HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Many more style darlings were at the HFPA and Instyle Celebration of the 2018 Golden Globe Awards on Wednesday (November 15) in West Hollywood, California.

Serinda Swan: This Styland ensemble brought every bit of smoldering sizzle we’d expect from a hot-red gown except manifested in a suit, and I loved every minute of it—especially with the matching red lip and handbag.

Andrea Riseborough:
The event saw Andrea reinvent her look again, as she rocked a new Galaxina hairstyle with an equally galactic metallic jumpsuit. Directional makeup and decorative wrist cuffs completed the look that may split the vote—but I think we can all agree that there will be no boredom with this punchy, experimental look.

Olivia Culpo: Some may fault the visible cups underneath this Monique Lhuillier Spring 2018 gown. But, the wispy beauty of the tulle and its glinting embellishment had a sense of enchantment, regardless.

CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Show Red Carpet Roundup

The CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund show on Wednesday (October 25) in Los Angeles, California presented a myriad of exciting looks thanks to the number of stylish women in attendance.

Millie Bobby Brown: This minimalist Calvin Klein look helped cement the ‘Stranger Things’ actress’s status as a young starlet who has an innate sense of style. Some might deem this outfit as a tad too sophisticated for a 13-year-old, but I found the mix of the white halter dress against the bold black accessories brilliant. It showed that younger celebs don’t always need to go the princess route.

Nikki Reed: The actress’s Emporio Armani Spring 2017 separates had an easy elegance. Critics might find that the ensemble looked too much like pjamas, but the vibrant colour and the contrasting candy cane-like stripes on the cuffs and hem presented a fun finish. The tailoring was also beautifully done. The look was styled with Casadei sandals and a Lee Savage clutch.

Kaia Gerber: The model was another one who sported a chic outfit that revealed a mature sense of styling. The demure below-the-knee Veronica Beard Spring 2018 dress didn’t feel dowdy thanks to the white and red check. Plus, her bold accessories lent a youthful vibe to the frock.

ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration Red Carpet Roundup

From ELLE’s 24th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration on Monday (October 16) in Beverly Hills, California, we’ve seen the likes of Kristen Stewart and Jennifer Lawrence. Here is a roundup of the rest of the gorgeous actresses who were in attendance.

Jessica Chastain: The vinyl Fashion Week trend didn’t go down too well with the majority, but Jessica put her graceful spin on the trend in Calvin Klein which is the most glamorous interpretation I’ve seen yet.

Margot Robbie: After a colourful week promoting ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’, Margot opted for the simple elegance of Calvin Klein. I adore the sensuality of this look, plus the embellished sandals.

Zoe Lister-Jones: The Chinese influence of her gorgeous McQ Alexander McQueen floral dress is there for all to see. It’s the complementary styling of Irene Neuwirth and blue suede shoes which really perfected the look.

Who Wore RM by Roland Mouret Better? Diane Kruger, Zoe Saldana or Zoe Lister

Our red carpet queens – Diane and Zoe – go head to head for the first time, but a little known UK actress plays them at their own game.

Diane Kruger wore this RM by Roland Mouret Hebe striped dress to the 30th Annual Genie Awards Gala last month.

The actress looked stunning pairing her dress with black strappy sandals and a fuchsia pink clutch.

Zoe Saldana wore the same dress a few days later for a portrait session during her promotional tour for her new movie “The Losers”.

She paired her dress with the same Christian Louboutin Coussin 140 basketweave boots worn on the runway.

Our only UK based red carpet diva Zoe Lister wore the same dress to the 2010 British Soap Awards this weekend.

I love that she wore this dress because she proves that she can more than hold her own against Hollywoods elite.

As much as I love Zoe Saldana, this wasn’t one of her finest moments.

I just love the pink shoe choice so Zoe Lister wins for me.

Just think what this girl would do if she had half of Diane and Zoe’s clothing budget.

Runway To 2010 National Television Awards – Zoe Lister In Alexander McQueen

FC and I nearly fell off our chairs when we saw Zoe Lister in this Alexander McQueen two tone zig zag dress!

When did Hollyoaks go high fashion?!

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Zoe Lister, or Hollyoaks, it’s a teen soap here in Britain. And not a very good one at that.

Zoe has worn this dress with black shoes and a clutch. Frankly I’m not a fan of black accessories but I guess credit where credit’s due.

What next? Katie Price in Victoria Beckham Collection?
