Britney Spears In Christopher Kane – ‘The X Factor’ Viewing Party

Britney Spears attended Fox’s ‘The X Factor’ viewing party at Mixology101 & Planet Dailies in California yesterday evening.

The ‘X Factor’ judge looked as uncomfortable as ever on the red carpet, wearing a Christopher Kane Fall 2010 dress.

Her black leather bustier dress, decorated with a colourful floral print, which was the signature theme of this collection, was styled with burgundy Miu Miu sandals.

I will never get why Britney always wears these short, fitted dresses, when she clearly doesn’t have the confidence to wear them.

Had she thrown her shoulders back, and given us a confident smile – or even a stroppy pout – the overall look would’ve been much improved.

Amber Le Bon In Christopher Kane – 2012 British Fashion Awards

Amber Le Bon joined many other fashionable folks on the red carpet at the 2012 British Fashion Awards held at the Savoy Hotel in London yesterday evening.

She wore a Christopher Kane Resort 2013 look.

In the look book, the ensemble consists of a rose-nude corseted bandeau with a matching princess skirt, but Amber’s look appears to be a dress.

The model, who is the spitting image of her supermodel mother, styled her look with a selection of ethnic jewelry and nude strappy sandals, with an emerald-green satin clutch providing a pop of colour.

Nude lips and long ombre tresses completed her look.

Caroline Sieber In Christopher Kane – London Evening Standard Theatre Awards

Caroline Sieber, who is never one to miss a well-dressed soirée, attended the 58th London Evening Standard Theatre Awards, which took place in London on Sunday evening.

Dressed in a leopard-print look by her favourite designer, Christopher Kane, her purple-and-blue Fall 2012 frock with tubular leather trims was styled with a black clutch and her favourite ankle-tie Louis Vuitton pumps.

For a stylist, she appears to have a very limited shoe collection. I guess she’s not a shoe gal.

Yasmin Le Bon In Christoper Kane – ‘Chanel: The Little Black Jacket’ Private Viewing

Yasmin Le Bon apparently didn’t read the invite for the Chanel: The Little Black Jacket private viewing which was held at the Saatchi Gallery in London last night.

Instead of wearing a head-to-toe Chanel look like the rest of the herd, she wore a Christopher Kane Fall 2012 dress.

Her structured silk moire dress featuring a solid leather collar and yoke, square-shaped leather piping detail throughout, slip pockets at the front, and a self-tie leather rope belt at the back would’ve made her stand as the most fashion-forward person on this red carpet.

The model styled her look with black open-toe booties and a black clutch.

Was Yasmin right to go off brief, or would you have preferred her to wear a classic Chanel look like the rest?

Christopher Kane Spring 2013 On Moda Operandi

Caroline Sieber attended the MAC & Carine Roitfeld ‘Le Bal’ event on Tuesday night during Paris Fashion Week.

Despite the invite saying ‘black tie – smoky eye’, the stylist and FROWer wore a Christopher Kane Spring 2013 dress. Our first look at this collection on the red carpet.

Christopher Kane Spring 2013

Considering there were so many ladylike pieces on display, I was surprised that Christopher Kane sought Frankenstein as inspiration for his Spring 2013 collection.

Pretty pink, yellow, white dresses, cardigans, skirt suits and jackets took to the v-shaped mirrored runway on Monday afternoon.

The twist was several of these pieces were accented with plastic nuts and bolts or electrical tape for a typically surprising twist which will delight the likes of Alexa Chung and Leigh Lezark, but for Christopher’s newest fan, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, there were über feminine pretty bow accents.

For those seeking something a lot tougher, Kane sent out models in floral-embossed biker jackets and for the daring the sheer dresses are sure to tantalise.

While there were no gowns, there were plenty of red carpet options. I see the fringed dress making an appearance on the red carpet along with several other pieces including the embellished finale pieces.

Models hair was slicked back into a high ponytail sporty a pale face with dark lower lid eye makeup.

Front Row: Alexa Chung, Leigh Lezark, Daisy Lowe, Poppy Delevingne

Favourites: White pants suit and bow-print chiffon dress

Who I See Wearing This Collection: Rooney Mara, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, Alexa Chung, Anna Paquin, Elizabeth Olsen, Emily Browning, Andrea Riseborough, Freida Pinto, Chloe Moretz, Olivia Palermo, Kirsten Dunst, Reese Witherspoon, Emma Stone, Rosamund Pike, Jessica Alba, Ashley Olsen, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, Yasmin Le Bon and Saoirse Ronan

The London 2012 Closing Ceremony, which took place at the Olympic Stadium yesterday evening, was not only about British culture and music; it was also about fashion.

A selection of our finest and most iconic supermodels took to the stage showcasing British Fashion to its largest-ever global audience.

They were all dressed in pure gold to celebrate Team GB’s 29-gold-medals haul.

From left to right we have Lily Cole wearing an Erdem gold embroidered and lace cocktail dress with gold Charlotte Olympia ankle-strap pumps.

Stella Tennant rocked a Christopher Kane metal mesh and Swarovski crystal pant suit with a rockstar spiked hairdo. One of my favourites of the night.

Karen Elson was more serene wearing a Burberry gold-lace evening dress with a slit which revealed her Jimmy Choo gold ‘Private’ sandals. Read More…
