Stacey Martin In Christian Dior – ‘Godard Mon Amour’ New York Premiere

There was one huge change in Stacy Martin’s look while attending the New York premiere of ‘Godard Mon Amour’ on Thursday (April 19) in New York City – she wasn’t wearing Miu Miu, or Prada.

Instead the actress opted for a Dior dress which was simple and classic in style with only the bright red hue bringing immediate visual intrigue.

I’m so used to seeing Stacy decked out in an embellished dress or quirky print, that I’m not quite sure what to make of this more understated look.

Front Row @ Miu Miu Fall 2018

The Miu Miu Fall 2018 show was held on Tuesday (March 6) during Paris Fashion Week, with a front row of stylish stars in attendance.

Rowan Blanchard: The starlet completely had me charmed in her darling, bow-accented frock. The whole look from top to toe worked for her, partly by virtue of her youth, which allowed her to likewise pull off the embellished sandals, coral eye shadow, and choker.

Rami Malek: Who knew a mauve suit could look so hip. I like the inner-facing racing stripes for a twist on the sporty standard.

Rachel Brosnahan: There was a sweet, vintage sensibility to this multi-colour polka-cot, ruched frock and its bow-topped shoulders. Rachel fully embraced the spirit, too, with her headband and coral-pink lip, finishing the look with the familiar, quirky Miu Miu platforms.

Stacy Martin In Erdem – ‘Redoubtable’ London Film Festival Premiere

Stacy Martin was at the premiere of ‘Redoubtable’ at the BFI London Film Festival on Saturday (October 7) in London.

With a nod to the darker romance of the label’s signature floral motif, this Erdem Resort 2018 frock was imbued with a feminine mystique.

It possessed an intriguing balance between the slightly sultry corset-inspired bodice and the youthfulness of the flared skirt.

I loved how her casually textured hair and barely-there makeup added a sense of undone and effortless, cool-girl spirit to the look.

Front Row @ Miu Miu Spring 2018

Miu Miu-dressed darlings were out in force to celebrate the Miu Miu Spring 2018 collection on the final day of Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday (October 3).

Elle Fanning: From the bodice to the crotch, everything seemed to droop just a tad low on this jumpsuit, but I still loved the punchy glamour Elle brought to the look with her crimson lip along with the multi-colour confetti of embellishment on her sandals and earrings.

Naomie Harris: This cropped two-piece look was all about youthful femininity, with Naomie’s beautiful locks echoing the fun spirit. I love how the felt skirt glinted with just the hint of embellishment while the matching buckle clutch and sandals rounded out the look with a bolder finish.

Dakota Fanning: While we know the perils of taking a seat in a satiny fabric such as this, the electric-blue hue quickly absolved the girly frock of its creases. Embellished platforms made it all the more a signature Miu Miu look.

Front Row @ Miu Miu Cruise 2018 Show

The front row at the Miu Miu Cruise 2018 show, held during Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week on Sunday (July 2), was chock-full of Miu Miu-donning darlings—each embracing the quirky charm of the label in their own unique way.

Elle Fanning: Looking every bit like a modern-day Miu Miu princess, Elle masterfully wore a precious look from the Fall 2017 collection that got its sweet edge from the explosion of oversized paillettes and magpie-worthy embellishment. What better, then, than a pearl-encrusted headband—a modern girl’s tiara, of course—to top off her ballerina bun.

Alexa Chung: With a more traditional edgy offering in play, Alexa wore another interpretation of scintillating sequins in this silvery-gray frock topped off with a studded, leather moto jacket. Of course, it was the embellished buckle footwear in schoolgirl plaid that really put the look into the realm of signature Miu Miu quirk.

Teresa Palmer: While there would be no sparkling embellishment to speak of in Teresa’s look, the whimsical cherry print more than made up for it in this vintage-inspired, ruffle frock. The styling lent itself even more to the eccentric Miu Miu twist with costume-y bauble earrings, a seemingly out-of-place blue purse, and glittery platform heels each playing unusual companions whilst elevating the dress’s twee spirit.
