Sonam Kapoor In Jean Paul Gaultier Couture – ‘Players’ Dubai Premiere

Sonam Kapoor was joined by Abhishek Bachchan, Bipasha Basu and Neil Nitin Mukesh for the Dubai premiere of their film ‘Players’ this week.

Unfortunately I can’t find a better-quality picture, but I had to show you how stunning she looked in this Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2011 Couture gown.

This isn’t her first time wearing a couture dress by the French designer; you may remember she burst onto the international scene during Cannes Film Festival wearing a gown from his Fall 2009 collection.

On this occasion her ivory off-the-shoulder gown has draped chiffon pieces which fall from the bustier.

This is the most beautiful and elegant I have ever seen her on the red carpet.

I love the chic braided updo and smoky eyes which completed her flawless look.

Sonam Kapoor In Victoria Beckham – ‘Player’ Press Conference

Sonam Kapoor was very busy over the holidays promoting her new movie, ‘Players’ in Maharashtra, India.

The Indian actress wore another Victoria Beckham Spring 2012 commercial dress.

Her orange fitted signature VB dress has two pockets, one either side of her hips an on the top half of the dress. This detail may be hard to see as the dress is so stark and bright.

I love the statement necklace by Curio Cottage. The aqua blue provides a refreshing contrast against her citrus dress.

Gold Fendi T-bar sandals, kohl-rimmed eyes and a low side-parted bun completed her look.

It looks like VB has a new celebrity fan.

Sonam Kapoor In Victoria Beckham – ‘Superstar Santa’ Launch

Sonam Kapoor attended the launch of UTV Stars’ new show, ‘Superstar Santa’, in Mumbai yesterday evening.

The actress donned a Victoria Beckham Spring 2012 dress.

You may remember that I saw this lemon-and-white commercial dress at the Victoria Beckham press preview last month.

Sonam accessorized with nude Jimmy Choo peep-toes and diamond studded earrings.

I love how she swept her wavy locks over one shoulder to show off those dazzlers.

Kohl-rimmed eyes and a dark pink lip colour completed her look.

Sonam Kapoor In Elie Saab – 2011 Marie Claire Fashion Awards

Sonam Kapoor attended the 2011 Marie Claire Fashion Awards in Mumbai last night.

The Indian star looked beautiful wearing an Elie Saab Fall 2011 gown.

Her pleated halter and shoulder strap sand coloured gown was teamed with complementary Celine cuffs.

Kohl rimmed eyes and a braided updo completed her look.

Sonam Kapoor In Prabal Gurung – Tom Cruise Welcome To Mumbai Party

When Tom Cruise arrived in Mumbai earlier this week to promote ‘Mission Impossible’, a welcome bash was hosted in his honour at the Taj Mahal Hotel.

Sonam Kapoor attended wearing her third Prabal Gurung red carpet look, this time from the designers’ Fall 2011 collection.

Her crimson draped bustier dress with a purposely frayed hemline and black leather waistband looks surprisingly playful on Sonam.

I guess that’s because of the sassy side ponytail she’s got going on.

A black Bottega Veneta clutch, black Burberry sandals and Sunita Kapoor signature line earrings completed her look.

I only like this from the ankle up, the sandals are really basic and don’t do anything for the dress.

Sonam Kapoor In Chanel – Chanel Paris-Bombay Pre-Fall 2012 Show

Freida Pinto wasn’t the only Indian beauty to take her place in the front row of the Chanel Paris-Bombay Pre-Fall 2012 presentation held at the Grand Palais in Paris yesterday.
Rising star, Sonam Kapoor, did too.

The actress also wore a look from Chanel’s Spring 2012 collection; unfortunately, however, her styling let her down on this occasion.

Tights aside – it is winter after all – the necklace appears to be fighting for space with the ruffled detail on her shoulder.

With so much frou frou on her dress, I wish she’d just let the dress do all the talking.

I find her hairstyle a tad aging and the makeup too heavily applied.
