Nieves Alvarez For Solo Moda Show #28 & #29

Here is a quick look at Nieves Alvarez’ looks from her Solo Moda show this weekend.

Look 1: Emilio Pucci Pre-Fall 2012 dress with Salvatore Ferragamo sandals.

Look 2: Vionnet Fall 2012 ensemble with Gianvito Rossi pumps.

Look 3: Gucci Pre-Fall 2012 printed dress and belt with Jimmy Choo sandals.

Look 4: Frankie Morello Fall 2012 blazer and shirt. Roberto Torretta leather trousers and Roger Vivier ankle boots.

Look 5: Giambattista Valli Fall 2012 silk dress. Jimmy choo sandals.

Look 6: Rachel Roy Fall 2012 printed dress and Mango belt. Luciano Padovan sandals.

The red Giambattista Valli is my favourite from this week.

Nerea Garmendia In Burberry Prorsum & Frankie Morello – ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Madrid Premiere

While Anne Hathaway and Marion Cotillard were strutting their stuff on the red carpet in London for the premiere for ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ yesterday evening, Nerea Garmendia was doing the same in Madrid, Spain.

The brunette actress opted for a casual look wearing a Burberry Prorsum owl-motif tee from the Fall 2012 collection, with a Frankie Morello Fall 2012 mini skirt.
I find this look a tad confusing.

The cutesy tee and the edgy studded skirt don’t work together for me. A simple black tee would’ve worked so better. I also think the skirt is sitting too high on the waist.

I’m shocked to say that this is the first time I haven’t liked a pair of shoes worn by a Spanish actress.

Even though she’s wearing a mini skirt, the Christian Louboutin ankle boots are making her legs look stumpy.

The pieces are great individually, but they don’t excite as they are presented here.

Nieves Alvarez In Andrew Gn, Frankie Morello & Pinko – Solo Moda

Nieves Alvarez continues to impress, giving us three new fresh looks on Saturday for her ‘Solo Moda’ TV show.

She started off wearing an Andrew Gn Spring 2012 floral-print halter dress with a tulip skirt.

I’m so glad she wore her hair up with this look to show off the beaded details, but I am missing the beaded blue waistband.

Jimmy Choo sandals and an Oscar de la Renta cuff perfectly accessorized this look.

Nieves’ hemline was considerably shorter for her second look. I love her rose-gold Christian Louboutin pumps which were added to her Frankie Morello Fall 2012 coral long-sleeve gold-studded mini dress. Not many could pull off this look.

After showcasing her enviable long legs for the first two looks, Nieves opted for a more sophisticated ensemble wearing a Pinko Fall 2012 look which included a crisp white shirt and green pants styled with Pandora jewels.

I absolutely love the coral Christian Louboutin pumps with this look. It may have been forgettable without them.

It takes a brave woman (with perfect pins) to pull off an ultra-mini dress, so the Frankie Morello dress is my favourite. The addition of the rose-gold pumps was genius.

Kylie Minogue In Frankie Morello – Starfloor Event

Kylie Minogue showed off a lot of leg when she performed at the Starfloor event in Paris recently.

She performed with Taio Cruz and she also did her own set delighting the crowds by singing her classic hits, “Get Outta My Way”, “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head” and “Love At First Sight.”

Her Frankie Morello Spring 2010 dress was the perfect stage look.

It’s sexy, has an eye-catching sea blue colour, a cheeky denim skirt and a chiffon train for plenty of movement.
