Astrid Bergès-Frisbey In Chanel – 43rd Deauville American Film Festival Opening Ceremony

Astrid Bergès-Frisbey opted not to change a habit of a lifetime by wearing Chanel for the 43rd Deauville American Film Festival opening ceremony this evening (September 1) in France, where she joined Charlotte Le Bon and Berenice Bejo.

Her Resort 2018 Grecian goddess look came across as effortless and in keeping with her no-fuss, free spirited style.

I do however wish she had incorporated some of the runway styling, like the bag and perhaps the hairstyle.

Tracee Ellie Ross In Chanel – Television Academy’s Performers Peer Group Celebration

Tracee Ellis Ross attended the Television Academy’s Performers Peer Group Celebration on Monday (August 21) in Beverly Hills, California.

I love the rich embroidery of her black and gold wool knit coat and trouser combo from Chanel’s Pre-Fall 2017 collection, which she styled with a cropped Hanes x karla tee for a fresh, summery, less stuffy twist.

Within this look I feel Tracee’s personal style shines in a way that felt authentic and effortless. It was just another example of how the ‘Black-ish’ star’s sartorial prowess continues to grow.

Tracee Ellis Ross In Chanel and Vetements – 5th Annual Beautycon Festival

Tracee Ellis Ross attended the 5th Annual Beautycon Festival on Saturday (August 12) in LA.

The actress combined a classic cream Chanel jacket with cropped blue denim jeans by the contemporary brand Vetements.

I really love the mash up of styles. She gets full marks for originality and for owning her look.

Her gold accessories which include a cheeky Chanel ‘Tweed We Need’ Spring 2015 clutch plus her classic two-tone pumps and bright fuchsia lip bring so much to the look.

Vanessa Paradis In Chanel – ‘Chien’ Locarno Film Festival Premiere

Vanessa Paradis attended the Locarno Film Festival Premiere of ‘Chien’ by Samuel Benchetrit on Monday (August 7) in Locarno, Switzerland.

As could be guessed, she was wearing a Chanel look, this dress hailing from the Greek-inspired Resort 2018 collection.

The unique mix of graphic patterning brought the look to life, with added charm from the shoulder tie straps, emboldening the simple, above-the-ankle silhouette.

What resulted was a fashionable, no-fuss approach that was directly in line with Vanessa’s casual-chic style aesthetic.

Sienna Miller In Chanel – ‘Cat On A Hot Tin Roof’ Press Night After Party

Sienna Miller attended the press night after party for ‘Cat On A Hot Tin Roof’ at The National Cafe on Monday (July 24) in London.

Marrying evening drama with Greek goddess-appeal, this Chanel Resort 2018 sleeveless dress possesses a lot more detail than we are used to seeing on a Sienna Miller dress, but she carries the look off with great aplomb.

I’m sure many of you had this gown on your wish lists for Keira Knightley, as I did, but Sienna, with her signature tousled tresses and complementary tangy lip, looks at ease in this frock which has a few bohemian traits of its own.

Sofia Boutella In Chanel – ‘Atomic Blonde’ Berlin Premiere

Sofia Boutella attended the ‘Atomic Blonde’ world premiere in Berlin, Germany on Monday (July 17).

Embracing classic modernity, she wore a Chanel Fall 2017 gown with dazzling sequin embellishment and sleek column lines.

Try as I might, I couldn’t fully embrace the ivory silk neck piece that I kept wanting to remove like a scarf. But, it did grow on me over time, as the whole look had something of a ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ charm.

I will give Sofia credit for wearing an updo with that neckline—even if the perky topknot could be a bit contrived for the more sophisticated look.

Chanel Dinner Celebrating Lucia Pica & The Travel Diary Makeup Collection

Chanel-clad beauties came out for the Chanel dinner celebrating the brand’s global creative makeup and color designer Lucia Pica and the new Travel Diary Makeup Collection in Santa Monica, California on Wednesday (July 12).

Rowan Blanchard: There would be no question that the young starlet set out to have some fun with her youthful Chanel Fall 2017 outfit featuring a ‘Gabrielle Chanel’ tee and high-waist navy pinstripe trousers paired with bold-red Chanel toe-cap booties. Chanel’s ‘Gabrielle’ bag, Chanel Fine Jewelry ‘Coco Crush’ earrings, and the Chanel ‘Boy.Friend’ watch rounded her creatively inspired look. But none was more creative than the liberties taken with her Crayola-inspired, multi-colour eye shadow hues.

Yara Shahidi: While Yara often favours long-sleeve long dresses, she brought that same aesthetic to this Chanel Fall 2017 ruffle blouse and faded, boyfriend denim that she imbued with her signature cool flair. I love the cheekiness of the double Cs washed into the ’90s-inspired jeans as well as the polish of Yara’s styling including the Chanel booties, a Chanel bag, and Chanel Fine Jewelry ‘Coco Crush’ ear cuff and rings.

Sarah Staudinger: Also in Chanel, naturally, Sarah wore pastel separates mixed with a bubblegum-pink bag and granny-chic shoes—not to mention oversized hoop earrings. I’m not exactly sure what she was going for, but I couldn’t find much rhyme or reason to her quirky entrance.
