Red Carpet Fashion Awards

We haven’t seen much of Lynn Collins lately, but the actress was on the red carpet tonight for the London premiere of her latest movie, ‘John Carter’.

A big premiere needs a show-stopping gown, so she glided down the red carpet wearing a sultry number by Antonio Berardi.

Her Spring 2012 sexy silk chiffon gown with leather embroidery was styled with romantic waves à la Veronica Lake and hot red lips to give her look an authentic old Hollywood vibe.

This is the perfect way to kick start a promo tour.

Mia Wasikowska celebrated Oscar night in West Hollywood at the 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

The young actress was the first to wear an Antonio Berardi Fall 2012 look which was presented during London Fashion Week exactly seven days ago.

Her dark grey, sleeveless gown with an asymmetrical floral panel detail didn’t excite us as much as Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s breath-taking redvBerardi gown.

That being said the gown is a perfect fit to Mia’s not fuss, minimal style.

I have no words, but I will try to give you a few.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was the only person who gave me goosebumps on Oscar night.

The actress/model stunned wearing an Antonio Berardi Spring 2012 gown to the 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar party.

This Berardi/Huntington-Whiteley combo continues to give us breath-taking results.

He makes drop-dead gorgeous gowns; she has the perfect drop-dead gorgeous figure to make them come alive on the red carpet.

Her red, capped sleeve gown with cut out details on the back was teamed with a Jimmy Choo ‘Callista’ clutch.

Elizabeth Olsen attended the 2012 Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, California this evening.

The ‘Best Female Lead’ nominee was a vision in white, wearing an Antonio Berardi Pre-Fall 2012 dress.

Her white sheath dress with floral crystal overlay was one of, if not the, best look of the night.

We’ve seen Elizabeth dabble in minimal before, most notably in looks from The Row, but this comes with added sparkle.

Cesare Paciotti shoes, an Edie Parker clutch, Joan Hornig earrings, and Melissa Maria rings accessorize the look.

Amber Heard was in LA last night for the Vanity Fair Montblanc Party, which celebrated The Collection Princesse Grace de Monaco.

Our favourite bombshell stayed relatively modest in an Antonio Berardi Resort 2012 dress.

The form-fitting black dress features a nude panel with an intricate crystal pattern around the bustline.

Of course, Amber adds her signature tousled blonde hair and sultry makeup for extra oomph.

Celebrities favourite, Antonio Berardi, showcased his Fall 2012 collection at Senate House during London Fashion Week yesterday morning.

Known for his signature form-fitting dresses loved by the likes of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Rihanna, Zoe Saldana and Nicole Richie, the designer produced a collection we will most definitely see on the red carpet very soon.

If I had to sum up this collection in one word it would be ‘peplums’. They narrowed the waist of nearly every look.

Berardi’s daywear consisted of slick suits with sharp-shoulders, oversized coats; some with fur trims, fit-and-flare dresses – a style favoured by Kristin Davis – fitted dresses and sexy separates on a colour palette of black, silver, red, pink, teal blue and white. Some solid, others two-tone.

Berardi is one of the few designers whose day and eveningwear are loved by celebrities in equal amounts.

Models bravely navigated a flight of stairs in 6 inch Manolo Blahnik for Antonio Berardi heels before taking to the runway wearing fitted floor-length gowns.

The standout look was the fully sequined silver strapless gown followed by the ivory embroidered gown. We also saw embellished mini dresses with peplums to give them an edge.

The models were given Lisbeth-Salander-style haircuts by Orlando Pita whilst Gucci Westman kept the look clean with glossy lips and wet-look eyes.
