Best Dressed Of The Week - Miranda Kerr In Wes Gordon, Ruth Wilson In Balenciaga

Even with so many red carpet options this week, Miranda Kerr’s airport-chic Wes Gordon frock was your favourite this week. My pick was the sharp, sleek Balenciaga look presented to us by Ruth Wilson at the eleventh hour on Friday evening.

Best Dressed Of The Week - Zachery Levi in Reiss & Armie Hammer In Ermenegildo Zegna

Zachery Levi in Reiss has always been a winning combination, and you thought so too on this occasion.

I had more trouble selecting this week with so many great choices. In the end I had to go with Armie Hammer in Ermenegildo Zegna for the interesting mix-and-match element, not only colour-wise but also print-wise as the look featured chequers and stripes – not an easy combo to pull off.

Zachery Levi In Reiss - The Tonight Show with Jay Leno

Zachary Levi made a guest appearance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno to promote his new Broadway gig, ‘First Date’.

The actor continued to showcase his love for British retailer Reiss by wearing a stylish navy wool blazer jacket with peak lapels and a waistcoat, to which he added a navy-and-white polka-dot pocket square.

Instead of working a three-piece suit, he opted for black denim jeans, keeping the look dressy-casual and youthful with black-and-white sneakers.

Zachary usually takes home the prize of best-dressed male, and I have a feeling he will rank very highly again this week.

Menswear Monday Night Round Up

We haven’t seen many guys on the red carpet over the last two weeks; however, they were out in full force for the 2013 Critics’ Choice Television Awards in LA, the ‘Man of Steel’ world premiere in New York and the ‘Summer In February’ gala screening in London on Monday night.

Zachary Levi: The actor showed love again for the British retailer Reiss, who decked the handsome actor out for the ‘Man of Steel’ premiere in a grey three-piece suit which fit to perfection. Opting to go sans tie, the actor styled his look with a white shirt and black derbies.

Zachary Quinto: The other well-dressed Zachary attended the 2013 Critics’ Choice Television Awards wearing a slightly creased Todd Snyder maroon suit with a printed shirt; he also opted to go sans tie, completing his look with brown wingtip shoes.

Dan Stevens: The actor formerly known as cousin Matthew attended the ‘Summer In February’ gala screening in London yesterday evening. He donned a very sleek and shiny grey suit with a black trimmed shawl collar, which he styled with a black satin tie, white shirt and black shoes. Even though he has rubbed many up the wrong way with his glossy Hollywood makeover, I will say he has never looked better.

Tony Awards Mens 1

There were many dashing chaps who attended the 2013 Tony Awards on Sunday evening held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

Zachary Quinto: The forever-dapper Zachary wore a Dior Homme black wool slim-peak-lapel tuxedo, white cotton button-down shirt, black silk-satin bow tie, and black patent-leather derbies. I love that he opted for yet another classic look on this occasion; however, I hope the quirkier side hasn’t been shelved indefinitely.

Alan Cumming: The eccentric actor didn’t disappoint in his head-to-toe white Lanvin Spring 2013 look. His white cotton suit, dress shirt, and white leather wedge shoes were styled with a quirky green-and-pink cloqué bow tie. Love or hate his style, you have to admire him for the entertainment factor alone.

Jake Gyllenhaal: The handsome actor donned a sleek midnight-blue suit with a black satin shawl collar, styled with a white dress shirt and black bow tie.

Iron Men 3 Menwear

Here is a roundup of some of the handsome dudes who attended the ‘Iron Man 3’ LA premiere in Hollywood last night.

Robert Downey Jr: After starting this tour wearing colourful suits, the actor is playing it safe – by his standards – for the last few outings. On this occasion, he donned a black striped three-piece suit with a light-grey shirt and orange printed tie and pocket square. I love that he always wears sneakers with his suits, but on this occasion they don’t work for me. The stark white is blinding against the black; grey would’ve been preferred.

Peter Facinelli: The ‘Twilight’ actor was by far my favourite, working a navy-blue-and-camel-coloured look, showcasing a less formal way to wear a suit and still make the ladies swoon.

Zachary Levi: My crush on Zachary’s style deepens. He looked very dapper, wearing a suit from British retailer Reiss. His Reiss ‘Rimini’ three-piece bright-blue suit was styled with a white dress shirt, white pocket square, beige polka-dot tie and tan shoes.

BDOTW 22 April

Kate Hudson was the runaway winner for this week’s Best Dressed, wearing a heavenly Reem Acra gown.

Her sweetheart-neckline gown, which was impeccably styled, couldn’t have been more perfect for the Tiffany & Co. Ball.

The biggest surprise was that Eddie Redmayne didn’t win the menswear vote; you picked the gorgeous Chris Pine, who looked dapper in his double-breasted Louis Vuitton suit.

I loved Zachary Levi wearing a slick Vivienne Westwood MAN grey slim-fit suit with a bold yellow tie.
