Miley Cyrus was pretty in pink attending the Clive Davis pre-GRAMMY party at the Beverley Hilton Hotel , California on Saturday (January 25).
Channelling an altogether more demure look, the singer chose a simple silk Calvin Klein Collection Pre-Fall 2014 slip dress for the occasion which although was super-mini, was sassy rather trashy.
Teaming the dress with an ice-pink shearling coat, Chanel ‘No.5 Perfume Bottle’ bag and cream Calvin Klein block heels, the look was absolutely perfect for Miley. Fun and flirtatious, on-trend and chic.
Miley’s newly blonde locks and the addition of the sleek Repossi ear cuff rounded off a strong and uber-sleek outfit which I simply love. Let’s hope she keeps this up.
You know you are a fashion force to be reckoned with when on a best-dressed poll the only person you are in competition with is yourself. That is what happened this week when Lupita Nyong’o’s Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein Collection looks ended up first and second place.
The majority of you picked Lupita’s Ralph Lauren Golden Globes gown. I also loved this look, but my favourite was the Calvin Klein Collection custom gown.
Dressed to thrill, she wore a custom Calvin Klein Collection ivory silk crepe bandeau dress styled with a Calvin Klein Collection gold box clutch, Paul Andrew custom shoes, and Kimberly McDonald Jewelry.
Once again, it’s a jaw-dropping look, highlighting her envied physique and smooth skin tone.
Her makeup continues to be consistently brilliant with a pink lip colour and smokey grey eyes rounding out her look.
Just when she thought she may have peaked too soon at the Globes, she goes and does it again.
Flexing their sartorial strength, the guys glammed up for the 2014 Golden Globe Awards, held last night (January 12) at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Here, an overview of the handsome highlights.
Matthew McConaughey: The big victor in the best actor category, the ‘Dallas Buyers Club’ star was every bit a winner on the red carpet, too. His Dolce & Gabbana three-piece tuxedo featured a surprising emerald-green velvet blazer with contrasting black peak lapels, adding a swoon-worthy twist on the standard. His touch of scruff, meanwhile, was his way of putting a casual-cool spin on this formal entrance. His wife, Camila Alves, also shone rather brightly in a glittery, black Dolce & Gabbana gown that flaunted her enviable curves.
Chris Pine: Rocking the full beard, the actor embraced the classics with an impeccably tailored Ermenegildo Zegna Couture black, peak grosgrain lapel tuxedo, white dress shirt, and black bow tie. He finished the look with Tod’s black patent loafers and a David Yurman gold pinky ring.
