Emily Blunt In Elie Saab & SemSem – ‘A Quiet Place’ London Screening & Magic Radio

As Emily Blunt continues the promo tour for ‘A Quiet Place,’ she was at the London VIP fan screening on Thursday (April 5).

I easily fell in love with her Elie Saab Spring 2018 dress that offered a dainty, demure sense of femininity—with a stylistic edge in the tropical-infused integration of the embroidered foliage and floral.

The lacy, tiered effect made for the perfect layer cake design that was at once charming and style-forward.

Her Christian Louboutin ‘Aketi’ shoes were a ladylike way to echo the green motif with Messika jewels to polish it all off.

John Krasinski was also there alongside Emily and holding his own in a Vince sweater, Dolce and Gabbana shirt, J Brand jeans, and Christian Louboutin ‘AC Ranty’ sneakers. This was a prime example of how suavely polished a casual, sporty look can be.

Araya A. Hargate In Elie Saab – BabyLove Premium Gold Event

Araya A. Hargate attended a BabyLove Premium Gold Event in Thailand yesterday (March 21) with husband Nott Witsarut and twin sons Saifah and Bhayu Rangsisingpipat.

The lush lemon hue of this Elie Saab Resort 2017 ruffled gown is what was so zesty and groundbreaking, with the black hair bow contributing another layer of charm.

And, I can only imagine the flowing design was beautiful when she walked—even without the slit.

However, there were some execution issues at both the top and the bottom, what with her visible nude bra and the overly long length of the skirt.

You may remember Draya Michele wore this same dress to the BET Awards.

Shu Qi In Elie Saab – Bvlgari Press Breakfast At Baselworld 2018

Shu Qi joined Laura Harrier for the Bvlgari Press Breakfast at Baselworld 2018 on Wednesday morning (March 21) in Basel, Switzerland.

While Laura took a youthfully romantic turn for the occasion, Shu was interested in a more graphic, retro-forward stance in these Elie Saab Spring 2018 daywear separates that could have easily been mistaken for a jumpsuit.

I can understand the selection of the leisurely, wide-leg silhouette for a morning occasion—yet, the boldly patterned, neon-green pieces certainly stood out and would be nothing if not an audacious wake-up call.

I’m sure she’s showing off a Bvlgari timepiece on her wrist.

Anya Taylor-Joy In Elie Saab – Empire Awards 2018

It may have snowed in London this weekend, but Anya Taylor-Joy didn’t let that divert her summery choice for the Empire Awards on Sunday (March 18), where she joined Daisy Ridley.

I love how her fair skin created the perfect canvas for her shimmering mint-hued Elie Saab Spring 2018 gown.

It’s clear her skin tone was taken into consideration when selecting this colour, as she looks radiant here.

Even though I prefer the emerald, midnight-blue and green tones in the look book, it may have translated as too heavy for Anya.

Reese Witherspoon In Elie Saab – ‘A Wrinkle In Time’ London Premiere

The cast of ‘A Wrinkle In Time’ descended onto London this evening (March 13) for the European premiere.

While Reese Witherspoon was wearing a dress from Elie Saab’s Pre-Fall 2018 collection, the pastel blue hue was right on trend for the upcoming Spring season.

This dress couldn’t have been a more perfect reflection of Reese’s signature style, with silver tone studs adding a touch of pizzazz.

I love the girlishness Reese brings to the look, so I don’t miss the belt at all.

Silvery Louboutins and Tiffany & Co. jewels completed her look.

Andrea Riseborough In Elie Saab – ‘The Death Of Stalin’ LA Premiere

What I like about Andrea Riseborough’ style is that it’s never predictable, as she experiments with a range of looks and always keeps us on our toes.

Such was the case again, as she attended ‘The Death Of Stalin’ LA premiere on Tuesday (March 6).

She’s been wearing a lot of black lately, so this Elie Saab Resort 2018 gown felt a little familiar—not only by virtue of the ubiquitous sheer trend, but also because she recently wore a black Elie Saab gown with sheer embroidered elements to the 2018 BAFTAs.

Putting aside the familiarity of the see-through components of the dress, and the puzzling white sandals, I wish she would have opted for a more polished beauty look to add a more finished elegance to the look.

Would you agree?
