2013 Tony Awards Red Carpet Round Up

Here is a roundup of the rest of the stars who took to the red carpet at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City for the 2013 Tony Awards on Sunday evening.

Sally Field: The ‘Lincoln’ actress wore a dark-green Giorgio Armani crepe gown with part of the bodice featuring draped satin detail and embellishments. She styled her gown with Jacob & Co. jewels.

Laura Benanti: The actress was glowing, wearing a vibrant electric-blue Randi Rahm gown styled with a silver Lauren Merkin clutch and Fred Leighton jewels.

Audra McDonald: The beautiful actress opted for a black-and-white on-trend David Meister colour-block strapless gown.

Sigourney Weaver Wore Her 2013 SAG Awards Lanvin Gown Back-To-Front

Sigourney Weaver did an Angelina Jolie on the red carpet at the 2013 SAG Awards on Sunday.

Not the ‘right-leg’ thing; the wearing of a dress ‘back-to-front’ thing.

On Browns Fashion her black satin Lanvin gown with ruffled trims and an asymmetrical hemline is featured as having a plunging neckline.

On Sigourney the gown has a high neckline with an open back.

Maybe she thought the plunge was too deep so she opted for a sexy back instead.

Either way between the flat back of the gown pressing against her chest and the fact that she didn’t wear a bra she’s giving a whole new meaning to the words SAG Awards.

Who Wore Christian Dior Better? Kristen Bell or Sigourney Weaver

Kristen Bell arrived at the 2011 UNICEF Ball last week wearing a beautiful Christian Dior Resort 2012 gown.

Her Grecian goddess asymmetrical gown with a draped detail over the shoulder was accessorized with Katerina Maxine tasselled earrings and a silver Judith Leiber clutch.

Sigourney Weaver wore the same gown to the 11th Marrakech International Film Festival closing ceremony in Morocco two days later.

The legendary actress wore a gorgeous coral version with gold strappy sandals.

Whilst I wish Sigourney had opted to wear her hair back like her companion in the picture, she still wins for me.

This coral colour is outstanding on her.

Who Wore David Meister Better? Jamie Lee Curtis and Sigourney Weaver

Jamie Lee Curtis and Sigourney Weaver arrived at the “You Again” Premiere last night wearing the SAME beautiful David Meister turquoise satin one shoulder cocktail dress.

They must have been horrified.

Will someone from David Meister be fired for this fashion faux pas?

Nope, because this was deliberate as the same thing happens in the movie.

In their scene Sigourney actually says, “Quick someone call Us Weekly and find out Who Wore It Best?”

Both women look amazing.

I’m impressed that in a youth obsessed Hollywood that Jamie has embraced her grey hair.

Jamie might have the better body, but I much prefer Sigourney’s shoes so she wins for me.
