Kelly Chen In Balenciaga – Balenciaga Store Party

Kelly Chen was in Hong Kong yesterday for a party at a Balenciaga boutique.

The singer/actress was decked out head to toe by the brand, wearing a dress from their Fall 2012 collection.

Her black leather dress with a blue, black and grey detailed bodice and skirt was styled with an unfortunate pair of tri-colour pumps.

The mint-green python clutch isn’t exactly exciting me either. The chandelier earrings are quite interesting but feel too grand for this look.

This is a classic case of great dress, uninspiring accessories.

How do you feel about Kelly’s styling of this look?

The only other person we’ve seen wearing a look from this collection is Kristen Stewart.

2012 Teen Choice Awards Red Carpet Round-Up

Here are the rest of the stars who hit the red carpet at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday.

Victoria Justice: The young actress sported a multi-coloured animal printed halter Gomez-Gracia high-low dress with a Swarovski crystal studded leather belt. Her floaty dress was styled with a Lauren Merkin clutch, and Schutz nude pumps.

Miranda Cosgrove: At the first red carpet event to fully embrace the summer season, Miranda’s fully sequined Collette Dinnigan mini dress with crystal embellished trims feels really heavy. Her Stella McCartney black ankle strap pumps and the black clutch don’t help matters.

Ariana Grande: In the absence of Katy Perry someone had to add a quirky touch to the red carpet. Ariana looked cute as a button in a custom-painted 1950s Ladureé inspired macaroon cocktail dress, designed by Kenley Collins.

Andrew Garfield In Balenciaga – The Amazing Spider-Man’ Paris Premiere

Andrew Garfield joined Emma Stone on the red carpet in France tonight for ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ Paris premiere.

The actor wore a Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière Spring 2012 suit.

I love that once again Andrew and Emma are colour-coordinating their looks as his berry suit matches her lip colour.

A sky-blue shirt with a contrast trim and brown dress shoes completed his look.

Charlize Theron Loves Her…Balenciaga ‘Papier’ Bag

Charlize Theron has a new favourite bag; the Balenciaga ‘Papier’ Bag.

As a celeb she of course has this bag in two colours; black and navy.

On Monday she departed LAX carrying the black version wearing a light grey blazer with black jeans and silver sequin flats.

The following day she was spotted on the East Coast carrying the navy blue version dressed in a tailored slate grey blazer, a black top, teal coloured jeans and Jimmy Choo ‘Imogen’ caged sandals.

Earlier today Charlize was papped leaving Claridges hotel in London carrying the black version.

On this occasion she wore blue-and-white striped Stella McCartney shirt paired with The Row ‘Moto’ stretch-leather leggings-style pants and Christian Louboutin ‘Decoupata’ ankle boots.

I love the last two looks. It looks like she’s giving Miranda Kerr a run for her money in the street style stakes.

Logan Marshall-Green In Balenciaga – ‘Prometheus’ London Premiere

Logan Marshall-Green added a bit of eye candy to the red carpet on Thursday evening, attending the world premiere of ‘Prometheus’, held in London.

The dapper actor, who stars in the film, looked handsome wearing a Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière suit.

As most actors opt for a classic black look when attending major events, Logan stood out in his light-grey two-button suit, which was paired with a light-blue shirt and a red, white and blue striped tie.

Finishing his look with simple black shoes and red socks, Logan joins the growing list of actors, such as Robert Pattinson and Ryan Gosling, not afraid to try out something new on the red carpet.
