Mira Sorvino In Romona Keveža – 2018 Oscars

Mira Sorvino was not to be missed at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood, where she joined Paz VegaEiza Gonzalez and Abbie Cornish.

The actress was a beauty in blooms in a Romona Keveža Fall 2018 gown. It was a romantic statement with the pastel flowers cascading down the skirt.

I love the girlish, whimsical nature of the style, but I get the impression that she doesn’t feel completely comfortable in it.

Through her posing and facial expressions, it appears she seems encumbered by the skirt. It’s a pity.

Kelly Marie Tran In Jenny Packham – 2018 Oscars

Kelly Marie Tran attended the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Los Angeles.

The Star Wars: The Last Jedi actress wore an ethereal Jenny Packham Spring 2018 gown with subtle diamond jewels.

First of all, can I just say what a phenomenal color this is for the red carpet? It is definitely not one you see every day, and it is lovely for spring. Of course, the bead work and pleating are Jenny Packham perfection, and Kelly looks beautiful.

A creative updo and rosy makeup continue this unique but fitting look.

Eiza Gonzalez In Ralph Lauren Collection – 2018 Oscars

Eiza Gonzalez brightened up the 2018 Oscars at the Hollywood & Highland Center on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood, California, joining Betty GabrielAllison Williams, Sofia Carson and Allison Janney.

The actress, who is on presenting duties this evening, showcased sporty minimalism in a Ralph Lauren Collection Spring 2018 gown.

With a restrained silhouette and fabrication, every detail had to be perfect and I must say that the sunny dress delivered. It made me think of the red Calvin Klein dress Jennifer Lawrence wore to the 2011 Oscars.

The Chopard jewels brought some bling.

Paz Vega In Christopher Bu – 2018 Oscars

Paz Vega was one of the first stars down the red carpet at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Los Angeles.

The actress wore a striking Christopher Bu gown with Chopard jewelry.

I know there is going to be some differences in opinion on this gown, but I am completely sold on the unique beauty.

The structure is a true work of art, and the use of mixed prints in a formal gown is the type of creativity I simply love on the red carpet. The bold floral print was also a knock-out from afar, as Paz walked the carpet.

I love the effect of her delicate pixie with the neckline of the dress sans necklace–so serene and elegant

Abbie Cornish In Elie Saab Couture – 2018 Oscars

Abbie Cornish attended the 2018 Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 4).

The actress wore an Elie Saab Couture gown from the 2018 Spring collection, which was equal parts classic and modern.

The gown has a distinctly vintage art deco feel, while the rose gold color of the fabric and beading is thoroughly au courant. And while I am a little bored with the off-the-shoulder trend in general, it adds a dramatic and visually appealing element to this gown.

Rosy smokey makeup and a very simple blow-out complete the look.

Betty Gabriel In Tony Ward Couture – 2018 Oscars

Betty Gabriel turned heads at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood, California where she joined Allison Williams, Sofia Carson and Allison Janney.

The ‘Get Out’ actress showed some skin in a Tony Ward Fall 2017 Couture gown. The sensual nature of the dress was contrasted with the whimsical embellishment.

The skirt had a serene pond-like quality so I was disheartened that it didn’t have a lining because the visible panties kill all of the other dazzling elements.

She has had some fabulous outfits this season and I wished she could have finished with her best look.

Allison Janney In Reem Acra – 2018 Oscars

Allison Janney was a beauty in red at the 2018 Oscars on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood, where she joined Allison Williams, Sofia Carson and Zoey Deutch.

The ‘I Tonya’ star, who is nominated for Best Supporting Actress, wore a custom Reem Acra gown that showcased her statuesque beauty.

The regal style is cut perfectly so it flows to the ground where the draping from the split sleeves creates a soft pooling effect against the structured silhouette.

Her jewels and Roger Vivier clutch presented a unified finish.
