Last night Lily Allen was one of the many performers at the 2010 Brit Awards in London.

She walked the red carpet sporting an Anna Wintour style bob and a Chanel Pre-Fall 2010 black gown.

The black gown itself is exquisite.

I love the high red embroidered neckline and the jeweled detail on the waist, but this gown is too grand for Lily Allen.

Cate Blanchett and Erin O’Connor would’ve looked so statuesque in this gown, but Lily barely pulls it off.

Sometimes I get the Chanel Lily collabo, but on this occasion it didn’t quite work for me.

Cute bob though.

Emily Mortimer first wore this Chanel dress from the Paris-Monte Carlo Pre-Fall 2007 collection to the “Costume Institute Benefit Gala” in New York way back in May 2007.

I think Emily looks really cute here and I like that she’s gone for a similar coloured shoe.

The gold of her belt was a nice bit of styling, as it really pops against the blue of her dress.

Leigh Lezark then wore this dress to Chanel’s “Fete D’Hiver Fall Gala” in November 2009.

I adore this dress on Leigh as I think she looks so elegant in this royal blue, yet it still reflects her edgier side.

I can’t understand why she chose to wear black pumps though. It seems like such an unthoughtful end to such a great outfit.

As Emily styled it better she wins for me.

On Saturday Michelle Williams walked the red carpet for the “Shutter Island” premiere during the Berlin Film Feastival.

Michelle’s co-star Leonardo DiCaprio was also in attendance, but I was only interested in Michelle’s Chanel Spring 2010 dress.

The white asymmetrical bodice was accented with a black sash, whilst her black chiffon skirt had an extra layer in comparison to the runway version.

I love everything about this look, from Michelle’s glow, her hair, her flawless make-up, her vulnerability, to the simplicity of the dress.

Only black peep-toes heels were paired with this look.

Our first and truly worthy BDOTW contender.

Last night in New York Chanel hosted a dinner party in honour of Vanessa Paradis who is the face of “Rouge COCO”.

Kate Bosworth was one of the guests who was of course wearing Chanel.

Her Spring 2010 red white and blue striped dress is so beautiful, but my love for this look ends at the hem of Kate’s skirt.

Granted it freezing in New York.  The weather is so bad that my flight to New York for Fashion Week had to be postponed, but white tights??? *shivers*

Sorry it just leaves me cold, as does her lilac and navy Christian Louboutin Maggie heels.

I do however love her bun and her white Chanel clutch.

Now this is a rarity.

Demi Moore standing alone on the red carpet.

Normally we have to guess what the second part of her dress looks like, as she’s usually glued to her husband Ashton Kutcher.

Demi walked the red carpet at the “Valentine’s Day” LA Premiere to support her hubby who stars in the movie.

She looked breath-taking wearing an ivory Chanel Spring 2010 Couture strapless dress, without the runway jacket.

The dress had an A-line skirt with tulle appliqués trimming the hemline.

I love her hair and the dress, but feel very let down by the black pumps.

Demi nearly always wears these Brian Atwood black satin “Maniac” pumps.

I would love her to explore a new colour.

Please be upstanding, the Queen is back.

Cate Blanchett is currently in Tokyo to promote her favorite brand of skincare, SKII.

We’ve been picking Armani Prive Spring 2010 wish lists for Cate, but on this occasion she joined Asian celebrities on stage wearing a jeweled red silk Alberta Ferretti Fall 2009 dress.

The colour really pops, and I’m grateful that she opted for the red instead of the black.

The high neckline elongates her even more.

I love the quiff, but I’m a tad disappointed that the split in her dress which revealed the tops of the tights.

This is why I hate tights, they ruin everything. j/k

Later in the evening a dinner party was held in Cate’s honour and it was here she floors me.

The actress was breath-taking wearing a Chanel dress from the Chanel Paris-Shanghai Métiers D’Arts Pre-Fall 2010 collection.

Her black organza gown is exquisite with the gold trims and floral embroidered details.

Gold heels, diamond earrings and simple make-up complete the look.

Between seeing Dita yesterday and Cate in these pictures, I’ve reached my perfection quota for the month.

BDOTW contender. I’m predicting a 3 clothes-horse race.

After recently announcing that she is expecting her third baby, supermodel Claudia Schiffer was seen front row at Chanel’s Spring 2010 Couture show yesterday wearing a Chanel Pre Fall 2010 yellow tunic.

This colour is great on Claudia and instead of clashing with her blonde hair, I think it compliments it really nicely.

I love the bellowing sleeves and the embroidered detail on the front.

My only complaint might be that she should have worn a more subtle bag as it seems to be fighting for attention with the rest of the look.

I actually really like that she styled this tunic with black tights and ankle boots as the yellow is the only focus this look needs.
