Helen Mirren In Elie Saab Couture - 2014 Producers Guild of America Awards

Dame Helen Mirren joined Lupita Nyong’o on the red carpet for the 25th annual Producers Guild of America Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 19) in Beverly Hills, California following her SAG Awards win on Saturday.

If you have been missing a bit of sparkle and magic from the red carpet king this awards season, Helen’s Elie Saab Fall 2013 Couture nude gown with embellishment on the sleeves and bodice which cascades onto the skirt should pep you up.

How she consistently looks glamorous and sexy at 68 years old, putting girls half her age to shame, is a secret she needs to bottle and sell.

A Swarovski white satin ‘Nirvana Star’ clutch and Neil Lane jewels accessorized the look, with a hot-pink lip and asymmetrical ‘do rounding out her look.

Margot Robbie In Elie Saab - 2014 Critics' Choice Movie Awards

Margot Robbie took to the red carpet for the 19th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards held at Barker Hangar on Thursday (January 16) in Santa Monica, California.

During awards season, we get gown fever, but the Australian actress opted for something different on this occasion, wearing an Elie Saab Spring 2014 black jumpsuit featuring long black lace sleeves which she styled with an Alexander McQueen black clutch and Ileana Makri jewels.

The look is effortless, with a laidback vibe with her tresses blown out and a nude lip colour giving her a flawless finish.

After a slight wobble at the London premiere of ‘The Wolf of Wall Street,’ it appears she’s back to her best.

My only quibble is that I wish the pants were a bit shorter.

Taissa Farmiga In Elie Saab - 2014 Golden Globe Awards

Taissa Farmiga emerged on the scene at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards, held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday (January 12).

The ‘American Horror Story’ up-and-coming starlet bucked the evening’s penchant for longer gowns, instead opting for a youthful, off-white frock from Elie Saab’s Spring 2014 collection.

The short dress was a charming one, what with its romantic, lacy layers. But the creamy colour nearly blended into her alabaster complexion, creating a bit of a plain, one-note effect.

Stuart Weitzman’s ‘Nudist’ sandals did nothing to bring a much-needed punch of lively colour to the look, nor did her barely-pink lip.
