Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Regulars readers know that if I like something, I like something and if I don’t I don’t, no matter who the celebrity is.

I was delighted to see Kristen Stewart looking very happy on the red carpet at the LA “The Runaways” premiere last night.

She surprised me by wearing this Doo.Ri Spring 2010 dress, because this dress appears to be everything I think Kristen would hate: cute, bubblegum pink and girlie.

I’m equally surprised that I liked her in this dress, because for the first time in a long time she looked happy on the red carpet and comfortable in her own skin.

Confidence is half the attraction, and Kristen had that last night despite not being in her comfort zone wearing this dress.

I still think she would look great in menswear-inspired looks like Evan Rachel Wood, but this look gets a thumbs up from me.

The only downside is that her stylist let her down with the boring black peep-toes. AGAIN.

Rachel McAdams recently appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show to promote her new movie “Sherlock Holmes”.

On the show she talked not owning a television because she got addicted to it, working at McDonalds, learning Italian for her first movie and buying butt-hole shaped chocolates for the Sherlock Holmes crew.

The stunning actress is glowing with gorgeousity wearing a Doo.Ri Spring 2010 dress.

The cob-web style asymmetrical dress was paired with nude Brian Atwood heels, which only enhance that golden glow.

I’m not usually a fan of hair piled high on top like that, but it’s such a cute style on Rachel.

We have to go back to October 2008, before we can say, we last saw Rachel McAdams on anything resembling a red carpet.

She resurfaced at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills this week, to attend the press conference for her upcoming movie State of Play.

Her upcoming movie means we will finally get some long awaited red carpet action from her.

The talented actress looked very chic wearing a Doo.Ri Pre-Fall 2009 dress, with black YSL bow sandals.

The dress has a marble top half, and a navy skirt with a peplum at the waist. I’m torn between the look with or without the belt.

Which way are you swinging? For or against?
