"The X Factor" Judges Press Conference

Simon Cowell, Kelly Rowland, Paulina Rubio, and Demi Lovato attended ‘The X Factor’ judges’ press conference held at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York yesterday.

Kelly Rowland: The singer, who also judged the UK version of the show for one season, stepped out in style wearing a Carven Spring 2013 pillarbox-red dress in a flattering silhouette with cut-out details at the waist. Her short yet sleek frock was styled with metallic-gold pumps. I am looking forward to what she’s going to bring, style-wise, to this show.

Paulina Rubio: The same cannot be said for Paulina, as I have never been a fan of her style and this flammable-looking electric-blue satin dress does nothing to change that view, although I do love her degrade open-toe booties.

Demi Lovato: Without a single stitch of clothing coming from Topshop, the only judge, excluding Simon, to keep her spot on the judging line up wore a blue Christopher Kane mini dress with her favourite Saint Laurent ‘Janis’ pumps and the obligatory studded leather jacket from 3.1 Phillip Lim.

On The Elle Photoshoot With Doutzen Kroes In Fendi, Prada & 31 Phillip Lim

Doutzen Kroes was spotted getting ready for her close up, sporting a variety of looks on the set of her Elle Magazine shoot this week in New York City.

Having to shoot out of season is a normal day’s work for a model, which is why Doutzen seems in very good spirits despite wearing a heavy fur and feather-trimmed Fendi Fall 2013 coat while on set.

She also got to strike a pose in a gold lamé Prada Fall 2013 dress styled exactly the same way from the runway with a grey knit off-the-shoulder sweater.

Her final look of the day was a 3.1 Phillip Lim Fall 2013 look, which featured a camel sweater, a blue shirt styled the same way as it was on the runway, a tan leather skirt and over-the-knee open-toe boots.

I can’t wait to see the final spread.

The Bling Ring New York Screening 1

Louis Vuitton hosted the New York screening of ‘The Bling Ring’ in New York City on Tuesday evening at the Paris Theatre.

After praising the stars’ style yesterday, I was disappointed that a few were below par for their New York outing.

Emma Watson: I was crestfallen when I saw this look. While the v-neck low-back frock featuring a slate silk bodice and hem might be flirty or understandable to some, I found the look very sombre and not in keeping with the Emma I know and love. Not even the Ferragamo gold clutch and Christian Louboutin ‘Pivichic’ pvc black-striped pumps could lift this look for me. She completed the look with a Monique Péan ring that showed off her pretty lilac manicure, a dark-crimson lip colour and a side-parted ponytail.

Katie Chang: While I love the deep-emerald hue of her 3.1 Phillip Lim dress, it looks like someone just threw fabric over her and she accented it with a leather waistband. I’m only loving the Jimmy Choo ‘Freya’ booties here.

Sofia Coppola: The director did wearing Louis Vuitton selecting an ivory frock with a sequined front panel and delicate tiered skirt which she styled with matching sandals. Only Sofia can make what would appear to some as am embellished t-shirt dress, look so chic. Not one to usually make too much of a fuss when it comes to makeup, she applied a watermelon-coloured lip shade on this occasion.

Taissa Farmiga: The young actress maintains her 100% record, wearing a pretty Marchesa asymmetrical black lace frock which is very much in keeping with her girlie-girl red carpet style. A black Marchesa clutch with a quartz clasp and Ferragamo peep-toes completed her look.

Claire Julien in Emilio Pucci - The Bling Ring New York Screening

Claire Julien: The blonde beauty continues her love affair with Pucci, wearing a nude chiffon embroidered halterneck dress with a long white tulle overdress accented with intricate button detailing from their Spring 2013 collection. It’s a more daring look in comparison to her co-stars; however, I wish the nude lining had been hemmed to be the same length as the white overlay. Claire styled her look with the same Emilio Pucci cross-strap wedges presented with her dress on the runway, along with opulent drop earrings, an Edie Parker clutch and a braided updo.

Emma Watson In Roland Mouret Fall 2013 – ‘This is the End’ LA Premiere

Emma Watson hit the red carpet at the premiere of her latest film, ‘This is the End’ at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday evening.

The young star wore a Roland Mouret bustier with asymmetrical folds from the Fall 2013 collection paired with 3.1 Philip Lim cigarette pants and Ferragamo pumps.

Emma loves to push fashion boundaries, and once again, it’s working for her. This bustier is eye-catching and bold, but still chic and appropriate.

The look is complemented with a dusty rose lip and a little red carpet magic–a faux bob. We know Emma looks great with shorter locks, but with this simple roll trick, she can enjoy ear-skimming hair for the evening, without committing to a haircut.

Emmy Rossum In Bibhu Mohapatra & Elisabeth Moss In 3 1 Phillip Lim - Variety Emmy Studio

Actresses Tatiana Maslany, Emmy Rossum, Kerry Washington and Elisabeth Moss posed for a group photo opp at the Variety Emmy Studio at Palihouse in West Hollywood, California on Thursday, where they were participating in a panel about their respective television shows.

And these gorgeous girls gave us quite the variety of fashion perspectives, with Elisabeth and Emmy having all the fun in pattern and print.

Tatiana Maslany: The actress wore a short-sleeve black sheer Parker top with a swingy pale-peach Cameo skirt and conservative black pumps.

Emmy Rossum: ‘Shameless’ starlet, Emmy just about stole the shot in her Bibhu Mohapatra Resort 2013 geometric frock, featuring a flattering, waist-framing black inset and an exotic Marrakech-inspired pattern. Long, glossy waves replaced the more contrived runway ‘do.

Kerry Washington: The always-chic Kerry, in a timeless Calvin Klein LBD, did her part to provide a more neutral black background to break up the patterned pieces. However, she did add leopard print Christian Louboutin pumps to her look.

Elisabeth Moss: The ‘Mad Men’ star was a far cry from her ’60s character. The ’90s would be more like it, with Elisabeth’s 3.1 Phillip Lim Spring 2013 semi-grunge, jagged flower-print dress, which was cut through with sheer black paneling and a strip of patent leather. Also in the mix were a pair of neon-orange ankle-strap shoes and her newly platinum pixie cut.
