Lara Bingle In Dion Lee - 'Sabotage' LA Premiere

Lara Bingle and actor Sam Worthington attended the premiere of ‘Sabotage’ held at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live on Wednesday (March 19) in Los Angeles, California.

While Sam kept it simple in all black, his girlfriend opted for a show-stopping Dion Lee Fall 2014 two-piece.

The look consists of a nude sleeveless top featuring narrow straps and a bandeau bra-style bodice with intricate beaded embellishment at the front, styled with a sheer-hem skirt with the same beaded embellishment, which perfectly coordinates with Lara’s grey suede pumps.

I wasn’t too enamoured with the rouge lip at first; however, a lighter colour may have washed her out.

I don’t know what possessed Lara to opt for this look, but methinks she needs a stye do-over.

She always looks so over-cooked and I’m not just referring to the tan.

Rose Byrne In Dion Lee - David Jones Boxing Day Sale

Rose Byrne was on hand to open the annual David Jones Boxing Day sale last Tuesday, (December 26) in Sydney, Australia.

When asked what was on her Boxing Day shopping list, Rose said, “I want to go to the Zimmermann area and get a good bathing suit, because you can’t get a good bathing suit out of Australia as far as I’m concerned.”

The pretty Australian actress wore a Dion Lee Resort 2014 dress featuring a surface ripple effect print with a wrap-front construction at the bodice and an open back.

The fashion forward frock was paired back with simple black Jimmy Choo ‘Anouk’ pumps and simple makeup.

Lara Bingle In Dion Lee - Victoria Derby Day

Lara Bingle joined Naomi Campbell at the Victoria Derby Day at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne, Australia on Saturday.

The socialite opted for all black, donning an overtly sexy look from Dion Lee’s Spring 2014 collection.

I’m sure many of you will agree that this hybrid wire long sleeve crop top with an open back and plunging neckline, styled with an asymmetrical skirt and unique headpiece, doesn’t exactly scream ‘day at the races’.

Those of you more familiar with her style won’t be surprised by this look as the terms ‘dress code’ and ‘event appropriate’ are never really taken into consideration by Lara.

Event inappropriate aside, I have to admit that I kinda like the look. It’s sexy, and she has the body to pull it off. Maybe her intention was to shake things up on Ladies Day.

Karolina Kurkova In Dion Lee - 2013 US Open

Karolina Kurkova attended the US Open on Saturday.

The model looked sporty and fresh in a Dion Lee shirt and white pencil skirt.

While there’s no wow-factor for me in this look, it’s quite event-appropriate, and Karolina is working it.

Karolina’s white pumps are a vast improvement over the shoes worn on the runway, and her variation is more feminine, which I like.

Simple, sleeked back hair and an almost completely bare face complete the look.

InStyle Summer Soiree

There were many more lovely ladies who attended the InStyle Summer Soiree held at the Mondrian Los Angeles in West Hollywood, California yesterday evening.

Darby Stanchfield: The ‘Scandal’ actress instantly caught my eye, not only because of the striking contrast between her gorgeous flame-red beehive and electric-blue drop-waist Paper London dress, but mostly because of her pronounced eyebrows, which gave the look a futuristic vibe, further punctuated by her sculptural Kzeniya clutch and Emporio Armani silver pumps.

Ashley Tisdale: Although this sleeveless Clover Canyon ‘Orchid Trip’ neoprene dress is very much expected from Ashley, I love the soft pastel pieces styled with the look. The black clutch is very much the odd man out here.

Analeigh Tipton: The actress was one of many who also opted for neutral tones, wearing a chic tunic top and matching trousers by Ermanno Scervino accented with a black waistband. Opting not to go with black accessories, she wore white Casadei sandals and carried a gold Stark clutch, with Dannijo earrings completing the look.
