Chrissy Teigen In Balmain – 2015 Billboard Music Awards

Chrissy Teigen In Balmain - 2015 Billboard Music Awards

Chrissy Teigen co-hosted the 2015 Billboard Music Awards with Ludacris, where she was on the red carpet before taking the stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday (May 17).

Shimmering in a Balmain Spring 2015 plunge jumpsuit for her first look of the night, she channeled plenty of disco dazzle.

Assuring the retro bombshell vibe, she wore her hair in long voluminous waves and skipped the runway’s black bandeau top in order to sexily maximize her assets.

You may remember Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has also donned this look, but Chrissy made it her own with the addition of a wide black belt.

Does the belt change the look enough for its second outing?

Lily Aldridge was also in attendance at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday (May 17), where she also appeared on-screen in gal-pal Taylor Swift’s music-video premiere of ‘Bad Blood.’

Another one of designer Olivier Rousteing’s Balmain beauties, the model strutted out a gown from the Balmain Fall 2015 collection.

Significantly pared down from its runway presentation, the royal purple and black dress still brought the requisite leggy slit.

Adding a layer of personality, she wore a cheeky ‘Frostbite’ clutch and gold cuff along with Giuseppe Zanotti mules, which were a refreshing change of pace from black sandals and pumps.

Kylie Jenner In Balmain – 2015 Billboard Music Awards

Kylie Jenner was also in attendance at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday (May 17).

Like her sister Kendall, Kylie was also donning a Balmain design, hers from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection.

The structured black leather mini-dress, enhanced with gold piping and a metal belt, had a tough, rock-princess edge, although it comes across as a bit passé if only because we’ve seen it—and others like it—many times before.

You may remember that Karolina Kurkova wore the same dress a couple years back.

Cage heels completed the look that actually was quite striking with her jet-black locks.

Kendall Jenner & Jourdan Dunn In Balmain For H&M – 2015 Billboard Music Awards

2015 Billboard Music Awards - Arrivals

Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner posed on either side of Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards, held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday (May 17).

The model duo were displaying the Balmain for H&M collection that launches on November 5, 2015, which has been kept under wraps until now.

Looking every bit like rock goddesses, Olivier’s favoured ‘It’ girls took the ensembles for a fierce spin accessorized by, what else, black thigh boots.

While Jourdan’s ensemble was high on sexy, gold-accented appeal, I didn’t love the navy and red mixed with the black boots. Kendall’s pearl-embellished, over-sized jacket struck a more seamlessly sophisticated, sultry note.

That said, I have no doubt this debut has even further put Balmain fans on pins and needles awaiting the fifth of November.

Marion Cotillard in Balmain – Trophée Chopard

Marion Cotillard in Balmain - Trophée Chopard

Marion Cotillard attended the Trophée Chopard festivities, hosted during the 68th annual Cannes Film Festival on Friday (May 15) in Cannes, France.

Putting a vivacious twist into her look, the French actress flashed back to the spirit of the ’70s in a Balmain Fall 2015 dress featuring a molded orange and magenta bodice and black plissé skirt.

Reflecting the gold plate of the belt with her accessories, she completed the look by wearing a metallic clutch and bold Chopard earrings.

All things considered, I liked seeing this mod, playful side of Marion, even if the look was quite literal in its retro mood.
