Rosamund Pike In Christopher Kane – “Barney’s Version” New York Premiere

British actress Rosamund Pike dazzled on the red carpet at the “Barney’s Version” New York Premiere last night.

She looked sexy wearing a Christopher Kane galaxy print dress from the Resort 2011 collection.

The edgy silk empire line dress with a black leather yoke was toned down with black tights and black pumps.

Wavy blonde locks, a large spike ring and an Alexander McQueen python skull clutch completed her look.

Surprisingly I don’t mind the tights on this occasion.

Yasmin Le Bon In Christopher Kane – 2010 British Fashion Awards

Most Disappointing Award
I love Yasmin Le Bon and I love Christopher Kane, but it pains me to admit this recently collaboration isn’t really setting my world on fire.

At the 2010 British Fashion Awards in London tonight, Yasmin wore her second Christopher Kane Spring 2011 look within 2 weeks and my issue with the first remains the same for this look – it makes her appear boxy.

Yasmin is a supermodel and we all how time standstill for these rare beautiful creatures, so she should be able to wear anything and make me go weak at the knees.

Sadly yet again I’m wishing she’d picked something else in the collection that would have given her a more shape and a defined waist.

Nude suede pumps and a gold clutch completed her look.

Anne Hathaway In Oscar de la Renta & Christopher Kane – “Love and Other Drugs” Sydney Promotional Tour

Anne Hathaway is currently in Sydney, Australia promoting her latest film “Love and Other Drugs” with her co-star Jake Gyllenhaal.

She looked beautiful wearing an Oscar de la Renta Spring 2011 dress.

The gold sequined dress dazzles on the red carpet.

She didn’t over accessorize the look, she just sported a beehive with a few pieces framing her face and silver Jimmy Choo ‘Vamp’ sandals.

Earlier that same day Anne attended the photocall…Read More…

Yasmin Le Bon In Christopher Kane – 2010 Marie Claire Prix de la Mode Awards

Yasmin Le Bon like some many supermodels refuses to age.

She was seen walking the red carpet in Madrid last night for the 2010 Marie Claire Prix de la Mode Awards.

Whilst most of the other ladies wore elegant gowns, Yasmin opted for something with a bit more bite.

She becomes the first person to wear a look from Christopher Kane’s Spring 2011 collection on the red carpet.

Although this particular look didn’t make it on the runway, you can see variations of her look below as they share the same print and neon yellow stripes.

A look like this needed an interesting pair of heels, so Yasmin added Azzedine Alaia cut-out suede ankle boots to her look.

Although the details of the heels are interesting, they feel a bit heavy for her dress.

On the runway all the stripes have a narrowing effect around the waist, but Yasmin’s doesn’t.

I would’ve loved this look more had waist been narrower or if she’d worn a belt to nip in her waist.

Christopher Kane Spring 2011

Despite our dreary weather we sure know how to do colour in London.

Whilst New York Fashion Week gave us lots of nude and neutrals, London is bold and colourful.

Christopher Kane’s Spring 2011 presented a fun collection of neon colours of yellow, orange, pink and green.

He mixed simple silhouettes with futuristic colours and bold prints.

Soft lace, jersey prints, laser cut leather and argyle tops were presented with signature ‘sexy as hell’ Giuseppe Zanotti heels with the same neon colour palette.

If anyone pairs these pieces with black pumps I’m going to lose my mind.

Yet again this is one of my favourites of the season.

Front Row: Yasmin le Bon, Anna Wintour, Carine Roitfeld and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld

Favourites: the neon yellow lace dress and the pink dress withe the embroidered details

Who do I see wearing this collection: Leighton Meester, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, Rihanna, Jamie Winstone, Emma Watson, Daisy Low

2010 Toronto Film Festival “Never Let Me Go” Premiere – Carey Mulligan In Christopher Kane

British actress Carey Mulligan is at the 2010 Toronto Film Festival to promote her new movie, “Never Let Me Go.”

I thought it would’ve been easy to guess Carey’s red carpet look for this premiere – Prada or Miu Miu – but she surprised me by wearing a British designer.

I say I’m surprised because during awards season she only wore a British designer once which I think is a shame because she could’ve given many designers some much needed international coverage. *steps down of my soap box*

She wore a Christopher Kane Resort 2011 dress with an ‘Out of Space’ print.

Her sleeveless high-neck dress was paired with ruby Prada pumps.

Despite the fact that her look is neither Prada nor Miu Miu the silhouette remains the same.

Runway En Route To “Jimmy Kimmel Live” – Jessica Alba In Christopher Kane

This weekend I received many emails from you guys desperate to find out who Jessica Alba was wearing when she was spotted leaving her home this weekend en route to her appearance on the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” show.

The brunette actress wore a Christopher Kane Spring 2010 mini dress which we didn’t see on the runway.

Her dress is a combination of runway looks, as it incorporates the gingham check print with embroidered bugle beaded yoke.

The other main difference is that her pleated skirt is a solid colour rather than gingham.

It wouldn’t surprise me if this was a Pre-Fall 2010 look.

She wore her dress with Christian Louboutin ankle boots and a leather jacket which she’s seen carrying.

Has anyone else noticed that Jessica seems to be loving London based designers at the moment?

She worn Marios Schwab, Louise Goldin and Jonathan Saunders recently.

LONDON show ROOMS New York Cocktail Party – Emma Watson In Christopher Kane

Emma Watson was seen arriving at the Pulino’s Bar and Pizzeria in New York City to co-host the “LONDON show ROOMS closing party”.

She co-hosted the evening’s festivities with Sarah Mower to welcome London’s emerging fashion design talent to New York.

Emma represented British designer Christopher Kane, by wearing a dress from his Fall 2010 collection.

Her beautiful black leather dress had lace panels and embroidered floral details on the sleeves and on the base of the skirt.

The young actress paired her dress with black patent Casadei pumps and a gold clutch.

Carey Mulligan was the first to wear a look from Kane’s Fall 2010 collection, but I much prefer this LBD.

There are so many great looks this week that BDOTW is going to be difficult.
