Amiah Miller In Dolce & Gabbana – ‘War for the Planet Of The Apes’ New York Premiere

Young up-and-comer Amiah Miller attended the ‘War for the Planet Of The Apes’ New York premiere on Monday (July 10).

The starlet showed red-carpet grace beyond her years in a Dolce & Gabbana gown that balanced sweet naivete with a sense of sophistication in just the right proportions.

I love how she brought a bright youthfulness to the dress, which in theory could have translated a bit heavily given the long sleeves and the long skirt.

But, I credit the fresh pink floral petals and Amiah’s corresponding lip hue to imbuing the ensemble with additional radiance.

I’ll be looking forward to seeing how her style evolves and what she continues to bring forth on the red carpet.

Gemma Arterton Attends Relaunch Of Vue Entertainment Venue in Dolce & Gabbana

Gemma Arterton opted to elevate her summer style while attending the opening night celebrating the £6.6m relaunch of Vue’s state-of-the-art entertainment venue in London on Monday (July 10).

A true Dolce & Gabbana design is instantly-recognizable by its dynamic print.

I love how this piece remains true to the label’s playful aesthetic, with the flattering A-line silhouette and floral motif ensuring all eyes were on Gemma.

As I said earlier, accessories can make or break an outfit; here, red Prada sandals add a touch of modernity to the retro vibe.

Sonam Kapoor is Instaglam in Dolce & Gabbana

Having closed the Ralph & Russo Fall 2017 Couture show during Paris Fashion Week, Sonam Kapoor took to the streets of Paris to share some images of her trip with her 10 million Instagram followers.

While the Dolce & Gabbana ‘Ortensia’ Collection has been a huge hit with celebs this summer, Sonam looked charming wearing a rose-print frock from their Spring 2017 Tropico Italiano collection.

I’m swept away by how much this look just epitomises romance and how Sonam truly embodies the Italian fashion house’s feminine aesthetic with her styling – especially with those oversized earrings.

This look instantly took me back to what is still my favourite Sonam red carpet moment which was during the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge In Dolce & Gabbana – Wimbledon Tennis Championships

Andy Murray starts the defence of his Wimbledon championship, with Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge watching on this afternoon (July 3).

As you know it’s rare for me to get excited about any look donned by the Duchess, but this Dolce & Gabbana dress swept me off my feet.

I love the relaxed feel and how the simple design recalls classic retro silhouettes.

It’s formal enough for the occasion without stripping away any of the fun and personality imbued by the polka dots.

Even the styling feels chic, and dare I say modern.

I can’t remember a time I didn’t see Kate without a clutch or a pair of L.K. Bennett nude, black or navy pumps, so this is refreshing on so many levels.

It looks like the new shorter hairstyle has put a new spring in the duchess’s step. Long may it continue.

2017 ESSENCE Festival

At the 2017 ESSENCE Festival on Friday (June 30) in New Orleans, Louisiana, Monica wasn’t the only one in attendance. Here, a look at some of the other beauties who were there.

Niecy Nash: Everything was coming up flowers for Niecy in this Chen Burkett dress that boasted a feminine, flirty edge tied up in all of its bold blooms with the big bow at the bust.

Jada Pinkett Smith: Also having some fun with flowers, Jada donned her petals in slightly more whimsical, nymph-like form with this Valentino Resort 2016 embroidered, sheer overlay frock that also featured a flock of birds to add to the garden-esque motif.

Queen Latifah: Polka dots instead of flowers formed the pattern of this Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2017 off-shoulder, polka-dot dress. But, Queen Latifah wore it without the ruffled, cold-shoulder design, making the look far more ordinary than I would have preferred.

Nieves Alvarez In Dolce & Gabbana – Bulgari Party

Following her fresh and floral arrival in Venice, Nieves Alvarez headed to the dark side for the Bulgari party yesterday evening (June 29).

The model opted for a femme fatal aesthetic complete with vampy red lip and gothic lace donning Dolce & Gabbana.

Her Spring 2017 dress was styled with classic Manolo Blahnik sandals and a plethora of the hosts jewels making an unforgettably seductive statement.

Overworked or outrageously elegant, what do you make of this look?

Celebrities Love…Dolce & Gabbana’s ‘Ortensia’ Collection

Bursting forth with blossoming hydrangeas, Dolce & Gabbana’s ‘Ortensia’ collection is what summer dreams are made of. And, celebrities are fully embracing the Italian design duo’s bouquet of ready to wear and accessories that instantly brighten the day—and any look.

Evoking a romantic English garden in Sicily, the lush floral print in green, pale blue, and lilac colours creates an endearingly charming perspective in every piece to embody a girly, sophisticated flair.

And, despite the strongly vibrant ‘Ortensia’ spirit, there is much versatility to be had in the collection.

Kendall Jenner, Charlotte Casiraghi, Blue Ivy and Beyonce Knowles, and Sofia Vergara have all been seen embracing their inner flower child while showing just how differently those hydrangeas can be interpreted.

From Kendall’s youthful edge, to Charlotte’s elegant styling, to the off-the-charts adorable quotient of mother-daughter dressing, not to mention Sofia’s flirty fun—the collection blooms brightly.
