Selena Gomez In 3.1 Phillip Lim – Elvis Duran Z100 Morning Show

Selena Gomez, who is currently promoting her new single ‘Come & Get It’, stopped by the Elvis Duran Z100 Morning Show in New York City yesterday afternoon.

Sporting a floral look, the singer wore a 3.1 Phillip Lim ‘Get It Girl’ appliquéd silk chiffon tank paired with the 3.1 Phillip Lim floral-print silk trousers we saw on the runway.

The look has somewhat of a pyjama feel, which many of you strong objected to when it became a huge trend last year.

I love the relaxed silhouette of the look and the break from the more overtly sexy looks Selena has been rocking lately.

Bionda Castana ‘Elisabetta’ sandals completed her look.

Selena Gomes In Peter Pilotto – 2013 NewNowNext Awards

Selena Gomez hit the red carpet at the 2013 NewNowNext Awards on Friday at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles prior to the 2013 MTV Movie Awards.

The young star wore a Peter Pilotto Spring 2013 top with Plein Sud black leather pants with python detail and Giuseppe Zanotti pumps.

The show-stopping top was worn previously by Cate Blanchett, who is a tough act to follow, but I think Selena holds her own.

The top is playful and modern, and Selena was wise to pair it with solid black pants versus the geometric-print seen on the model–that would have been way too much look for ‘real life’.

Selena’s green eyeshadow is right on point for the season and the outfit, and while her pin-straight locks look beautiful, I think the one way Cate trumps her is by pulling her tresses back. This top needs to be seen.

Selena Gomez In Julien Macdonald – 2013 MTV Movie Awards

Also sporting a highly stylized ponytail at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards on the red carpet at the Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California was Selena Gomez.

The baby-face worked a Dutch braid, pompadour-like ‘do, wearing a very sexy long-sleeved Julien Macdonald gold fringed mini dress from the designer’s recent Fall 2013 collection.

Adding yet more sparkle to her look, she wore champagne-coloured Jimmy Choo ‘Vibe’ peep-toes and gold earrings.

Selena Gomez In Marios Schwab – London Show Rooms LA

Selena Gomez attended the London Show Rooms LA event at Thompson Hotel yesterday in Beverly Hills.

The ‘Spring Breakers’ actress wore a Marios Schwab Fall 2011 dress paired with basic black Giuseppe Zanotti pumps and a Lauren Merkin ‘Lucca’ oval shaped minaudière.

As far as LBDs go, this one knocks it out of the park for me. The white piping and buckle accents add visual appeal and are figure flattering, making it the perfect ‘go to’ dress for any event.

My only complaint is I would have liked to see either her clutch or manicure be a colour other than black. I don’t think a tiny bit of colour would have been too much. Yet, considering the young actress’s tendency to way over do red carpet looks, I should be thankful that she took the a more subtle approach this time around.

Selena Gomez In Osman – ‘Spring Breakers’ Press Conference

Selena Gomez attended a press conference with news agency Reuters to promote her new movie ‘Spring Breakers’ recently.

She wore a pretty Osman Fall 2013 dress in a summery yellow hue.

The sleeveless cocktail dress with gold embroidered detailing was styled with gold Brian Atwood sandals and glossy wavy locks.

I love the simple styling and the colour against her caramel skin tone. I continue to applaud her choices. I’m delighted by her flawless transition from teen star to young adult.

Since Beyonce Knowles wore Osman to the Grammys, celebs can’t get enough of this designer’s pieces.

This is the second Osman look to be worn by a celeb this week, following Kristen Stewart at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards.
