This weekend Jessica Stroup attended the Paleyfest09 90210 event at the Paley Center For Media in LA.

Actress Michelle Williams arrived at 2009 Film Independent Spirit Awards last month in Santa Monica channeling a young Mia Farrow wearing a Chloé striped sleeveless dress.

The dress is so incredibly cute on her, and is very indicative of her effortless chic style. I love the long slung front pockets.

Unfortunatley it’s her hair that ruins this look for me. The curly hair does not quite suit this edgy look, and the bangs are too heavy and too blunt.

The British actress completed her look with Chanel diamond studded heels, and of course a Chanel purse.

I particularly loved the shorts with its scalloped detail. She completed her look with a white blouse, strappy sandals and a bronze clutch.

Emma wore the same Chloé shorts in white, with a Helmut Lang blazer, white top, a sliver clutch and blue heels.

A lot of people rightly criticized the reality TV star/fashion designer, for failing to wear her own clothing to her launch, but I guess she wanted to show off this stunning dress.

This beautiful dress is very unique and instantly recognizable, so you would think Heidi would wait a long while before wearing this dress again.

My only conclusion is that since she paid a total of $5,030 for her dress and shoe boots, she wanted to get her monies worth. After all the more times you wear it, the cheaper if feels right?!?!
