Zendaya In Fausto Puglisi – 2015 Met Gala

"China: Through The Looking Glass" Costume Institute Benefit Gala - Arrivals

Zendaya was a welcome addition to the ‘China: Through the Looking Glass’ 2015 Met Gala red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday (May 4).

Bringing a youthful sense of whimsical fun to the proceedings, the starlet fully captivated in her Fausto Puglisi number, emblazoned with a bold sun motif that artfully took into account the evening’s Chinese theme.

The voluminous shaping and fanciful flair of the skirt was perfectly suited to any event with ‘Through the Looking Glass’ in its name.

Her signature edgy sense of style was also captured in her wrist and arm cuffs and tiara-like headpiece, where the sharp sunbeam shapes were likewise repeated.

With this wonderland of a look, Zendaya gives us a lesson in how to dress for the Met Gala.

Emily Ratajkowski In Fausto Puglisi – 2015 MTV Movie Awards

Emily Ratajkowski In Fausto Puglisi - 2015 MTV Movie Awards

Emily Ratajkowski directed all attention her way at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (April 12) in Los Angeles, California.

After a run of more sophisticated, covered-up ensembles, tonight saw the ‘Gone Girl’ actress returning to her favoured skin-is-in looks—ignoring any rule to choose cleavage or legs, but not both.

The Fausto Puglisi Fall 2015 embellished mini-frock checked all the boxes for bare skin, bold bling, and bright colour, all the while packing a punk-ish attitude.

Although the effect was a bit brash for my taste, I did appreciate her sleek styling, including a slicked-back ponytail, natural makeup, and minimalistic accessories including Jennifer Meyer rings and Eva Fehren earrings.

She’s got it, so she certainly took the opportunity to flaunt it.

Keke Palmer In Fausto Puglisi – ‘Brotherly Love’ Atlanta Screening

Keke Palmer In Fausto Puglisi - 'Brotherly Love' Atlanta Screening

Keke Palmer attended the ‘Brotherly Love’ movie screening at Phipps Plaza on Tuesday (April 7) in Atlanta, Georgia.

There was a brief period of try-hardness from Keke, which frankly I couldn’t get on board with. It felt too false, too fast and not at all right fit for the bubbly actress.

So I was delighted to see her back on form for this event, wearing a Fausto Puglisi Resort 2015 tri-colour fit-and-flare frock, which takes her down a fun, flirty, playful path without leaving a bitter taste.

The look was styled with those ever so popular Alexandre Birman ‘Lolita’ knot sandals and loose waves replaced that pixie honey-blonde crop.

Much improved for Keke?

Zendaya Coleman In Fausto Puglisi – 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards

Zendaya Coleman In Fausto Puglisi - 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards

Zendaya Coleman was also at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards hosted at The Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (March 29) in Los Angeles, California.

Fresh from her appearance at the 2015 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards the night before, the style chameleon yet again changed her stripes, debuting another new statement look.

Her Fausto Puglisi Fall 2015 mini-dress, with its bright green and hot-pink bodice and a skirt swirled in a graphic black-and-white motif, reflected the electric vision of the designer’s fall runway.

The blinged-out beading of the skirt was only matched by a selection of Carla Amorim and Pasquale Bruni jewels, along with hot-pink heels. Her hair story saw her go from a bowl-cut bob on Saturday to a lusciously feisty full mane here.

Few could wear this skin-baring, ostentatious number without it coming off in tasteless appeal, but leave it to Zendaya to rock it out with an event-appropriate fun spirit.

Rita Ora In Fausto Puglisi – Charli XCX Gig

Rita Ora In Fausto Puglisi - Charli XCX Gig

Rita Ora was spotted with a few friends making their way to the Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London, England, for the Charli XCX gig on Thursday (March 25).

The singer certainly stands out in this trio, wearing a Fausto Puglisi Pre-Fall 2015 look featuring bold contrasts, which has always been what has set the label apart from the rest.

I have always enjoyed pattern play, and this is no exception, as the unified colour palette help the different patterns work together.

Opting to wear tights with strappy embellished sandals, the singer topped off her look with her signature lip colour.

The PEOPLE Magazine Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The PEOPLE Magazine Awards

Here is a roundup of the other attendees who took to the red carpet for the PEOPLE Magazine Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday (December 18) in Beverly Hills, California.

Jennifer Aniston: Still not able to fully break away from her favourite colour black, the actress collected her ‘Movie Performance of the Year’ award for ‘Horrible Bosses 2’ wearing a black and white fit-and-flare Fausto Puglisi Spring 2015 dress. The silhouette may be different, but why does everything feel the same?

Karlie Kloss: The catwalker took home the ‘Model of the Year’ award looking very beautiful and statuesque wearing a sexy Zac Posen bustier and laser-cut pony-skin Marchesa skirt styled with sexy Giuseppe Zanotti Design criss-cross strap sandals and a signature Marchesa clutch.

Kate Upton: The model picked up ‘PEOPLE’s Sexist Woman’ award wearing an all-black all-leather look, selecting a Tamara Mellon bodysuit and a Thomas Wylde ‘Topsy Turvy’ skirt styled with Brian Atwood satin ‘Besame’ pumps and a vintage corseted belt from The Way We Wore. While my mind boggles at how uncomfortable a leather bodysuit must be, this isn’t such a bad look for Kate.

Rita Ora In Fausto Puglisi – KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball 2014

Rita Ora In Fausto Puglisi - KIIS FM's Jingle Ball 2014

Rita Ora attended the KIIS FM Jingle Ball 2014 held at the Staples Center on Friday (December 5) in Los Angeles, California.

While Rita’s style can be very hit-and-miss, I always appreciate her efforts to keep things interesting and her fearless take-a-risk approach to fashion.

This Fausto Puglisi citron ‘Suburbia Gladiator’ sweatshirt and black and white mini skirt with crystal-embroidered panel from the Spring 2015 collection styled with gladiator sandals has its pros and cons.

Pros: The sweatshirt.

Cons: The Jennifer Meyer reverse choker, the unflattering skirt and the leg-stumping sandals. Oh, and that bobbed wig.

In short, me no likey.
