‘Brotherly Love’ LA Premiere

'Brotherly Love' LA Premiere

The premiere of ‘Brotherly Love’ took place at SilverScreen Theater at the Pacific Design Center on Monday (April 13) in West Hollywood, California.

Keke Palmer: The lady of the moment continues in her good fortune, wearing a breezy Michael Costello gown which is a daring number thanks to the pluming neckline and thigh-high slit, but is balanced by the soft hue and delicate all-over pleats. I would’ve opted for a soft nail colour, but the silver accessories perfect this look.

Tia Mowry-Hardrict: The actress wore an Australian Flavour LBD, with plenty of sex appeal imbued by the keyhole detail and flare via the step hemline. The Alice + Olivia polka dot pumps really elevate the look, plus I love the unexpected aqua eye makeup.

2015 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Red Carpet Roundup

2015 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Plenty more PYTs were spotted on the orange carpet at the 2015 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards at The Forum on Saturday (March 28) in Inglewood, California, each rocking their own interpretation of the youthful, fun dress code.

Willow Shields: Currently on ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ the starlet traded the sequins and sparkle for a Self-Portrait Resort 2015 asymmetrical crop top with matching culottes in a striking, graphic square print. I love the directional shaping of this look—and that she accented the black-and-white ensemble with deep plum-coloured heels and clutch, which elevated it to the next level. Sideswept waves softened the stronger edge for a flirty finish.

Quvenzhane Wallis
: As the face of Armani Junior’s Spring/Summer 2015 advertising campaign, the starlet represented the brand well in an Armani Junior white cotton pique, sleeveless dress and matching jacket with pink and pastel-green detailing. Worn with white platform sneakers, the look struck a balance between sporty and girly styling, which she topped off with a high bun and matching pink lippie.

Debby Ryan: Debuting a majorly new mane, the actress swapped her signature flame-red locks for light lavender-gray strands. Adding to the colour story, she wore a Sachin & Babi Noir multihued, flirty frock with sheer detailing paired with a complementary Edie Parker ‘Lara’ clutch and sky-blue pumps. I could have done without the nose ring, but I actually love this bright, bold look from Debby—even if her hair completely has thrown me for a loop.

8th Annual ESSENCE Black Women In Hollywood Luncheon Red Carpet Roundup

8th Annual ESSENCE Black Women In Hollywood Luncheon Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup of some of the other looks from the 8th annual ESSENCE Black Women In Hollywood luncheon at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel on Thursday (February 19) in Beverly Hills, California. Sadly it doesn’t include Lupita Nyong’o, who wore Peter Pilotto ‘Hendrix’ dress but decided to skip the red carpet.

Teyonah Parris: The ‘Mad Men’ actress is one person you can never miss on a red carpet. She may not be wearing a fabulous gown, but here she hits us with a bright emerald hue and modern suiting design by Kimberly Goldson. Factor in that studded clutch and lace pumps and we have yet another winning look from the actress.

Chanel Iman: As we know, Chanel loves a gown even more than Teyonah does, so even though this was a luncheon I was still shocked she didn’t stick to the tried and true. The model wore a sporty striped Jonathan Simkhai Pre-Fall 2015 racer dress styled with braided Brian Atwood ‘Olive’ sandals and a Rodo clutch.

Samira Wiley: Forgoing the ladies-who-lunch frock, the ‘Orange Is The New Black’ actress served up her own style of luncheon loveliness wearing an Azede Jean-Pierre Spring 2015 crop top and trousers featuring decorative embroidery.

First Annual Diamond Ball for the Clara Lionel Foundation Red Carpet Roundup

First Annual Diamond Ball for the Clara Lionel Foundation Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup of the rest of the attendees who supported the First Annual Diamond Ball presented by Rihanna for The Clara Lionel Foundation and held at The Vineyard on Thursday (December 11) in Beverly Hills, California.

Salma Hayek: The actress wore a fully accommodating gown on this occasion, enlivening the red carpet wearing a fuchsia-pink animal-print short-sleeve Aelexander McQueen Resort 2015 gown with a draped detail cascading from the jewelled accent at her waist. Between the colour, her stunning figure and her tumbling curls, I love this from head to toe.

Tia Mowry-Hardrict: Bringing a touch of drama to this red carpet, the gorgeous actress wore an Edward Arsouni black gown defined by a luxe satin draped bodice, lace sleeves and floor-sweeping crepe skirt. Adding a touch of bling – this was the Diamond Ball after all – she added diamond drop earrings to her beautiful look.

Nikki Reed: Going down the partly sheer route, Nikki Reed styled her patterned Shona Joy LBD with simple black pumps and a large envelope clutch.

‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ LA Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ LA Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a final sweep of the other stars who took to the red carpet for the ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ premiere held at the Regency Village Theatre on Sunday (August 3) in Westwood, California.

Tia Mowry: The actress wore an Alexia Ulibarri neoprene charcoal dress styled with nude Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals and a gold Amber Sceats headpiece. I’m starting to become a huge fan of her style.

Bella Thorne: The young star opted to have fun with her look paying homage to the movie by wearing a studded retro ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ tee. A black leather micro mini H&M skirt accented with zippers plus an Edie Parker clutch with glowing green neon ends completed her 80s inspired look. Are you feeling it?

Abby Elliott: The young star attended the premiere wearing an Alice + Olivia Fall 2014 floral print skirt we’ve seen twice before. It was first worn by Sarah Hyland, followed Camilla Luddington. It’s such a great skirt that I can see this being worn a few times more.
