Ashley Tisdale is very much like us.

When she gets a new bag she can’t leave home without it.

Her current obsession is her Fendi Peekaboo satchel.

I’m guessing she’s temporarily kicked her Louis Vuitton bag habit.

The bag is so beautiful, but it seems a bit too grand to be worn with sweat pants and moccasins, but that laid back dress sense with high end accessories is very much in tune with LA style.

The Fendi Peekaboo satchel has a timeless quality to it, and could also be used as a chic briefcase.

You can purchase this bag in black from Saks.com and it’s also available in tan suede.

Earlier this week America Ferrera was spotted filming scenes for “Ugly Betty” with co-star Eric Mabius.

America as Betty was surprisingly toned down for her character.

Normally Betty is seen wearing clashing bright colours, but on this occasion she wore subtle navy and black, with the only pop of colour colour coming from her sandals.

This look allowed her Fendi Velvet Squirrel Spy Bag to stand-out.

This 2005 Limited Edition Fendi Velvet Squirrel Spy Bag is made of a soft burgundy velvet, with an embroidered detail which included a squirrel – hence the name – plus sparkling rhinestones woven into the embroidery.

If you’re thinking “that’s one ugly bag”, the demand for this bag back in 2005 was huge.

Regular readers will know that I’m all about the drama.

The more dramatic the dress, the more I fall in love which is why I’m salivating over Rihanna’s Stéphane Rolland Spring 2009 Couture gown.

I expected Rihanna to walk red carpet wearing a Balmain Spring 2010 dress with cut-out details in the hips, so this was a very pleasant surprise.

The white Stéphane Rolland mermaid shaped gown had a pleated detail on the front which swirled around the bodice, before exploding all over the skirt.

This will be a love it or hate it dress. What say you?

Before I fell for Cate Blanchett, it was all about Catherine Zeta Jones. She was my first girl crush.

I had such admiration for her as she held her own on the red carpet amongst the Hollywood major players.

We haven’t seen much of her lately, but walking the red carpet at this event last night she proved that she hasn’t lost any of her sparkle.

CJZ looked outstanding wearing a navy blue Gustavo Cadile’s Resort 2010 lurex gown.

I loved cut, it flatters her so well. I also love how the gown shimmers.

Welcome back Mrs Jones-Douglas, we missed you.

From one ageless beauty to another.

Iman – as usual – looked OUT-Friggin-Standing.

It’s not easy to follow the gorgeous Karlie Kloss because she totally owns everything she wears on the runway.

But when you’re Iman, that doesn’t matter.

The uber model walked the red carpet wearing a pink Jason Wu Spring 2010 feathered confection that is totally delightful.

I love the neon green waistband and her matchy matchy runway platform heels.

She totally stands out as one of the best on this red carpet.

Never take a day of Iman….I BEG you.

Some of you have expressed your confusion as to why Kerry Washington receives so much praise for her red carpet choices.

Come on guys, looks at how amazing she looks wearing this Fendi Spring 2010 blush pink lace floor-length dress.

She looks simply elegant, the colour complements her skin-tone, she accessorized well with silver stunning jewels and a Christian Louboutin snake skin print clutch.

Her look is totally effortless.

What’s not to love?

The Stella McCartney Resort 2010 collection still proves to be the most worn collection by celebrities this year.

Liya Kebede, joins Stella McCartney and Jessica Simpson who have both worn this coat/dress.

It’s not just celebrities who have fallen for Stella’s Resort collection.

Glamour magazine’s Editor-in-Chief Cindi Leive walked the red carpet with SVP & Publishing Director Bill Wackermann wearing the same Resort 2010 dress we’ve seen on Frieda Pinto.

It was no surprise that Stella McCartney was honoured at this event.

The designer was of course wearing self designed pieces which all worked well together.

Stella tends to wear a lot of black, so this pop of colour is really refreshing.

Serena Williams is getting the hand of this red carpet thing as she is radiant at this event wearing a red asymmetrical Pamella Roland gown.

I think she has looked her best yet after her stunning Gucci look a few weeks ago.

Yes she looks muscular, but there’s nothing she can do about that.

I would love to say I have finally embraced Katharine McPhee’s platinum blonde ‘do, but I continue to struggle with it.

Hair aside, I totally in love with her BODYAMR peacock blue jersey gown.

The gown shows off her figure, whilst the black patent leather trim and open back shows off Katharine’s sexy side.

The singer/actress accessorized with a black leather Perrin Paris 1893 Riva Pochette oversize clutch.

Maria Shriver looked fab wearing a black lace strapless Monique Lhuillier gown.

Amy Poehler glittered in a gold Stella McCartney cocktail dress.

After 24 hours without internet access I breathe a sigh of relief as the withdrawal symptoms were seriously beginning to kicking in.

We saw the red carpet for the New York premiere, now the ladies on the west coast put on their best dresses for “The September Issue” LA premiere.

Ginnifer Goodwin was by far my favourite wearing a cute red embellished Marc Jacobs Resort 2010 dress with a tiered skirt and a ribbon tied to the waist.

My only problem are the pointy pumps, the runway heels are divine although I can imagine impossible to walk in.

May I just say WOW.

Shenae Grimes blows me away wearing a stunning sparkling black dress from the Fendi Spring 2009, and I really disliked that collection so this look is even more impressive.

Her hair was swept to the side, her make-up was flawless and she paired her dress with stunning Jimmy Choo Karina studded shoe-boots.

She works this grown up look well without looking too old.

I get a boho hippy vibe from Jennifer Morrison in this Stella McCartney maxi dress, when I would’ve assumed the wearer of this dress would have given off more of a gothic vibe.

I surprisingly don’t hate the look.  The lace and velvet details add to the charm of this look.

Rose Byrne wore an Alberta Ferretti Fall 2009 teal silk chiffon and sequin cocktail dress.

The dress is unexpectedly paired with nude heels and silvery clutch.

Trust Maggie Q to be the sex kitten of this red carpet.

The stunning actress looked outstanding wearing a Azzaro strapless dress.

The dusty pink strapless dress has a bow detailing at hem and studded details on the hip.

The actress paired her dress with nude Brian Atwood Manic pumps.

Some of you have commented on previous Dita von Teese post that you are bored of her, mostly because her hair and make-up are always the same.

I will never tire of Dita.

She gives us perfection from the top of her head to the tip of her well-manicure big toe.

Just when you are expecting another black structured dress, she arrives at this event in a Fendi Spring 2009 nude dress covered in floral appliqués.

I was not at all fond of the Fendi Spring 2009 collection, but Dita’s dress has been modified to suit her sensual style.

The extra layer under the dress has been removed to become a shorter dress, with a deep plunging neckline showing even more of her milky skin.

Her look is complete with red lips, red nails, watermelon satin heels and a matching floral Fendi clutch.

She’s definitely up for Best Dressed this week, as she gives us the romance of summer dressing when so many are already wearing Fall pieces.

We all have one item we just can’t live without.

For me it’s my blackberry, followed by vintage cross-body bag. But for Marsia Tomei, she just loves to carry her Fendi Borderline clutch on the red carpet.

We have seen her carry her favourite clutch to many events over the last couple of weeks including the Golden Globes and The Critic’s Choice Awards, which you can see works with all her looks.

The pleated fabric clutch has an envelope flap fastening with a stamped Fendi logo, and comes with a chain, to carry as a purse.

You can purchase this clutch from Browns Fashion for £730/€825.23/$1,050.03.
