Red Carpet Fashion Awards

I absolutely adored Jayma Mays look at the 2011 Critics’ Choice Television Awards, which was held in LA today.

The “Glee” actress stood out wearing an Elise Overland printed strapless dress.

I love the mix of colours which perfectly coordinates well with her Ann Taylor fold-over peach clutch.

As much as I love this look, I wish the clutch and her Jimmy Choo ‘Eros’ platform pumps were better matched colourwise.

I guess Jayma wanted her dress to be the main focus of this look, which it is.

Demi Moore opted for a super casual look whilst attending the 2011 A&E Upfront Awards in New York City last night.

She wore an Elise Overland black belted jacket with white Kimberly Ovitz tank top and red H&M satin pants from the Seaside Collection.

Whilst the hot red pants should automatically attract my attention, the stand out piece of this look for me is her Tabitha Simmons heels.

The ‘Dulcina’ black satin heels are decorated with black with glass beads.

Black footwear on Demi that I love? Now there’s a first.

Isla Fisher was in Germany this weekend for the Berlin Premiere of her new movie, “Rango.”

The Australian actress wore an Elise Overland dress.

I’m not too fond of her red lace dress. It’s a pretty colour but I wish it wasn’t a turtleneck.

A lower neckline would’ve been preferred.

I’m also not fond of her heels. Her brown suede Louboutin’s feel like a last minute/’this is all that was available choice.’

We’ve seen a lot of grown up glamour from the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Angelina Jolie and Julia Roberts over the past few days.

So I was relying on Anna Kendrick to inject some youthful fun onto the red carpet at the “Scott Pilgrim vs The World” London Premiere tonight.

The “Twilight” actress wore a black off-the-shoulder Elise Øverland Spring 2010 dress.

It’s not quite what I was hoping for, but I don’t hate the look.

What saves her black pleated dress with sheer panels down the sides is her Jimmy Choo ‘Darcy’ sandals.

I noticed her striking metallic pony caged sandals before her dress.

A black croc clutch and a sophisticated updo completes the look.

Rose Byrne posed outside the NBC Studios in New York City this week after her appearance on the “Today Show”.

The “Damages” actress was on the show to promote her new movie “Get Him To The Greek” with Russell Brand.

The stylist star wore an animal print Elise Øverland Spring 2010 scoop-neck dress which she paired with a sleek black Helmut Lang blazer and black strappy sandals.

On a nice sunny day in New York I would’ve loved to have seen this look without the blazer, but she looks so smart and appropriate for a morning show that I can’t really fault her look.
