harper by Harper’s BAZAAR September Issue Party

More starlets were on the guest list for the harper by Harper’s BAZAAR September Issue party on Tuesday (August 22) in West Hollywood, California, joining cover girl Nina Dobrev along with Kat Graham, Julianne Hough, and Jessica Szohr.

Victoria Justice: Bringing a party frock out to play, Victoria donned a little Milly number that was cocktail-festive with its tinsel-like, golden metallic effect. Jimmy Choo pumps were more standard-issue, but with the pared-back styling, the flirty dress took top billing.

Claire Holt: Claire kept it simple in a Zimmermann wrap dress in a rich burgundy hue that heralded in thoughts of the fall season. Beach-y waves and Stuart Weitzman black sandals ensure the mood stayed lighter, though. Some of the creases in the dress made it seem just a tad less polished than it come have been, but it still put forth an effortless, breezy vibe.

Laura Marano: Some may be slightly put off by the visible nude underlining, but I loved this mesh, figure-skimming dress for its elegant refinement and subtle allure.

Victoria Justice In Nicolas Jebran – 2017 Teen Choice Awards

Victoria Justice was also at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday (August 13) in LA.

With a sleek monochromatic look, she wore a Nicolas Jebran Spring 2017 white jumpsuit that left me a bit unsure of what exactly to make of it.

On the one hand, my love of a sassy, sophisticated jumpsuit wanted to embrace this retro-forward version for its intriguing asymmetric shoulder cape and midriff-baring cutout.

On the other, the look gets dangerously close to dated territory—especially with the flared pants.

The look was styled with Stuart Weitzman ‘Swagger’ sandals, an Edie Parker ‘Wolf’ clutch and John Hardy jewels.

Victoria Justice In Vintage Betsey Johnson – 2017 ACE Awards

Joining Eva Longoria, Victoria Justice was also at the 2017 ACE Awards in New York City on Monday (August 7).

At the event, designer Betsey Johnson was honoured as a Style Icon, and she brought forth her wildest, wackiest best for the occasion. But I would venture to say that Victoria’s homage to the designer in her vintage Betsey Johnson look was just as memorable—albeit for different reasons.

I loved the striking power of this belted houndstooth mini that had a certain sartorial sophistication from the suit jacket style mixed with a playful spirit.

Her styling was on point, too, with a red lip and ankle-strap platforms that were perfect for this look.

Victoria Justice In Alice + Olivia & LPA the Label – The Celebrity Experience

Putting her best stripes forward, Victoria Justice attended The Celebrity Experience, an acting conference for young, up-and-coming performers, in LA on Sunday (July 16).

There will be some who immediately see a ‘Beetlejuice’ influence in her ensemble that was punctuated by Alice + Olivia Resort 2017 ‘Paulette’ pants.

The wide-leg trousers were bold to be sure, but she did style them quite elegantly with an LPA the Label asymmetrical top and a classic red lip.

Victoria Justice In Sergio Hudson – The Grand Opening Of The Highlight Room At DREAM

Victoria Justice lit up the night at the grand opening of The Highlight Room at DREAM Hollywood in California on Tuesday (July 11).

It was only apropos for her to wear highlighter-yellow in this Sergio Hudson Fall 2017 ensemble that paired the neon-bright with a metallic-gold mini.

Even with such a brazen, high-octane palette, this look maintained a punchy chicness that was completed by simple metallic sandals for a party-perfect effect.

Victoria Justice In Zac Posen – amfAR generationCURE Solstice 2017

Victoria Justice evoked summer vibes, without any florals in sight, at the amfAR generationCURE Solstice on Tuesday (June 20) in New York City.

The architectural structured skirt is typical of any Zac Posen design. With the cinched in waist and purple-pink colours the Spring 2017 dress is both flattering and feminine.

I love the way Victoria has elevated this look from the runway styling to red carpet. Her choice of strappy black sandal, red lip, and updo add some sophistication and glamour.

This is a pretty look, but would some bolder accessories have made it shine?

harper x Harper’s BAZAAR May Issue Event Red Carpet Roundup

Other starlets joined Emily Robinson for the harper x Harper’s BAZAAR May Issue Event on Wednesday (April 26) in LA.

Laura Marano: I love the colourful vibrancy of this Balmain bandage-inspired dress. What I didn’t love so much was Laura’s slicked-down hair and heavy makeup, as this beauty approach was too forced and mature for the bright young actress.

Debby Ryan: With a fresher outlook, Debby was darling in a sky-blue patterned Carolina Herrera frock styled with a silvery-gray Edie Parker clutch, only leaving me to question why not echo a silver or blue shade in her shoes?

Victoria Justice: She covered off on every era in this ensemble—from her ’70s-inspired sparkling sequin PrettyLittleThing ‘Sharlie’ mini, to a hole-dotted denim jacket that could have been ripped straight from the ’90s, and Lucite heels hearkening back to the ’80s. And, despite its OTT essence, she surprisingly wore it with a sense of relaxed ease.
