America Ferrera In Dolce & Gabbana - 'How To Train Your Dragon 2' London Gala Screening

America Ferrera attended the UK Gala Screening of ‘How To Train Your Dragon 2′ held in 3D at Vue West End on Sunday (June 22) in London, England.

Opting for a beautifully feminine and demure look, the actress wore a romantic lace dress in a fresh white hue in a flattering figure-skimming knee-length cut.

Styling the look with minimal accessories including white pumps for modern elegance, she added a red lip colour to complete her summery outing.

Nicole Kidman in Dolce & Gabbana and Kiernan Shipka in Marni were joint favourites for Best Dressed this week.

The styles couldn’t be more different. One was a stunning gown, the other a fashion forward strapless mini, both worthy of praise.

I had a hard choice selecting between the two also, but my eventual pick was the gorgeous Nicole Kidman.

When it came to the guys, your winner, by a long margin, was David ‘the always dapper’ Gandy. During London Collections he had another impressive week, donning three-piece suit after three-piece suit, each one more swoon-worthy than the last.

My choice was Raymond Lam. Formal with a laidback vibe, and uber stylish.

Nicole Kidman In Dolce & Gabbana - 17th Shanghai International Film Festival

Nicole Kidman made a grand entrance onto the red carpet for the opening ceremony of the 17th Shanghai International Film Festival, held at Shanghai Grand Theatre in China on Saturday (June 14).

The actress was positively statuesque in her figure-skimming Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2007 nude gown with allover beading for a glittering, multidimensional effect.

More intense, intricate embellishment at the bodice, cap sleeves and the bottom of the skirt created an even bigger impact, but the look was still one of grace and movement despite what must have been a heavy gown.

When the dress is the jewelry, there’s little need for added sparkle, so a stud earring and bracelet did just fine, with a retro-glam wavy updo providing an elegant finish.

Much improved over the Prada gown, wouldn’t you agree?

Allison Williams In Dolce & Gabbana - Museum Of The Moving Image Honors Richard Plepler & Charlie Rose

Allison Williams attended the Museum Of The Moving Image event honouring Richard Plepler and Charlie Rose at the Saint Regis Hotel on Wednesday (June 11) in New York City.

Dolce & Gabbana’s signature glamorous aesthetic is perfectly expressed in this fitted, floor-sweeping bustier gown of delicate floral white lace.

Keeping the accessories to a bare minimum with Coomi jewels and styling the look with wavy tresses and flawless makeup was the right choice to allow her natural beauty and the frock to shine.

This is one of my favourite looks from her.

Menswear Midweek Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a quick menswear catch up, with some of the Tony Awards attendees we missed.

Channing Tatum: The actor joined his lovely wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum on the red carpet for the ’22 Jump Street’ LA premiere on Tuesday (June 10). He donned a three-piece charcoal-grey Dolce & Gabbana suit styled with a striped shirt and slim tie

Jonah Hill: Channing’s co-star caught my eye wearing an ink-blue suit, opting not to wear a co-ordinating tie, but selecting brown instead. Perhaps in theory it shouldn’t work, but it does for Jonah.

Ben McKenzie: The actor joined Diane Kruger and Jordana Brewster on the red carpet for the 13th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball on Saturday (June 7). The actor donned a Z Zegna burgundy two-button peak-lapel suit with a striped tie and matching lace-up shoes. Aside from the colour, I love the slim fit and perfect pant length.
