Taylor Swift In David Koma – Z100’s Jingle Ball 2012

Prior to her performance, Taylor Swift took to the red carpet at Z100′s Jingle Ball 2012 at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday evening.

The country-pop darling brought an aura of casually sexy chic to the red carpet, wearing a David Koma Spring 2013 dress.

The beloved singer/songwriter kept her look delightfully simple with minimal jewelry and accessories, but pumped up the volume with sky-high Jimmy Choo peep-toes and a signature bold red lip (which could also be an ode to the title of her latest musical release).

Taylor rarely misses a chance to look sweet and stylish at any sort of event, and this is no exception.

While we sometimes miss her penchant for sparkly gowns, we are really loving the more mature Taylor who knows how to be festive and flirty without donning looks that could double as disco balls.

Going back to her Tennessee roots, Taylor Swift reaffirmed her place as country-pop’s reigning princess at the Grammy Nominations Concert in Nashville last week.

The songstress looks like a dream in a lacy frock by Maria Lucia Hohan and a pair of nude peep-toe pumps.

The a-line dress complements Taylor’s willowy frame, while the lace pattern in the perfect shade of winter white is reminiscent of sweetly intricate snowflakes.

Taylor Swift In Oscar de la Renta – 2012 Ripple Of Hope Gala

The 2012 Ripple Of Hope Gala was held at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City yesterday evening, with the main attraction being Taylor Swift who performed for the star-studded charity event, which was also attended by Dianna Agron.

Taylor wore a lovely Oscar de la Renta gold tulle lame embroidered dress from the designer’s Resort 2013 collection.

The country singer, who is giving us a variety of lip shades these days instead of her signature red, accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz earrings, an Ofira bracelet and ring, plus suede Jimmy Choo ‘Cupcake’ peep-toes with a gold platform.

I’m sure some of you will say that this dress is very cutesy, but I feel like styling gives the overall look a mature feel.

Once again, side-swept tumbling locks completed her look.

Taylor Swift In Kate Spade New York – 2012 KIIS FM Jingle Ball

Taylor Swift hit the red carpet at the 2012 KIIS FM Jingle Ball held at Nokia Theatre’s L.A. Live on Saturday afternoon before taking to the stage to perform her latest hits, ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ and ‘Red’.

The singer wore a very Taylor-esqe cutesy look in this Kate Spade New York dress.

Her black-and-ivory striped satin sleeveless dress featuring a fitted bodice and a flared skirt was styled with simple black Christian Louboutin platform pumps.

Bringing her signature red pout back, Taylor completed her look with curly side-swept locks.

Taylor Swift In Elie Saab – 2012 ARIA Awards

Taylor Swift attended the 2012 ARIA Awards held at the Sydney Entertainment Centre 2012 in Sydney, Australia earlier today.

The country singer looked absolutely breath-taking wearing an Elie Saab Spring 2013 gown.

Her ivory sleeveless chiffon gown with a banded bodice is a beautiful ethereal look, but sadly it was so wrong for the occasion.

With the majority of the stars on this red carpet wearing mini dresses with futuristic prints, Taylor looked a tad overdressed, clearly not judging the vibe of this event correctly.

I won’t deny she looks stunning, especially the way she styled her look with a chic updo and stunning jewels, but this is a classic case of right dress, wrong occasion but still a BDOTW contender.

Taylor Swift In Zuhair Murad – 2012 American Music Awards

It looks like Taylor Swift is bringing back the sparkle, one red carpet look at time.

The young singer, who picked up several awards at the 2012 MTV EMAs last week, was looking to add to her collection on Sunday night at the 2012 American Music Awards, where she was up for ‘Favourite Country Female Artist’.

Dressed in a Zuhair Murad pre-Fall 2012 long-sleeve mini dress, the look featured intricate gold beadwork and a sexy open back.

Neil Lane jewels and Jimmy Choo sandals completed her golden girl look, with smoky eyes, nude lips and a chic updo providing the finishing touches.

This is the perfect look for Taylor. It’s young and event appropriate. I missed the sparkle, so I’m glad she’s rocking it once again on the red carpet.
