Kate Hudson In Ezgi Cinar & Dorothee Schumacher – Fast Company Innovation Festival

Kate Hudson’s growing out buzz cut continues to be a point of interest, but the actress’s outfit at the Fast Company Innovation Festival on Thursday (October 26) in New York City was also a talking point.

Participating in the ‘Listen To Your Customers: Lessons From Fabletics’ Kate Hudson’ event, she wore an Ezgi Cinar Fall 2017 blazer with Dorothee Schumacher trousers. The mix of sumptuous textures and colours had a relaxed but refined appeal.

I do appreciate her trying something different from the traditional coordinating pjama dressing look, but a part of me still craves the harmonious finish of the matching ensemble.

Do you wish she wore the full burgundy outfit?

Jennifer Morrison In Dorothee Schumacher – ‘Ingrid Goes West’ New York Premiere

Jennifer Morrison was also at the ‘Ingrid Goes West’ New York premiere on Tuesday (August 8), with Elizabeth Olsen and Aubrey Plaza also in attendance.

While I wanted to love this Dorothee Schumacher dress simply on account of its luscious melon hue, the colour alone couldn’t remedy the other issues present.

Namely, the frock seemed quite ill-fitting and loose with extra material throughout, which created an awkward effect. And, secondly, the lining was another distracting element.

Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Sabrina’ heels and a Hayward clutch were intriguing, but were compromised by the dress itself in the end.

Sophia Bush In Dorothee Schumacher – NBCUniversal Press Junket

Sophia Bush attended the NBCUniversal Press Junket for her drama series ‘Chicago P.D.’ on Thursday (March 2) in New York City.

The actress wore a three-piece look from Dorothee Schumacher’s Resort 2017 collection.

I’ve always been a fan of Sophia’s style, but my first reaction to this was I wish she’d worn the look sans lace blouse.

I feel it over complicates things, and despite its lightness, weighs down the look – especially when paired with those pumps.
