Kate Moss’ St. Barts Photoshoot

Kate Moss was spotted on Governor Beach in St. Barts, France, on Friday, posing for French fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier for a new spread.

The 38-year-old supermodel donned a variety of lingerie ensembles and beachwear, which included a leopard-print two-piece worn with a Giambattista Valli Spring 2013 white-and-red cropped jacket.

In another snap we see her wearing a Jason Wu Spring 2013 pink lace romper with a sun-hat decked with a neon trim.

Whilst taking a fag break she donned an uber-short pink frock with an embellished neckline, and there was more animal print to be had as she wore an animal-print jacket with a yellow lace bra and a Chanel Spring 2013 black-and-white skirt (which was presented as a dress) and the final look was an animal-print belt worn over a neon-green knit short-sleeve sweater which was paired with striped pants.

Between takes, the model was very comfortable being topless while changing into her next look on the beach, despite knowing that the paparazzi were taking these shots.

I guess at this point it’s a case of not being something we haven’t seen several times before as she’s pretty much topless in every editorial.

Who Wore Chanel Better…Jessica Biel or Naomie Harris?

Jessica Biel wore a knitted Chanel Spring 2012 dress to the 2012 MTV Movie Awards back in June.

The actress styled her white dress with voluminous long sleeves with a funky pair of white-and-green Barbara Bui ‘Biker’ open-toe ankle-strap sandals, a Giles & Brother bracelet and her engagement ring.

Naomie Harris wore the same dress while making a guest appearance on the ‘Lorraine’ show at ITV studios and at the London photocall to promote her new movie, ‘Skyfall’, styling her look with black-and-white Pierre Hardy ankle boots.

As they both look great, this becomes a battle of the shoes.

While I would wear Jessica’s, I love the funky edge Naomie’s shoes give to her Chanel dress so she wins for me.

Alicia Vikander In Chanel Couture – British Independent Film Awards 2012

Alicia Vikander was also pretty in pink on the red carpet at Old Billingsgate Market in London yesterday evening for the British Independent Film Awards 2012.

The relatively unknown actress wowed in a Chanel Fall 2012 Couture gown.

Chanel are always very generous to up-and-coming actresses: Freida Pinto once said in an interview that many fashion houses ignored her requests in the early days except Chanel. I trust their eye for spotting stars who are ones-to-watch, considering they have also backed Bella Heathcote and Emilia Clarke.

Her pink frock with sheer stripes, a banded waistband and button detailing was lightly accented with shredded detailing on the sleeves and skirt, adding to the delicate nature of her ethereal frock.

Barely-there makeup, stone pumps and a half-up, half-down hairstyle completed this BDOTW-worthy look.

Poppy Delevingne In Chanel – Chanel: Metiers d’Art Pre-Fall 2013 Fashion Show

There wasn’t the usual celebrity turnout for the Chanel: Metiers d’Art Pre-Fall 2013 fashion show, which was held at Linlithgow Palace in Scotland yesterday evening.

Chanel’s favourite UK model Poppy Delevingne was in attendance, and appropriately dressed considering the light snowfall.

She wore a Chanel Fall 2012 double-breasted full-length teal coat with silver trims and oversized pockets.

Sensible styling included a mahogany furry hat, leather gloves and lace-up boots.

Poppy of course completed her look with the obligatory quilted Chanel bag.

I love this look from head-to-toe: she not only looks chic, but she’s season- and event-appropriate, like she was at the Resort 2012 presentation.

Amber Kuo In Chanel – 2012 Golden Horse Awards

Amber Kuo opted for a summery look for the 49th Annual Golden Horse Awards, held at the Cultural Working House in Ilan, Taiwan on Saturday evening.

Dressed in a frothy mint green Chanel Resort 2013 butter-wouldn’t-melt cocktail dress, she added sexy nude spiked Christian Louboutin ‘Altipump’ spikes platform sky high heels to her look.

The heels make this look for me. I think the look wouldn’t have been as tantalizing without the sassy twist.

An updo and silver jewels completed her look.

Zhou Xun In Chanel Couture – Vogue China’s 120th Anniversary Celebration

Zhou Xun also wore a Chanel Couture look to Vogue China’s 120th Anniversary celebratory party in Beijing, China, last night, but with much more success than Maggie Cheung.

The actress wore a delightful white satin Chanel Fall 2011 Couture dress accented with midnight-blue feathers with a white satin bolero jacket decorated by a navy feathered flower pin on the collar.

I much prefer Zhou’s shorter version. Do you?

Navy pumps and Chanel Fine Jewelry including a “Couture” bracelet in 18K white gold, black-and-white diamonds and a “Mademoiselle” bracelet in 18K white gold and cultured pearls accessorized her look.

Flawless makeup including a pretty pink lip colour and a wavy updo provided the finishing touches.
