Heidi Klum In Ashi Studio Couture – 2018 Golden Globe Awards

Heidi Klum was also in attendance at the 2018 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, California.

Towards the end of last year, we saw her on a sophisticated-sexy path, and I would venture to say that theme was still in play with this Ashi Studio Fall 2017 Couture high-low gown.

Sure, the playful, feathered piece trended more on the youthfully whimsical side. But, I do think her sleek styling, including strappy sandals and Lorraine Schwartz jewels, brought a note of elegance to the sculpted, flirtatious frock.

Sonam Kapoor In Ashi Studio – 2017 Dubai International Film Festival

Following the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards, where Sonam Kapoor failed to impress the majority, the Indian actress was back on the red carpet for the opening night gala of the 14th annual Dubai International Film Festival this evening (December 6).

We love Ashi Studio for his sculptural Couture designs, yet this Spring 2018 ready-to-wear look demonstrates a more minimalist aesthetic.

I do love it when Sonam pushes the envelope and presents more fashion forward looks, but after her previously maximalist look, I adore the change of pace with this effortless monochromatic look.

The look was styled with Repossi jewels.

Ava DuVernay In Ashi Studio Couture – 2017 Oscars

Ava DuVernay made quite the statement on the red carpet of the 2017 Oscars on Sunday night (February 26).

The director wore a graceful Ashi Studio Fall 2016 Couture gown with lace appliqué detailing.

First of all, can I just say a big ‘yes’ to gray on the red carpet? The shade is just dark enough to really distinguish it as gray versus silver, and I’m absolutely loving the unique color.

Ava’s gorgeous, long locs, smokey eye and diamond jewelry are the perfect complements to this dramatic look.

Janelle Monae In Ashi Studio Couture – 2017 NAACP Image Awards

Janelle Monae made an attention-grabbing entrance at the 2017 NAACP Image Awards on Saturday (February 11) in Pasadena, California.

While she recently took a slight detour from her signature monochromatic looks with the introduction of a few kaleidoscope hues, I’m not missing any of them thanks to the sartorial power of this Ashi Studio Fall 2016 Couture ruffled masterwork styled with an Edie Parker clutch.

In fact, this all-black look was actually a fresh twist for the entertainer, who generally favours a black-and-white colour combination.

Possessing the sculptural lines for which the designer is known, the gown was emboldened even further with the slight glint of all-over tonal embellishment.

And, lest any of you were possibly left craving a pop of brightness, her candy-red lip likely will have satisfied.

Erykah Badu In Ashi Studio Couture – 8th Annual Essence Black Women In Music Event

Erykah Badu took over the black carpet for the 8th Annual Essence Black Women In Music Event on Thursday (February 9) in LA.

And I’m not talking metaphorically, I mean literally, with her Ashi Studio Fall 2016 Couture black velvet one shoulder gown.

Should a gown like this be saved for the Grammys or an event with a red carpet laid for greater impact?

Perhaps, but there is no doubt wherever it was worn, heads were going to be turned as this is a breath-taking masterpiece.

Madison Beer In Ashi Studio Couture – amfAR New York Gala

Madison Beer was in good company when she joined Naomi Campbell, Heidi Klum and Amber Valletta for the 19th Annual amfAR New York Gala on Wednesday (February 8) in New York City.

If you consider nude hues the colour equivalent of fading into the background, then think again.

This Ashi Studio Spring 2016 Couture gown was bound to turn heads.

I’m captivated by the way Madison carries this softly-hued, utterly feminine gown with an air of graceful ease, considering its voluminous nature.

This is a true standalone style, so required nothing more than subtle Erickson Beamon earrings.
