Fan Bingbing In Chloé – ‘One Night Surprise’ Shanghai Premiere

Fan Bingbing In Chloé - ‘One Night Surprise’ Shanghai Premiere

Fan Bingbing attended the ‘One Night Surprise’ premiere held at Wanda International Cinema in Shanghai, China yesterday evening following a photocall earlier in the day.

On this occasion, she wore a pretty white Chloé Fall 2013 A-line dress with ruffles, organza layers and military-style detailing around the waist with was much more weather appropriate with temperatures reaching 40 degrees in Shanghai.

Even though this look was slightly toughened up with the detailing, I am once again perplexed by Bingbing’s shoe choice.

She clearly has a wide range of shoes at her disposal because we’ve had three different selections in two days for her three looks; however, none has been appropriate.

I’m starting to worry.

You can buy Fan Bingbing’s Chloé dress from Luisa via Roma.

Following her promotional efforts and New York premiere of her latest movie, ‘Blue Jasmine’, Cate Blanchett was spotted arriving at LAX.

The Australian actress wore an effortless look featuring a Stella McCartney Resort 2014 cream blazer with faux-python-print lapels, paired with a black top and tan Chloé Resort 2014 pants with a black inner leg stripe.

Decorative Roger Vivier ‘Bijoux’ sandals, cat-eye sunglasses and a Tod’s ‘Sella’ bag accessorized her East-to-West coast look.

Who Wore Chloé Better…Pace Wu or Diane Kruger?

Who Wore Chloe Better Pace Wu or Diane Kruger

Pace Wu, who has dominated the front row at Paris Fashion Week for three seasons now, took her seat at the front row for Chloe’s Fall 2013 presentation wearing a look from their Spring 2013 collection.

She wore a silver-beaded and crystal-arrowed white crepe cropped tank with an ivory skirt styled with a Chloe clutch, silver Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ sandals and a messy bun.

Going from the front row to the streets of LA, Diane Kruger wore the same top a few months later with Current/Elliott jeans, sandals, cat-eye sunglasses and the celeb favourite Balmain ‘Pierre’ bag.

Both ladies wore it well in their respective environments, but I have to go with Pace on this one. Despite being in a more formal setting, the look still has a playful appeal.

Zhang Ziyi In Chloé – X Factor China Finale

Zhang Ziyi Chloe X Factor China

Following her conservative look for the ‘Chevalier De L’Ordre Des Arts Et Des Lettres’ Awards, Zhang Ziyi opted for something more theatrical for the X Factor China finale, where she serves as a judge.

On this occasion her look was from the Chloé Fall 2013 collection. She selected a black sheer polka-dot blouse with a white collar and placket over a black lace bustier, paired with a frothy sheer polka-dot tiered skirt accented with an Alaïa studded belt.

The contrast of these pieces couldn’t be more different; you have a risqué top paired with a fairytale-like skirt.

I have to say this one took a while to grow on me; however, the belt remains my biggest issue as it doesn’t allow the naughty and nice aspects of this look to flow fluidly.

Yet another pair of white pumps, this time courtesy of Saint Laurent, Butler & Wilson jewels and her H. Stern ring completed her look.

I have a feeling this will be a marmite look, so do you love it or hate it?

Maggie Gyllenhaal In Chloé – Good Morning America

Maggie Gyllenhaal In Chloé - Good Morning America

Maggie Gyllenhaal continued to promote her latest movie ‘White House Down’ by making a guest appearance on ‘Good Morning America’ yesterday morning in New York City.

The actress wore a Chloe Pre-Fall 2013 look consisting of a nude silk short-sleeved top and a yellow skirt overlaid with white netted floral appliqués.

After a few dark looks I’m buoyed by this outing, which she accessorized with a Carven tan clutch and matching Saint Laurent sandals.

Makeup-wise, she opted for a barely there made-up look with no nail polish.

You may remember that Maria Sharapova wore the same skirt in pink while promoting her ‘Sugarpova’ candy range in Selfridges last week.

Zhang Ziyi In Chloé – Chevalier De L’Ordre Des Arts Et Des Lettres Awards

Zhang Ziyi In Chloé - Chevalier De L'Ordre Des Arts Et Des Lettres Awards

Zhang Ziyi attended the ‘Chevalier De L’Ordre Des Arts Et Des Lettres’ Awards held at the Embassy of France in Beijing, China yesterday.

The Asian beauty selected a summery Chloe Spring 2013 white silk dress layered with a cotton birdcage overlay, which she styled with white Louboutin pumps, an Omega watch and an H. Stern ring.

White pumps continue to be a red carpet staple and I have to admit I am coming around to liking them; even if the white-on-white does feel a bit obvious, it works on this occasion.

A pop of red via her nails and lip colour provided the finishing touches.

Blake Lively In Chloé – Celler De Can Roca

Blake Lively In Chloé - Celler De Can Roca

Following the premiere of his animated flick ‘Turbo’, Ryan Reynolds and his lovely wife Blake Lively headed out to dinner at Celler De Can Roca.

The stylish couple dressed up for the occasion, with Ryan looking dressy-casual in a light-blue shirt, pink tie and grey slacks, while Mrs Reynolds wore a Chloé Spring 2013 look.

Her navy blouse and cropped pants were instantly recognisable via the silver beaded arrows down both sides, which was a recurring motif from the collection, most recently seen on Diane Kruger.

The actress styled her look with a quilted tan chain-accented bag and sky-scraping heels from her favourite brands, Chanel and Christian Louboutin respectively.
