asian beauty look sensational wearing a Georges Hobeika Spring 2011 Couture gown.

Her lavender strapless mousseline gown accented with a GH signature waistband is heavenly.

The angelic look included a very interesting Louis Vuitton clutch which almost looks like a creature from another planet.

This is Fan Bing Bing at her best.

Although I love her more theatrical looks when she has fun with fashion, you can’t beat effortless beauty.

Cartier jewels completed her look.

Jennifer Lopez opted for a very sweet and girlie look for the 20th Anniversary ICON Awards which was held at the UCLA Longevity Center in LA last night.

We’ve seen a lot of the Jennifer ‘diva’ Lopez during American Idol, so it was refreshing to see Jennifer’s softer side wearing a nude Georges Hobeika Spring 2011 dress from the designers’ signature collection.

The dress with sequin waistline and geometric cut-outs was paired with satin champagne coloured peep-toe ankle strap pumps and jewels from the Diamond in the Rough ‘Iceberg’ collection.

Cheryl Hines attended the 2011 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in Washington, DC this weekend.

The actress opted for a Georges Hobeika Couture gown.

Her hand beaded floral silver and English rose one shoulder gown is exquisite. I’m blown away by the details in the close up.

A silver clutch, a chic updo and dazzling drop earrings completed her look.

Best Dressed/Most Angelic Award
This is my first time featuring AnnaSophia Robb on my site, and she’s off to a perfect start at the 2011 Academy Of Country Music Awards.

She glowed wearing a Georges Hobeika Spring 2011 Couture dress.

Her lavender belted cocktail dress was perfectly teamed with Giuseppe Zanotti silver heels and subtle silver earrings by Caleo Fine Jewelry and Kara Ackerman Designs white topaz eternity bracelet.

This is a beautiful modern Couture look worthy of any Best Dressed List.

Juliette Lewis joined the likes of Cameron Diaz and Zoe Saldana on the red carpet at the 2011 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in West Hollywood on Sunday night.

She looked gorgeous wearing a midnight blue Georges Hobeika Couture gown. I can’t find a single fault.

Her stunning simple couture gown had a jewel encrusted sash on the waist and a gathered detail on the bodice.

Georges Hobeika is known for his elaborate Couture designs, but this simple design is just as breath-taking and effective on the red carpet.

If you are as old as I am, Juliette Lewis will always be remembered as the girl who wore cornrows on the Oscar red carpet.
