Kate Bosworth has long been the queen of Coachella, leading the way when it comes to boho dressing, but for this years festival I felt like she has evolved, passed the denim shorts and fringe hobo bags to a style that had more finesse and more polish.
Some might argue that isn’t what Coachella is about, but I’m totally enamoured by both looks.
Coach Backstage Party: Wearing all white save for her tan sandals, I like how her lace up white Equipment ‘Knox’ shirt gives a slight ’70s folklore vibe to her modern look.
The Empire Polo Club: This was my favourite look of the two, as I love the styling of her white Kempner ‘Barbell’ T-Shirt dress with the Navajo inspired Etro jacket, self-designed western-inspired studded boots and Coach ‘Rivets Dakotah’ bag from the previous look.
In interviews, Kate claims that her Coachella looks were thrown together last minute, but I think it’s clear a lot of time, effort and planning went into these looks. Not that that’s a bad thing.
