Clotilde Courau In Elie Saab Couture – ‘Ismael’s Ghosts’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Clotilde Courau was one of the first to hit the red carpet for the ‘Ismael’s Ghosts (Les Fantomes d’Ismael)’ premiere and opening ceremony for the 2017 Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday (May 17) wearing Elie Saab Spring 2017 Couture with Chopard High Jewellery Collection pieces.

Honestly, at this point I’m feeling kinda numb to this look.

Yes, it’s pretty but the words “deja vu” and “it’s been done” immediately sprang to mind.

I’m hoping for something a bit more from Cannes this year.

Kaya Scodelario In Elie Saab – ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ Paris Premiere

Kaya Scodelario celebrated the release of Disney’s ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ at Disneyland Paris on Sunday (May 14) France.

The British actress wore a Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2017 dress which may at first glance seem too heavy for the current season, however, I feel the tulle fabrication gives the look a lightness tempering the embellishments and velvet accents.

For a Disney premiere there has to be a touch mystic, which this look possesses in abundance.

Jennifer Lopez In Elie Saab Couture – 2017 NBCUniversal Upfront

Jennifer Lopez joined Kim Kardashian on the red carpet for the 2017 NBCUniversal Upfront on Monday (May 15) in New York City following her date night with A-Rod.

What I love about Jennifer is that she can go from music awards vixen, to Jenny from the block to Jennifer Lopez the actress seamlessly.

I guarantee you that not many selected this Elie Saab Spring 2017 Couture look for the actress, but I love how she infused her own brand of sultry glamour into this luxurious piece.

The colour is divine against her olive skin plus the matchy accessories helps enhance the softness of the look further.

Jennifer Lopez In Elie Saab – Out In New York

Jennifer Lopez enjoyed a night out in New York with her famed beau Andy Rodriguez in an ethereal, flowing look from Elie Saab’s Fall 2017 collection.

Casually worn underneath a chic, taupe overcoat and topped with an updo, the look (specifically next to the always polished A-Rod) is what New York A-List dreams are made of.

Jennifer’s selection from this particular Elie Saab offering is one that stands out more than most. The Fall 2017 collection from Saab was one of his very best, deeply romantic and sexy in a way that translates as wearable and intelligent.

Jennifer famously has the figure to bring femininity to anything of course but Elie Saab may be a designer she should incorporate even more into her trademark style. It softens her while maintaining cutting edge appeal.

Gwen Stefani’s Style on Season 12 of The Voice

Gwen Stefani has always made a strong impression for her signature sense of style that’s equal parts edgy, rock goddess and daring, dynamic darling—and always coolly frosted with her striking platinum locks.

With her recurring role as a coach on ‘The Voice,’ Season 12 has seen her deliver plenty of bold fashion statements that sing loud and clear.

First up, a Mario Dice Fall 2017 polka-dot frock showed off Gwen’s take on feminine, retro elegance with the cheeky flourish of dimensional fabric embellishment across the asymmetric neckline.

She further celebrated a sleekly sophisticated, body-con silhouette in a shimmery Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2017 midi-length dress that was further enhanced by ruffles and lace, as simple looks don’t often make it into her style vocabulary. Burgundy heels provided an interestingly rich note of contrast, while she gave her red lippie a break.

Red came out to play again in a fully embroidered Alice + Olivia ‘Eleonora’ poet-sleeve flower dress from the Fall 2017 collection. A remarkable use of accessories often gives a Gwen look its personalized touch, and that was abundantly proven here as she styled the frock in eye-catching form with bright ruby thigh-high boots and fishnets along with a headband and statement earrings by Marianna Harutunian.

Gwennie always manages to keep us guessing with her range of uniquely glam looks. Which one caught your attention here?

‘King Arthur: Legend of the Sword’ London Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

Hermione Corfield wasn’t the only one at the London premiere of ‘King Arthur: Legend of the Sword’ on Wednesday (May 10). Here are a few more femmes who took to the red carpet.

Poppy Delevingne: The first thing I noticed about this Elie Saab Spring 2017 gown was its lush teal hue—and the overachiever slits. That said, with its lightness of form, the dress featured a beautiful, flowing movement in which romantic femininity and languid sultriness merged into one, with gold accessories including strappy sandals and a Jimmy Choo Lockett Minaudière hammered-metal clutch adding a gilded touch.

Millie Brady: Not even the starry, constellation-print could add more twinkle to this Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2017 sheer frock, as the granny panties that peeked through the skirt were a distraction—and the yawn-inducing black pumps did not come to the rescue.

Jacqui Ainsley: The delicate, petal-pink hue of this Victoria Beckham dress put a softer spin on its sexy, body-con styling, which Jacqui styled with a contrasting red clutch and nude heels.
