Elizabeth Banks In DKNY – The Ellen DeGeneres Show

Elizabeth Banks In DKNY - The Ellen DeGeneres Show

Elizabeth Banks made a guest appearance on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ on Monday (November 17) to promote ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1′.

The actress talked about the challenges of her character Effie going from the elaborate clothing she’s famed for to a grey jumpsuit.

In real life Elizabeth is all about colour, and that was once again evident when she donned a vibrantly clashing palette of red and pale blue in this DKNY Spring 2015 striped sporty top paired with a red flared skirt.

Elizabeth simply styled the look with red Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals and an elegant updo with sweeping bangs.

I love how the look balances delicate femininity with an energetic vibe.

Sarah Hyland In DKNY – The Art of Elysium Pre-Event Dinner for HEAVEN 2015

Sarah Hyland In DKNY - The Art of Elysium Pre-Event Dinner for HEAVEN 2015

Sarah Hyland attended The Art of Elysium pre-event dinner for HEAVEN 2015 on Sunday (October 26) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress, who gave us four looks in one day last week, also started this week off on the right foot, wearing a look from the DKNY Resort 2015 collection.

Keeping her sumptuously embellished top in focus, she styled the piece with plain white oversized trousers which were a tad too long, yet I do admire this chic offering.

Accessorized with a gleaming Jimmy Choo ‘Sweetie’ clutch, grey-blue pumps and a rich magenta lip, the high bun keeps the look fresh and youthful.

Sarah Hyland’s Four Looks In One Day

Sarah Hyland's Four Looks In One Day

Sarah Hyland had a busy day in New York City yesterday (October 21), sporting four looks while promoting ‘Modern Family’ and hosting the ASPCA event in the evening.

‘Good Morning America': Her day started off at the GMA studios, where she looked very chic balancing a sheer white DKNY blouse with tan Issa wide-leg trousers, with a black and white Alice + Olivia ‘Shih’ cocoon-shaped collarless coat draped over her shoulders. While everything feels oversized, she managed to pull off the look very well IMO. A Lady Dior bag and Rebecca Minkoff platforms accessorized her look, with a pop of crimson to the lips providing the finishing touch.

Departing NBC studios: My favourite look of the day was this pretty floral-embossed dual-colour print and red mini Blumarine Resort 2015 dress styled with red ALDO strappy sandals. Both the colour and graphic flair are the standout features. I would’ve loved to have seen this look without the coat though.

Julianne Hough In DKNY – SiriusXM Studios

Julianne Hough In DKNY - SiriusXM Studios

Julianne Hough paid a visit to the SiriusXM Studios on Thursday (October 16) in New York City to promote ‘Dancing with the Stars’.

Still working a wardrobe with a distinct summery vibe, the dancer/actress selected a look from DKNY’s Spring 2015 collection.

The top, which is intricately embellished and cropped at the midriff, is balanced with a white high-waist A-line skirt which exudes dreamy romanticism and feminine flair.

Her ‘Nudist’ sandals are the perfect complement to this well-balanced look.

Sarah Hyland In DKNY – 2014 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party

Sarah Hyland attended the 2014 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party on Friday (September 26) in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘Modern Family’ starlet selected a DKNY Spring 2015 vibrantly patterned dress with an on-trend midriff cutout.

The abstract, geometric pattern, rendered in a contrasting mix of red and baby-blue colours created a cool, urban vibe that she enhanced with Brian Atwood ‘Marella’ patent candy-apple red pumps.

I couldn’t be happier that she nixed the flatform wedges from the runway, yet my affection ran dry when it came to the rest of Sarah’s styling.

No doubt trying to echo the mod moment of the dress, she wore a bouffant ponytail with long layers at the front, along with long Twiggy lashes, white eye shadow and a nude lip. But, with the blonde highlights, the end result was too try-hard and frankly too aging for a young Hollywood party.

Sarah’s red-carpet looks are often hit or miss, however, I’d put this firmly in the hit column—but only from the neck down.
