Best Dressed Of The Week – Elle Fanning in Emilio Pucci & Tom Hiddleston in Polo Ralph Lauren

Best Dressed Of The Week - Elle Fanning in Emilio Pucci & Tom Hiddleston in Polo Ralph Lauren

Elle Fanning was the eventual winner in Emilio Pucci this week, holding off stiff competition from Fan Bingbing and Diane Kruger.

This was such a strong, bold look from Elle who is maturing rather nicely on the red carpet. It’s so refreshing to see a young star who isn’t desperate to go down the overtly sexy, attention seeking route like Bella Thorne.

When it came to Tom Hiddleston, he was only in competition with himself in Polo Ralph Lauren.

While you opted for his suave double-breasted offering, I was swept away by the dapper ink-blue three-piece suit which brought out those baby blues.

Menswear Weekend Red Carpet Roundup

menswear 15 sept

The weekend was none too short on solid menswear looks from actors who took to the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival in Toronto, Canada.

Tom Hiddleston: Three was his lucky number this past weekend, as the handsome British actor attended a trio of events including the ‘I Saw The Light’ Cast Party at F-Stop on Friday (September 11) followed by EW’s Must List Party at the Thompson Hotel on Saturday and finally the ‘High Rise’ premiere at The Elgin on Sunday. In a totally handsome three-peat, he exclusively wore suits by Polo Ralph Lauren to mighty fine effect. I love how each of his looks were consistently sharp and well-tailored while being different enough to avoid boredom. I thought the three-piece navy pinstripe suit with the lavender shirt was my favourite, but now that double-breasted, windowpane suit matched with a piercing baby-blue shirt is calling my name, too.

Best Dressed Of The Week – Paz Vega In Ralph & Russo Couture & Tom Hiddleston In Ralph Lauren Purple Label

Best Dressed Of The Week - Paz Vega In Ralph & Russo Couture & Tom Hiddleston in Ralph Lauren Purple Label

Paz Vega was our best dressed this week in Ralph & Russo Couture.

In the wrong hands – and with the wrong underwear – this could’ve gone awry, but the Spanish beauty, as always, was oozing pure class and elegance.

When it came to the fellas Tom Hiddleston in Ralph Lauren Purple Label was streets ahead, despite the healthy competition.

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup
While Paris Couture Fashion Week has directed much attention to the looks of the City of Light, a few good men have captured attention outside of Paris, France.

Tom Hiddleston: The British actor was the ultimate sartorial show-off at day nine of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships at Wimbledon on Wednesday (July 8) in London, England. He was at the height of handsomeness in his Ralph Lauren Purple Label three-piece navy suit perfectly paired with a light-blue striped dress shirt. A straw hat, which he also wore, only added to the laid-back yet polished charisma of the look.

Channing Tatum: Showing the slight evidence of scruff, the actor wore several shades of grey to the ‘Magic Mike XXL’ premiere in Sydney, Australia on Monday (July 6) in a Dolce & Gabbana three-piece suit. While he always manages to maintain his fine profile, this ensemble fell to more lacklustre territory in comparison to some of his other promo tour looks thus far.

2015 BAFTAs Menswear Roundup

BAFTA Men 1

The tuxes were out in force at the 2015 BAFTAs, hosted at The Royal Opera House on Sunday (February 8). Here, a look at the fine fellows on the red carpet.

David Beckham
: The always-handsome Becks wore an impeccable midnight-blue suit, well tailored and popped with a white pocket square and perfect bow tie. I love the added dimension of the deep indigo shade. He just wears clothes so well.

Tom Hiddleston: Looking suave, the actor wore a slim-fitting Alexander McQueen black tuxedo with a white evening shirt and black bow tie. Black onyx skull cufflinks added some subtle fashion edge to his classic outing.

Luke Evans: Also opting for a midnight-blue suit, Luke’s was an Ermenegildo Zegna piece, jazzed up with contrast black lapels and a black bow tie. He could have likely seen his reflection in his hyper-polished, patent shoes, in which case it should have told him that his pants were a fraction too slouchy.
