Gabrielle Union takes Menswear Spring 2018 Paris Fashion Week by storm

Gabrielle Union has taken the Menswear Spring 2018 edition of Paris Fashion Week by style storm, as she’s had more outfit changes than some models with a record seven looks and counting. Equally impressive, Dwayne Wade has been a style-forward partner-in-crime almost every step of the way.

Valentino Show: At the Valentino show on Wednesday (June 21), Gabrielle started off the whirlwind week with a relaxed note in a breezy, flowing Valentino Pre-Fall 2017 floral gown. Sure, it was a glorified maxi dress, but I was so pleased to see it without the runway’s sweater top. Plus, it translated beautifully on her. Dwayne Wade stood close by with his best, trend-forward attitude in place. He suited up in a Valentino plaid ensemble that was embroidered and chain-accented for additional edge. It was likely no accident that the three-piece suit’s plum-and-mint colour palette referenced Gabrielle’s dress.

Issa Rae In Balmain – 2017 BET Awards

Issa Rae brought was giving us good vibes with her bright and bold ensemble at the 2017 BET Awards on Sunday (June 25) in LA.

She wore a Balmain Resort 2017 blazer and short combo which was fun and flirty, with the multi-coloured stripes making this look feel party-ready.

Long sleeves countered the plunging V-neck and kept things classy. Meanwhile, Hueb ruby diamond earrings and a Narcisa Pheres diamond necklace added some traditional glamour to this psychedelic look.

I love how her Edie Parker ‘Wolf Shard Lock’ clutch mimicked the colourful nature of her blazer and the overall feeling of optimism that this ensemble evokes.

Is this look a hit or a miss for you?

Celine Dion In Balmain & Roberto Cavalli – l’Opera Garnier & Hotel Royal Monceau

When it comes to fashion there really isn’t much off limits for Celine Dion which makes her such a inspiring style chameleon.

The singer was out in Paris on Tuesday (June 13) taking in a performance at the Paris Opera House serving up iconic elegance. This is the Balmain I love. Showcasing their tailoring mastery, sublime silhouettes, opulence and toughened luxury. J’Adore.

Leaving her hotel in Paris today (June 14) Celine went from all-black to a riot of colour. I simply adore this trio of Roberto Cavalli head-turning florals. It may be too much for some, but Cavalli doesn’t do subtly and I think the blazer counters the pyjama feel of the trousers and the coat gives the look a luxe finish.

Eva Longoria In Balmain – L’Oreal’s 20th Birthday Gala

Eva Longoria attended L’Oreal’s 20th birthday gala on Wednesday (May 24) during Cannes Film Festival.

Do you know what’s the worst thing about Eva in this Balmain dress?

That I’ll never be able to unsee it.

Emily Ratajkowski has a contender for WDOTY.

Eva was joined at the event by a host of models who were all decked out in Balmain including Neelam Gill, Maria Borges, Alexina Graham, Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, Lara Stone, Bianca Balti, Doutzen Kroes, Irina Shayk, and Cindy Bruna.

I can’t say I’m a fan of any of these looks excluding Cindy.

Neelam Gill, Doutzen Kroes, Lara Stone, Irina Shayk & Maria Borges In Balmain – ‘The Beguiled’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

The Balmain army dominated the red carpet at ‘The Beguiled’ Cannes Film Festival premiere this evening (May 23).

Juliette Binoche served up a very different look for the French brand earlier in the week, but Neelam Gill, Doutzen Kroes, Lara Stone, Irina Shayk and Maria Borges were all wearing quintessential Balmain custom looks which represent the brand to a tee; afterall Balmain and body-conscious go hand in hand.

Aswash with sequins or festooned with feathers, whether this is your kind of glamour or not, there’s no denying that each lady looks radiant here.

I’m usually a sucker for a sequin, but I am very drawn to feather gowns, especially Lara’s.

Juliette Binoche In Balmain – ‘The Killing Of A Sacred Deer’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Juliette Binoche was absolutely radiant for her appearance on the red carpet for ‘The Killing Of A Sacred Deer’ Cannes Film Festival premiere this evening (May 22).

When you think of Balmain, micro minis and slash to the navel (in either direction) gowns immediately spring to mind, so this bespoke Balmain dress will serve as quite a surprise.

Featuring a sensuous off-the-shoulder style and dramatic cherry-red hue this piece possesses elegance from centuries past.

I’m truly in awe, and love that the hair is much improved on this occasion.
