Olivia Wilde In Emanuel Ungaro – Out In New York City

Olivia Wilde In Emanuel Ungaro - Out In New York City

Olivia Wilde was spotted out and about in New York City where she has been making a series of appearances for the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival.

Still channeling a throwback vibe and the colours of fall, the actress wore a retro-inspired look from the Emanuel Ungaro Pre-Fall 2015 collection.

The colour-block hues of purple, rust-orange and army-green dress were decidedly snatched from the ’70s with the black and green blazer, edged up with grommets, a firm nod towards the ’80s.

Capped off with burnt-orange Jimmy Choo pumps, this ensemble is more like the Olivia we know. It has a sense of polished, ladylike flair mixed with cool-girl spirit that had been missing in her latest looks.

Fan Bingbing In Emmanuel Ungaro & Antonio Berardi – ‘Ever Since We Love’ Press Conference

Fan Bingbing In Emmanuel Ungaro & Antonio Berardi - 'Ever Since We Love' Press Conferences

Fan Bingbing and Han Geng have been promoting their latest project, ‘Ever Since We Love’ this week.

Shanghai Press Conference: On Monday (April 13) they attended a press conference at Millennium Hotel, with me liking Bingbing’s latest look from the ankles up. You will remember that we first saw this flame red Emmanuel Ungaro Spring 2015 gown worn by Jena Malone. She had the good sense not to style the look with ridiculous footwear.

Chengdu Press Conference: The next day, the actress went for a more directional look, wearing an Antonio Berardi Spring 2015 metallic floral brocade outfit. The boxy top and tulip shaped skirt are considerably out of her comfort-zone, but I like how Bingbing is lately making an effort to switch things up. I wish there was a much clearer picture of her sans microphone, but setting aside those hideous shoes once again, I think she managed to pull off this look with effortless grace.

Rashida Jones In Emanuel Ungaro – 2015 SAG Awards

Rashida Jones In Emanuel Ungaro - 2015 SAG Awards

Rashida Jones attended the 2015 SAG Awards held on Sunday evening (January 25) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘Parks and Recreation’ actress wore a sequin gown from Emanuel Ungaro Spring 2015.

It’s refreshing any time we get to see big, bold patterns on the red carpet and Rashida is one of the rare celebrities who dons them often. This dress reads a bit too casual in photographs but is spot on (no pun intended) when you take the sequins into account.

At a more laid back awards show, the ponytail would have been perfect but a dressier hairstyle would have helped elevate the look for the SAG Awards.

Lea Michele In Emanuel Ungaro – 2015 InStyle and Warner Bros. Golden Globe Awards Post-Party

Lea Michele In Emanuel Ungaro - 2015 InStyle and Warner Bros Golden Globe Awards Post-Party

I’m sure all eyes would’ve been on Lea Michele, who made a dramatic entrance onto the red carpet for the 2015 InStyle and Warner Bros. 72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards Post-Party at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 11) in Beverly Hills, California.

The ‘Glee’ actress pulled out all the stops, looking ravishing in red wearing a Emanuel Ungaro Spring 2015 bold shouldered plunging gown with a thigh-high slit.

The boobs or legs rule doesn’t bother me here, but the Lorraine Schwartz earrings do as they dominate her look.

I’m also delighted she didn’t opt for the cape.

Alice Eve In Emanuel Ungaro – ‘Night At The Museum: Secret Of The Tomb’ London Premiere

Alice Eve In Emanuel Ungaro - 'Night At The Museum Secret Of The Tomb' London Premiere

Alice Eve attended the London premiere of ‘Night At The Museum: Secret Of The Tomb’ held at the Empire Leicester Square on Monday (December 15) in London, England.

The British actress wore a black short-sleeve lace dress with sheer lace body and solid sleeves by Emanuel Ungaro.

While the Fall 2014 dress is very toned down by Ungaro’s standard, it is what I would expect from Alice Eve; simple and chic.

Styled with Jennifer Fisher small hollow diamond earrings with pavé white diamonds and black rhodium, the only thing I really love about this look are her Bionda Castana ‘Daphne Bis’ black lace with camouflage-print pumps and the sheer back panel of her dress.

Evangeline Lilly In Emanuel Ungaro – The Hollywood Walk of Fame Honoring Sir Peter Jackson

Evangeline Lilly In Emanuel Ungaro - The Hollywood Walk of Fame Honoring Sir Peter Jackson

Evangeline Lilly was back in action at The Hollywood Walk Of Fame Ceremony for Sir Peter Jackson held on Monday (December 8) in Hollywood, California.

Taking a quick sidestep from her promo tour for ‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies,’ she celebrated the ‘Hobbit’ director in an Emanuel Ungaro Fall 2014 frock that undoubtedly stole a few stares away from Sir Peter’s star.

Exuberantly scattered with a pop-art-inspired, broken rose print, the bubblegum-pink dress was brave and slightly brash, topped off with bold-shoulder sleeves and a hip-high slit.

With such a loud design at the forefront, she opted to keep the styling as simple as possible nixing any sign of jewels and wearing only a black pump.

This was such an unexpected look to see on Evangeline. I’m still not sure what to think, except that I wouldn’t have worn it to this particular event.

Love or loathe?
