2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Red Carpet Roundup

The crush of beauties continued in full force on the red carpet of the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party last night (March 4) in Beverly Hills, California.

Odeya Rush: The young starlet was a vision in this neon-bright chartreuse Vivienne Westwood Couture gown. The sculptural, one-shoulder ruffle detail is nothing we haven’t seen before, but the bold colour made the look feel dynamic. I do think she could have offered up a more youthful beauty look—and less bronzer—to accompany the sophisticated sass of the gown.

Dree Hemingway: There was a delicate daintiness to this Valentino Pre-Fall 2018 nude, embellished lace gown, which Dree echoed in her minimal hair and makeup. The yellow-tinged, ribbon belt made all the difference in breathing a bit of life into the neutral dress, with Repossi jewels to complete the look.

Chanel Celebrates the Chanel Beauty House and @WeLoveCoco

On Wednesday (February 28), Chanel hosted a cocktail party to debut the Chanel Beauty House in celebration of @WeLoveCoco, a new instagram community dedicated to user-generated beauty content.

Hollywood influencers showcased an array of styles from classic to more contemporary.

Ava Phillippe: This fresh take on Chanel signature boucle was injected with plenty of youthful flare thanks to her colourful accessories.

Kristen Stewart: While I love that the Chanel ambassador made this Pre-Fall 2018 look her own, a part of me wishes she kept the runway knitted boots.

Mackenzie Foy: Colour-blocking has never felt so fun and vibrant. Like Ava, Mackenzie’s accessories enhance the look.

Stella McCartney’s Autumn 2018 Collection Launch

Stella McCartney’s Autumn 2018 collection launch on Tuesday (January 16) in Los Angeles, California was brimming with bold fashion.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: The model looked like a yummy mummy in her one-shouldered knit and vegan leather trousers. The autumnal shades and materials are luxurious, and the gold accessories only heightened the feel. That’s why it’s a shame about the semi-sheer top.

Kate Bosworth: I’m sure there will be many people who will want to rip this macramé strap off. It makes me feel a bit better that it’s part of a bag, but coupled with the short-sleeved blazer, there’s a touristy vibe I find difficult to shake off. I’m further let down by the rumpled trousers. Not her best.

Katy Perry: The singer went for extreme volume in an asymmetrical red dress. I’m afraid her colourful makeup and accessories only enhance the cartoonish feel of the look — and not in the best way. Now we know why Annabelle Wallis belted the gown at The 2017 Fashion Awards.

Sofia Boutella In Madewell – 2018 Winter TCA Tour

Sofia Boutella stepped out at the 2018 Winter TCA Tour on Thursday (January 11) in Pasadena, California.

‘The Mummy’ actress looked effortlessly chic in a Madewell dress.

The floral wrap style still retained its bohemian feel, but she dressed it up with strappy sandals and by cinching the waist with a belt.

What do you think of the outfit?

7th Annual Sean Penn & Friends HAITI RISING Gala

The 7th Annual Sean Penn & Friends HAITI RISING Gala was held on Saturday (January 6) in LA.

Barbara Meier: The German model contributed to the evening’s glamour with an Eva Poleschinski gown. There is something about a cape that immediately adds so much drama to a look, but it was the rich, buttery goldenrod hue in combination with her flame-hair locks that really brought the look to life. I do think the dress fell a bit long, even on her statuesque frame.

Sofia Boutella: Chicly showing that Prada doesn’t always mean over-embellished or overly quirky, the actress was striking in this sophisticated dove-grey dress with just the hint of sequin embroidery.

Allison Williams: I like the delicate natured of this Adeam gown, not only in its ballet-pink hue but also the skirt’s softly layered movement. Some of you haven’t been enthused so far with her return to darker roots. Are you warming to the new look at all?
