InStyle Best Of British Talent Pre-BAFTA Party Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a quick roundup of the other celebs joining Mollie King, Natalie Dormer and Anna Friel on the red carpet at InStyle magazine’s ‘The Best of British Talent’ Pre-BAFTA party held at Dartmouth House on Tuesday (February 4) in London.

Delilah: The singer wore a sexy Dolce & Gabbana black lace bustier and pencil skirt with a black Alberta Ferretti Spring 2014 cropped jacket with colourful floral embroidery, adding a pop of colour via her aqua-blue platform heels, and completing the look with a Heidi-braided updo.

Erin O’Connor: The supermodel used the occasion to showcase her baby bump. At five months gone, the mother-to-be was glowing wearing a black crepe crystal encrusted gown from Jenny Packham’s Spring 2013 collection. An ivory Smythson Soho Diary Clutch completed her maternity look.

Lilah Parsons: The model wore a pretty Emilia Wickstead pale-pink embellished frock with an extended neckline styled with hot-red pumps.

Caitlin Fitzgerald In Emilia Wickstead - 2014 Golden Globe Awards

Caitlin Fitzgerald was all smiles at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 12).

The ‘Masters of Sex’ actress wore a powder blue dress from Emilia Wickstead Spring 2014 with blue and coral ankle strap pumps from Emilia Wickstead.

It’s fun to see Caitlin channeling her ‘Masters of Sex’ character with a 1950s-style silhouette. She makes a savvy choice by opting for relaxed hair and make-up, which keeps the look from veering too retro.

An Anya Hindmarch ‘Duke Shagreen’ clutch completed her look.

Sally Hawkins In Emilia Wickstead - New York Film Critics Circle Awards

Sally Hawkins joined her ‘Blue Jasmine’ co-star Cate Blanchett and Melonie Diaz and Octavia Spencer on the red carpet for the 2013 New York Film Critics Circle Awards Ceremony held at The Edison Ballroom on Monday (January 6) in New York City.

The Golden Globe (best supporting actress) nominee teased her brunette locks into a curly updo while wearing a long-sleeved blush embroidered dress with pearl appliqués which nips her in at the waist.

Her vintage-inspired Emilia Wickstead Fall 2013 frock was styled with a matching satin Louboutin clutch, Thomas Sabo earrings and taupe Louboutin pumps, with a nude lip completing her look.

At first I was perplexed by the updo, but on reflection it adds an effervescent touch to a look which could otherwise have read matronly.

Poppy Delevingne In Emilia Wickstead - British Fashion Awards 2013

Poppy Delevingne was also among the fashion set at the 2013 British Fashion Awards, hosted Monday evening at the London Coliseum in England.

The stylish socialite also eschewed the gown memo and gave us something more flirty and fun to consider.

Wearing one of Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge’s go-to British designers, Poppy donned an Emilia Wickstead Spring 2014 short shirtdress.

Boasting a whimsical print of black grand pianos, piano keys and pale pink music notes, the frock certainly changed the tempo of the red carpet, if only for a few minutes.

When paired with ballet-pink, ankle-strap pumps and a glittery, gold clutch, the look took on an exuberant, quirky spirit that was hard not to appreciate—or at least smile at.

The fringe of black eyelashes, along with teased, bedhead locks, added a certain retro-cool vibe.

Do you think she hit the right note, or are chords clashing with this look?

Willow Shield In Emilia Wickstead - 'The Hunger Games Catching Fire' World Premiere

Willow Shields joined her co-stars Jennifer Lawrence, Elizabeth Banks and Jena Malone on the red carpet for ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ world premiere held at the Odeon Leicester Square this evening.

The 13-year-old actress looked shocked when I asked if she was wearing Emilia Wickstead. Not knowing that I spend half my time on Style.com.

Her Spring 2014 sleeveless sunshine-yellow frock was as bright as it appeared on the runway. This picture isn’t really doing much justice to the vivid hue.

Working the red carpet like a pro, she was the only one who didn’t shield herself from the rain with a coat. I am sure this was due to her excitement about the grand occasion and wanting to showcase her pretty frock. A girl after my own heart.

What perfects this look is her styling: bubblegum-pink Aperlai Paris ankle-strap heels and stunning Bijoux Heart jewels.
