Kristen Stewart, Alice Dellal, and Vanessa Paradis held court at the Chanel show as part of Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2015, which was hosted at the Grand Palais on Tuesday (January 27) in Paris, France. As the faces of the new Chanel handbag campaign, each of the girls with their individual style represents one of the brand’s iconic purse pieces, including the 11.12 by Karl Lagerfeld, the Boy Chanel, and the Girl.

Kristen Stewart: Taking a sporty-chic route, the actress wore a white A-line dress with black piping. Chunky, block-heeled booties, a chain necklace and an ear cuff completed her look, yet it was really her side-swept, wavy crop that injected another level of edge to this safer showing.

Alice Dellal: The model’s cropped jacket put a directional twist on traditional plaid while high-waist, wide-leg trousers provided the right counterpoint to the silhouette of the top half of her look, which she styled with a black Boy Chanel bag—naturally.

Vanessa Paradis
: Taking the mannish styling one notch up, the actress suited up in a cropped black tweed blazer worn over a semi-sheer white blouse that gave off a Victorian vibe. Barely there makeup and effortless waves were the natural pairing to this classic Parisian look.

Keira Knightley In Chanel – 2015 Producers Guild Awards

Keira Knightley In Chanel - 2015 Producers Guild Awards

Keira Knightley attended the 2015 Producers Guild Awards held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on Saturday (January 24) in Los Angeles, California.

The British actress has failed to ignite our senses with her maternity style, and here, yet again, this look gets a no bueno.

Milk maid springs to mind, even if this Chanel.

The Resort 2015 dress featuring a floral appliqué top and shattered print floral skirt has a luxe boho vibe on the runway, but didn’t translate on the red carpet, especially when styled with those criminal black pumps.

What happened to her post announcement style?

Considering the A-list talent at this event, this was pretty disappointing all round.

Julianne Moore In Chanel Couture – Museum Of The Moving Image Gala Salute

Julianne Moore In Chanel Couture - Museum Of The Moving Image Gala Salute

Very much on track to becoming the woman of the awards season, Julianne Moore was honoured by the Museum Of The Moving Image for her stellar work over the last twelve months in a ceremony held at 583 Park Avenue on Tuesday (January 20) in New York City.

The actress wore a gilded gold Chanel Fall 2014 Couture long-sleeve dress with a rhinestones and anthracite beaded neckline opting not to wear the matching bicycle shorts we saw on the runway.
After her last offering, which frankly bored me to tears, this is more like the Julianne Moore I know and love.

With its vintage impression and Renaissance-like vibe, this fit-for-a-modern-lady dress just oozed sophistication.

Gold Jimmy Choo ‘Minny’ sandals and a neat topknot provided the finishing touches.

Dakota Johnson In Chanel Couture – 2015 Golden Globe Awards

Dakota Johnson In Chanel Couture - 2015 Golden Globe Awards

Dakota Johnson enchanted on the red carpet at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday (January 11).

Inspired by her ’50 Shades of Grey’ character, Dakota Johnson shimmered in a silver strapless Chanel Couture Fall 2014 gown. The gown was the perfect choice for this actress to encourage her new sex appeal. Simple waves and minimal makeup made the star’s dress shine.

A thigh high split and metallic train, the actress appeared fierce and glamorous. Chanel jewelry added a sophisticated touch.

A mirrored clutch, Jimmy Choo ‘Minny’ sandals and cocktail ring finished off this silver streak.

Keira Knightley In Chanel - 2015 Golden Globe Awards

Keira Knightley was back on the red carpet at the 2015 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 11) at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

Nominated for best supporting actress for ‘The Imitation Game,’ she took the opportunity to wear a custom Chanel design, based on a look from the Pre-Fall 2015 collection, which she accessorized by Chanel Fine Jewelry.

The mum-to-be has so far failed to impress with her maternity looks, and unfortunately she does nothing to change my mind here.

I wasn’t a particular fan of this look on the runway, and I still cannot find a fond place in my heart for the ruffled bib-like bodice and tiered skirting—although I am glad that the equally ruffled sleeves have disappeared on Keira’s version.

That’s not to say that the butterfly print of this dress, right down to the over-sized butterfly accent piece on her wrist, isn’t right in line with the star’s bohemian style.

What do you make of this piece?
