Salma Hayek In Elie Saab Couture & Alexander McQueen – ‘The Prophet’ Beirut Premiere & Photocall

Salma Hayek In Elie Saab Couture - 'The Prophet' Beirut Premiere

Salma Hayek visited Beirut, Lebanon, her ancestral homeland (her paternal grandfather was Lebanese), for the premiere of the animated feature film she co-produced, ‘The Prophet’ on Monday (April 27).

As we all know, Salma is a devotee to the brands within the Kering group, but on this occasion when in Beirut; wear Elie Saab.

I had goosebumps on my goosebumps upon seeing the gorgeous actress dressed in this breathtaking Spring 2015 Couture powder blue embroidered gown.

Between the fit, the colour, the styling and of course those delicate embellishments, this look oozes glamour.

Salma’s best red carpet moments usually only come when she wears Gucci Premiere, but she can now add Elie Saab to that list.

This was a beautiful fairytale moment fitting for the occasion. I hope this is the first one of many Elie Saab gowns we will see on Salma.

2015 Malaga Film Festival Closing Ceremony

2015 Malaga Spanish Film Festival Closing Ceremony

The 2015 Malaga Spanish Film Festival closing ceremony took place at the Cervantes Theatre on Saturday (April 25) in Malaga, Spain.

Juana Acosta: The Columbian beauty looked sensational wearing one of her favourite designers, Oscar de la Renta, selecting a decadent dress which hits all the high points of Oscar de la Renta’s signature feminine polish. The high/low hemline adds to the charming summery effect, with green Aquazzura sandals perfecting the look.

Goya Toledo: The Spanish beauty serves up no surprises here, wearing an Elie Saab gown. I am, however, surprised that the look feels so fall-like, but the actress is not lacking in the sophistication and elegance department, so the look is more than worthy of the occasion.

Silvia Abascal In Elie Saab – ‘A Cambio de Nada’ Malaga Film Festival Premiere

Silvia Abascal In Elie Saab - 'A Cambio de Nada' Malaga Film Festival Premiere

Following her dramatic Stephane Rolland Couture jumpsuit at the opening ceremony, Silvia Abascal was back on the red carpet for the 2015 Malaga Film Festival on Thursday (April 23) in Spain for the ‘A Cambio de Nada’ premiere at the Cervantes Theatre.

The Spanish beauty swept the red carpet wearing an Elie Saab Resort 2015 gown styled with Rabat jewels.

This look excels thanks to the bold contrast watercolour print, which fully embraces the current season oozing effortlessness and a breezy summer vibe.

I’m not sure if it’s the lighting, but I much prefer the mint-green colour over the look book grey.

I wasn’t the greatest fan of her first look, but this one has BDOTW potential.

Lily James In Elie Saab Couture – ‘Cinderella’ Tokyo Premiere

Lily James In Elie Saab Couture - 'Cinderella' Tokyo Premiere

Lily James attended premiere of ‘Cinderella’ at Roppongi Hills today (April 8) in Tokyo, Japan.

After going off-piste with a directional look from Balenciaga in London, Lily was back to her enchanting best.

I knew we would see a return of the princess gowns, which has been style throughout this promo tour; and what better way to delight her Asian fans than with a gown designed by the red carpet king.

This blush off-the-shoulder Elie Saab Spring 2015 Couture gown is what dreams, at least mine, are made of.

I love the frothy layers, the subtle shimmer, and the effortless styling of this fairytale fit-for-a-princess look.

I still believe she will be the one to beat for Best Promo Tour star of 2015.

Freida Pinto In Elie Saab Couture – ‘Desert Dancer’ New York Screening

Freida Pinto In Elie Saab Couture - 'Desert Dancer' New York Screening

Freida Pinto was back on the red carpet for the special screening of ‘Desert Dancer’ at the Museum of Modern Art, on Tuesday (April 7) in New York City.

The Indian beauty continues her love affair with all things Elie Saab, this time wearing a stunning lavender piece from the Spring 2014 Couture collection.

Say what you will about the style of dress or the designer, I’m blown away by how Freida upholds girlish charm in this luxurious piece.

I love how the voluminous silhouette is balanced by the feather light lace sleeves and bodice with the floral appliqués, adding that signature touch of Elie Saab magic.

The taupe pumps allow the dress to shine, while the Anya Hindmarch ‘Duke’ clutch, inspired by the 18th century, enhances the sophistication.
