Hayley Atwell In Antonio Berardi – British Independent Film Awards 2011

Hayley Atwell was once again suffering from ‘oversized clutch’ syndrome on the red carpet at the 2011 British Independent Film Awards in London last night.

The ‘Captain America’ actress debuted an Antonio Berardi Spring 2012 ‘Tina’ clutch with her Antonio Berardi Resort 2012 dress.

Whilst the red-hot clutch perfectly complemented her matching bow-front peep-toes and sultry red lips, I do wish the clutch wasn’t dominating her look.

A red minaudière and a balconette bra would’ve been preferred with her sexy frock.

Hayley’s wavy hair tumbled down one side of her forest-print dress to complete her red carpet look.

Giovanna Battaglia In Antonio Berardi – Dior Pop-Up Shop Featuring Anselm Reyle For Dior

Giovanna Battaglia attended the Dior pop-up shop featuring Anselm Reyle for Dior at Miami Design District in Miami City on Tuesday night.

The L’Uomo Vogue editor and freelance stylist is just the latest fashionista to step out in one of Antonio Berardi’s designs, wearing a mint dress with silver and emerald colour-blocking detail from the designer’s Spring 2012 collection.

While the runway model sported an emerald clutch and shoes to highlight the dress’ bright waist accent, we prefer Giovanna’s editorial styling.

The minimal makeup, undone hair, glittery silver pumps, a wristful of bracelets and statement necklace actually make the look more stylish, rather than cheapening it.

Which do you prefer – the matchy-matchy runway look or Giovanna’s editorial styling?

Kristen Johnston In Antonio Berardi – TV Land Holiday Premiere Party

Kristen Johnston attended the TV Land Holiday Premiere Party For ‘Hot in Cleveland’ and ’The Exes’ at SD26 in New York City last night.

Last night on Comedy Central I was watching the Sex and the City episode where she says, “I’m so bored I could die!” before falling out of the window, so it is ironic that she popped up on the red carpet last night.

The comedic actress wore an Antonio Berardi pencil dress from the Pre-Fall 2011 collection.

We’ve seen this red hot dress with the structured folds and striking silhouette on Anna Paquin.

Kristen also opted to wear the dress at a shorter length and accessorized with a black glitter clutch and Miu Miu sandals.

Gilan Heritage Collection rose-cut diamond-drop earrings and a bracelet by the same designer completed her look.

Jessica Biel In Antonio Berardi – GQ 2011 Men Of The Year Awards

Jessica Biel attended the GQ 2011 Men of the Year Awards, which were held at the Chateau Marmont in LA last night.

The actress becomes the latest celebrity to fall in love with Antonio Berardi.

She wore a simple ¾ length sleeved LBD that has silver embellished details going across the shoulders and down the sleeves for a dazzling effect.

With so much sparkle on the dress, Jessica opted for simple accessories, including black pumps that disappear into the black carpet and a dove grey satin clutch.

A messy bun, rosy cheek and a red lip colour that brightens up her face completed her look.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Zoe Saldana In Elie Saab & Freida Pinto In Antonio Berardi

Zoe Saldana’s Elie Saab Spring 2012 green goddess gown on the red carpet at the 2011 Latin Grammy Awards was your favourite look of the week.

I was very surprised at the margin considering what amazing competition Zoe had this week. I think this was one of the hardest polls so far this year.

Freida Pinto was my favourite this week.

The actress wore an Antonio Berardi Spring 2012 gown to the premiere of her latest movie, ‘Immortals’.

Her warrior princess look was perfectly themed without being too costumey or cheesy.

Considering how petite she is, Freida pulled of this look magnificently.

Celebrities Love…Antonio Berardi

Based on the red-carpet choices of Hollywood’s best dressed recently, the designer of the moment is Antonio Berardi.

From Olivia Wilde to Eva Longoria, celebs are crazy for Berardi’s figure-hugging dresses and creative work with unique fabrics and techniques. With his self-proclaimed ‘striking, classical, dressed-up’ aesthetic, Berardi definitely knows how to make a woman look – and feel – beautiful.

Berardi grabbed our attention early on this season when Rihanna arrived for her UK Reb’l Fleur fragrance launch in a bright aqua look.

For an outfit that could so easily err on the side of ‘Muppet-esque’, Rihanna landed on the top of nearly every best dressed list that week (including ours), thanks to the excellent fit and ease of Berardi’s design.

Kate Bosworth was uber chic in a black embellished LBD. The always-stunning Zoe Saldana has already sported two white mini-dresses from the Spring 2012 collection, achieving that modest sexiness most dresses only dream of, while the equally gorgeous Freida Pinto chose an armour-inspired architectural gown for the ‘Immortals’ red carpet.

Sarah Jessica Parker, who is always a fan of impeccably tailored, lady-like pieces and apparently Berardi biggest fan, donned a marble-print ensemble back in September, along with a beautifully shaped black crochet gown on the red carpet.

She then fell in love with the Spring 2012 collection, first appearing at a New York City gala in a Spring 2012 dress-coat (paired with tights and Manolos, of course) and just last week she wore a different pair of Manolos for a day at the races in Melbourne, Australia, wearing a tailored silver Berardi coat.

With so much Berardi popping up on the red carpet lately, we cannot wait until awards season kicks in – stylists, take note.

These dresses are the perfect balance of figure-flattering and fashion-forward – we can totally see why celebs love them (and for the record, so do we).
