Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Earlier this week Rachel McAdams was on ABC’s ‘Live with Kelly!’ promoting her new movie, ‘The Vow’.

She opted for an angelic look wearing an Andrew Gn Spring 2012 dress.

Her white brocade pouf dress with drape sleeves and a baroque beaded bib was paired with Christian Louboutin black patent pumps.

The pumps wouldn’t have been my first choice, but I’m thankful they aren’t white.

A silver clutch and coral-pink lips completed her look.

Much like J-Lo, Rachel had more than one stop.

Lake Bell joined Kate Bosworth on the red carpet for the ‘Black Rock’ premiere during the 2012 Sundance Film Festival held at Library Center Theater in Park City, Utah, this weekend.

The actress wore an Andrew Gn Fall 2011 dress.

Her teal fitted dress with a square-cut neckline was paired burgundy Brian Atwood ‘Power Studs’ pumps which we’ve seen on Michelle Monaghan and Blake Lively.

The dress is great, but the styling lacklustre to say the least. The lack of makeup and the messy ‘just got out of bed’ ponytail are not working for me.

She might as well just worn jeans and tee if this was all the effort she was going to put into her look.

It can be difficult to look stylish on a cold evening in New York City when you just want to dress for warmth, but Elizabeth Banks had no such issue whilst arriving at the Ed Sullivan Theater for a guest appearance on the ‘Late Show With David Letterman’.

The actress wore an Andrew Gn Spring 2012 coat.

Her short-sleeve brocade coat with origami details was paired with two-tone leather gloves.

The rest of her accessories included Tabitha Simmons ‘Esther’ boots and a red Prada bag.

A simple updo with swept bangs completed her look.

Despite this being a head-to-toe black I do like it as cach piece is interesting and a pop of colour via the bag was a welcome finishing touch.

Laura Dern took home the prize for ‘Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series –Musical or Comedy’ for ‘Enlightened’ at the 2012 Golden Globes Awards on Sunday evening.

The actress may have been inspired by the green goddess trend of last year, as she was radiant on the red carpet wearing an emerald-green Andrew Gn Resort 2012 gown.

Her beaded long-sleeve belted gown with a plunging neckline was teamed with a black Judith Leiber clutch.

For me, this look would’ve been perfected if she’d opted for a smoothed-out updo.

Her hair feels a tad too casual for this standout gown.

Jessica Chastain hit the red carpet for the 2012 AFI Awards this afternoon in LA.

The actress tried out a mod look wearing a black sleeveless top and white knee-length skirt with black pocket details from the Andrew Gn Resort 2012 collection.

Her look was minimally styled with Christian Louboutin sling-backs and the same onyx earrings worn to the Critic’s Choice Awards yesterday evening.

Once again no clutch.

What does Jessica have against a nice clutch?

A chic ponytail with side swept bangs and neutral makeup completed her look.

Paula Patton is very much living up to the title of her latest movie, ‘Mission: Impossible’, because many of you are finding it impossible to like any of her red carpet looks for this promo tour.

Earlier today she joined Tom Cruise, who finally wore a suit courtesy of Giorgio Armani, for the ‘Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol’ Dubai Film Festival premiere which was held at the Madinat Jumeirah Complex in the United Arab Emirates.

She looked lovely wearing an Andrew Gn Resort 2012 strapless coral gown which was worthy of the grand occasion.

Once again the colour is divine against her caramel skin and I love the embellishments around the empire-waist.

An updo would’ve perfected the look for me, but she gets a 10 for the dress and the ruby peep-toes.

Whilst you haven’t loved her dresses, you have to admit her shoe game has been impressive.
