Teresa Palmer In Yigal Azrouël – 2013 CFDA Fashion Awards

Teresa Palmer In Yigal Azrouel - 2013 CFDA Fashion Awards

Teresa Palmer tried her hand at trendy transparency for the 2013 CFDA Fashion Awards last night at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall in New York City.

The actress wore a Resort 2014 Yigal Azrouël gown, clutch and booties, as she posed on the arm of the designer.

Riffing on the popular two-piece, midriff-baring look, the micro-print dress featured sheer black paneling that was sliced straight through the middle, as well as on the sleeves and at the back of the design.

The envelope clutch was more like a big package—and a bit massive for my liking on a red-carpet occasion such as this.

But unlike her handbag, Teresa didn’t let the rest of her styling get in the way of the main-attraction gown. She pulled her blonde locks into a low bun and skimped on the jewels, save for a cocktail ring and dainty pair of earrings.

Sheer perfection?

Teresa Palmer In Philip Armstrong – ‘Warm Bodies’ LA Premiere

Teresa Palmer In Philip Armstrong - 'Warm Bodies' LA Premiere

Teresa Palmer looked uber glam on the red carpet at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, California yesterday evening for the ‘Warm Bodies’ LA premiere.

The Australian actress wore a gown by a British designer who’s fast becoming a Hollywood favourite – Philip Armstrong.

Her black lace gown with a sexy sheer embroidered bodice is one of Teresa’s best looks to date.

This cutting-edge look with impeccable detailing was styled with a silver Judith Leiber clutch and enhanced with Jacob & Co. diamond stud earrings and a diamond tennis bracelet.

Kohl-rimmed eyes, nude lips and straight golden tresses completed her BDOTW-worthy look.

‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2’ LA Premiere Red Carpet Round Up

Here is a round up of the rest of the looks from Monday night’s ‘Twilight’ premiere.

Judi Shekoni: The British actress opted for a black and cream gown by Ilja. The designer creates such artistic pieces, but this look isn’t my favourite: mullet dresses are so dated. This look with bold shoulders would’ve worked better as a mini dress, with those gorgeous long pins.

Christian Serratos: The actress stunned in a beautiful red Zac Posen gown. If the plan was to upstage the main stars, I would say mission accomplished.

Amandla Stenberg: Just how utterly adorable is this look? The young actress wore a colourful digital-print H&M dress which I want in my closet. I know many of you don’t like jelly sandals, but they work so well with her cute look.

Kiernan Shipka: The ‘Mad Men’ actress wore a cute LBD with a sheer yoke, which was perfectly accessorized with berry Miu Miu peep-toes.

Ashley Tisdale: The actress wore a black and gold long-sleeve Aje ‘Evangeline’ mini dress with black ankle boots. Groundhog Day, anyone?Read More…

Teresa Palmer In Zac Posen – ‘Lincoln’ AFI Fest Premiere

Teresa Palmer attended the AFI Fest 2012 premiere for ‘Lincoln’ held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California yesterday evening.

The Australian actress wore a Zac Posen Resort 2013 dress.

Her bordeaux dress with slashed long sleeves, padded shoulders and an open neckline is a gorgeous dress, but I don’t buy it on Teresa.

Erin O’Connor: yes. Dita Von Teese: yes. Christine Baranski: yes. Coco Rocha: hell yes. But not Teresa.

For this dress to have even come close to working for me, she would’ve needed to take it up to knee level.

The playing dress up factor is further punctuated when you look at Teresa’s shoes to see that they are at least two sizes too big for her.

A black and gold clutch and a chic updo completed her look.

Teresa Palmer In Naeem Khan – Busan Film Festival Opening Ceremony

Teresa Palmer had a bit of a princess moment when she took to the red carpet for the Busan Film Festival opening ceremony in South Korea yesterday evening.

The beautiful actress wore a Naeem Khan Pre-Fall 2012 gown.

It’s a big gown, but I think the young star pulls off this look with a lot of grace.

I love the pearl-and-crystal-encrusted bodice on her short-sleeve and open-back cafe-taffeta tufted ballgown.

Wisely opting for subtle Jamie Wolf earrings and Dana Rebecca Designs rings, Teresa accessorized her look with a gold python Devi Kroell clutch.

Is this look BDOTW worthy?
