2015 ELLE Women In Hollywood Awards Red Carpet Roundup

2015 ELLE Women In Hollywood Awards Red Carpet Roundup

The 22nd annual ELLE Women in Hollywood Awards were hosted last night (Oct. 19) at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, California, where ELLE’s eight November cover stars, including Dakota Johnson, Kate Winslet, Ava DuVernay, Amy Schumer, Salma Hayek, Carey Mulligan, Gena Rowlands and Alicia Vikander, were honoured. There many other influential lovelies in attendance joining the cover girls, as well.

Dakota Johnson: As one of the honorees, Dakota maintained her minimalistic-chic approach in a black Calvin Klein Collection gown. Shame about the creases, but it was still a sensually glam, dressing gown moment for the young star. However, it did leave me feeling as if something was missing.

Miranda Kerr: Like Carey Mulligan, Miranda was a beauty in baby blue. The model wore Calvin Klein Collection that fused the soft hue with masculine tailoring and sexy, skin-baring lines. The belly-button-hiding belt across her enviable abs was perhaps used in an effort for a bit more event-appropriate coverage, even if it was a bit bizarre. Matching Christian Louboutin ‘Dorissima’ shoes, a Louboutin ‘Fiocco Box’ clutch, Swarovski by Miranda Kerr collection jewels, and a vivid red lip pulled the look together.

Zoe Saldana
: Dressed in tailored sophistication, the actress wore a fall-inspired Calvin Klein Collection outfit with Christian Louboutin Toeless Muse pumps. I only wish her hair had mirrored the sleek factor with a simple bun.

go90 Sneak Peek

The go90 VIP Sneak Peek was held at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Art on Thursday (September 24) in Beverly Hills, California.

Zoe Saldana: The actress made a return to the red carpet wearing a simple yet effective Maiyet Spring 2016 plaid knit dress styled with gold strappy sandals.

Nina Dobrev: As beautiful as this Lela Rose Resort 2016 gown is, it feels a tad overdressed for the occasion. Especially when you consider the other attendees.

Vanity Fair And Spike TV Celebrate The Premiere Of The New Series ‘TUT’

Vanity Fair And Spike TV Celebrate The Premiere Of The New Series 'TUT'

Ashley Madekwe and Zoey Deutch supported their other halves (Iddo Goldberg and Avan Jogia respectively) for Vanity Fair and Spike’s celebration of the new series ‘TUT’ at Chateau Marmont on Wednesday (July 8) in Los Angeles, California.

Ashley Madekwe: I love the actress’ style as she’s never one to follow trends. Here she selects an electric-blue strapless tulip-shaped Emporio Armani frock imbued with plenty of futuristic appeal to ensure she stood out from the crowd. The dress is kept in focus with her go-to Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals and a Bottega Veneta clutch.

Zoey Deutch: The young starlet donned a Sportmax dress featuring a metallic painterly flower design adding beautiful depth of colour to the simple silhouette. Like Ashley, Zoey also opted for Nudists sandals with an Anya Hindmarch clutch rounding out her look.

The 2015 Women In Film Max Mara Face Of The Future Event Celebrating Kate Mara

Max Mara x W Magazine Event 1

The Max Mara 2015 Women In Film Face Of The Future Event celebrated Kate Mara at the Chateau Marmont on Monday (June 15) in West Hollywood, California, where the woman of the hour and a host of additional Max Mara-clad lovelies made the rounds.

Kate Mara: Looking appropriately glorious, the actress was stunning in an impeccable, ruby-red Max Mara jumpsuit sleekly styled with complementary sandals and a black Max Mara clutch. I love the slight nod to femininity that the ruffle provides to the more structured, mannish lines of the ensemble.

Ashley Madewke: Showing us that monochromatic is far from dull, Ashley was the epitome of effortless elegance in an off-white Max Mara loose blouse paired with cropped trousers. The Max Mara bronze snake clutch in combination with metallic sandals and a bright red lip appropriately punctuated this perfectly minimalistic statement.

Jena Malone: She added her own unique flair to the tonal nude hues of this Max Mara houndstooth strapless dress and pearlescent Edie Parker clutch with the addition of a sporty denim jacket thrown over her shoulders for a casually chic finish.

Spike TV’s Guys Choice 2015 Red Carpet Roundup

Spike TV's Guys Choice 2015 Red Carpet Roundup

Spike TV’s ‘Guys Choice 2015’ at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California was hosted on Saturday (June 6), where a trio of girls were clearly having their own version of a white party.

Taraji P. Henson: The ‘Empire’ actress’s beautiful lace Monique Lhuillier jumpsuit, punctuated by a black belt, was sophisticated, sultry, and so close to being perfect. I didn’t even mind the white pumps on this occasion, but she should have just stopped there. The glittery Edie Parker clutch started pushing the envelope in the wrong direction with the tribal-like choker and earrings adding another stain on the white look. But who are we kidding—the hair ball was the real offender here.

Chanel Iman: Thankfully keeping her hair confined to a simple ponytail, the model successfully strutted the line between chic and sexy with a cutout Solace London ‘Goldie’ dress that was well accessorized with diamond jewels and a silver clutch.

Zoey Deutch: The ultra-minimalistic nature of this Alexander Wang frock made me appreciate the cutout detail in the back all the more. I wish she had at least opted for a sleeker black sandal in lieu of the heavy platform pump.
