‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ LA Premiere Menswear Roundup

‘Avengers Age Of Ultron’ LA Premiere Menswear Roundup

The ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Los Angeles premiere wasn’t without its own group of superhero studs who walked the red carpet at Dolby Theatre on Monday (April 13) in Hollywood, California.

Chris Evans: The actor didn’t disappoint in his Gucci blue-and-white seersucker
‘Dylan’ suit paired with a white dress shirt, blue patterned tie, and blue and grey pocket square. Seersucker always holds a special place in my heart for its crisp, casual flair and comfortable vibe, and this was an exceptional rendition of the breezy style.

Jeremy Renner
: Taking his look to more dark and handsome territory, Jeremy was as suave as ever in a classic Dolce & Gabbana three-piece tux that fit him like a glove.

Chris Hemsworth: Like Chris Evans, this Chris also embraced a lighter suit, his a Salvatore Ferragamo two-button soft beige-and-blue plaid rendition matched with brown loafers and a dark tie. I wasn’t quite as charmed as with the seersucker suit, but this is a polished look nevertheless.

Gwen Stefani In Dolce & Gabbana – The Hollywood Reporters’ 25 Most Powerful Stylists in Hollywood Luncheon

Gwen Stefani In Dolce & Gabbana - The Hollywood Reporters' 25
Gwen Stefani turned heads at The Hollywood Reporters’ 25 Most Powerful Stylists in Hollywood Luncheon co-hosted by Jimmy Choo at the Soho House in West Hollywood, California on Wednesday (March 18).

Like Amy Adams and Zoe Saldana, she was there to support her power stylist, Petra Flannery.

And she did Petra proud in a Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2015 flamenco-inspired, hourglass frock, emblazoned with black polka dots and finished with a ruffled skirt.

Styled with platinum, retro waves, and of course, a bold red lip, this look was my luncheon favourite for its fun nature and spirited edge.

‘Insurgent’ New York Premiere Menswear Roundup

'Insurgent' New York Premiere Menswear Roundup

In addition to the group of lovelies at the ‘Insurgent’ New York premiere, the guys were out in force at the Ziegfeld Theater on Monday (March 16) in New York City.

Miles Teller: Looking ever so dapper, the actor wore a Ralph Lauren Purple Label three-piece blue suit with a patterned tie and contrasting Christian Louboutin shoes. While the silhouette is a more formal one, the suit’s slight denim look keeps it fresh and youthful—and perfect for Miles.

Theo James: Also going the three-piece route, Theo made a less impressive effort, as I found his dark brown Dolce & Gabbana suit, buttoned-up vest, and navy satin tie to be more prom-appropriate than red-carpet-ready.

Ansel Elgort: I have to applaud this young stud for breaking out of the sartorial norm with his likewise denim-inspired Prada suit with exposed, visible stitching. Paired with a midnight-navy tie and lighter-blue shirt, it was a mod statement look that he certainly worked to his advantage.

Lily James In Christian Dior – SiriusXM Studios

Lily James In Christian Dior - SiriusXM Studios

Lily James continued to promote her latest movie, ‘Cinderella’, by paying a visit to SiriusXM Studios on Tuesday (March 10) in New York City.

The British actress wore Dior again, this time selecting a colourful look from the Spring 2015 collection styled with Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals.

Charmingly sweet, I love how this piece surreptitiously features pleats to subtly flatter the waist and draw the look together with delicate definition.

Lily has had a near-perfect run on this promo tour, which would’ve been 100% had it not been for the Dolce dud.

Lily James In Dolce & Gabbana – ‘Cinderella’ New York Screening

Lily James In Dolce & Gabbana - 'Cinderella' New York Screening

Following her trip to Mexico, Lily James attended a screening of Disney’s ‘Cinderella’ held at the Tribeca Grand Hotel on Sunday (March 8) in New York City.

With no Disney references on this occasion, the actress wore a Dolce & Gabbana black and red macramé lace long-sleeve dress styled with Stuart Weitzman platform sandals.

While this dress embodies Dolce & Gabbana’s enduringly romantic vision and embraces ladylike sensibilities, I am not too fond of the boxy silhouette.

On Keira Knightley or Jaime King – i.e. those showcasing maternity style – this would’ve worked better.
