Sasha Lane In Tory Burch – 2018 Met Gala

Sasha Lane floated onto the carpet at the 2018 Met Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 7) in New York City.

‘The Miseducation of Cameron Post’ actress was dressed in adherence to the theme with her custom Tory Burch look. With its diaphanous layers and lace trimmings, it was reminiscent of a baptism gown.

Her twisted and embellished locs wove together to create a striking sculptural hairstyle that will give Sarah Jessica Parker’s headpiece some competition for most captivating look.

Front Row @ Prada Resort 2019

So many pretties (and a few handsome lads, too) were at the Prada Resort 2019 presentation on Friday (May 4) in New York City. The fashion house’s quirky, colourful sensibilities made for quite the eclectic front row.

Lily Collins: Grunge met girly in this Prada Fall 2018 look that threw caution to the wind when it came to tradition. Tube top aside, the schoolgirl pleats and socks took on a punky spirit with the skirt’s techy, polyurethane-like overlay and tall platform shoes. The lilac eye shadow and fashion-face clutch looked like they belonged to another outfit—but it was all a part of the funky charms.

Poppy Delevingne: I don’t think this hot-pink hue of this chiffon and sequin Prada Fall 2018 frock could have gotten any hotter. But, Poppy wasn’t about to have a customary pretty-in-pink moment, as she added the edgy-goth oxblood lip and black heels to dramatize the effect.

Dianna Agron: Even though there was a lot going on with this dimensionally embellished, neon-floral-studded Prada Fall 2018 design, I didn’t find the chiffon-coated dress overbearing. I love how she let the frock be front and centre by keeping her styling on the basic side. The one bold slick of the coral lip was the perfect finish.

Sasha Lane In Valentino – ‘Miseducation of Cameron Post’ Tribeca Film Festival Premiere

Sasha Lane was another Tribeca Film Festival attendee. She showed up at the ‘Miseducation of Cameron Post’ premiere on Sunday (April 22).

The more I see the actress on the red carpet, the more intrigued I am thanks to her cool-girl demeanor and ability to carry off unique silhouettes in an insouciant manner.

For her latest appearance, she wore a Valentino Pre-Fall 2018 dress.

This isn’t the first look I would think of from the designer with the graphic stripes adding a punky edge to the balloon silhouette, but I think it’s in her wheelhouse.

It’s fashion-forward, mixes unexpected references and has pockets for an effortless touch.

Pedro Garcia ‘Ana’ ankle booties contributed to the edgy mood without overcooking the look.

2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Red Carpet Roundup

The crush of beauties continued in full force on the red carpet of the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party last night (March 4) in Beverly Hills, California.

Odeya Rush: The young starlet was a vision in this neon-bright chartreuse Vivienne Westwood Couture gown. The sculptural, one-shoulder ruffle detail is nothing we haven’t seen before, but the bold colour made the look feel dynamic. I do think she could have offered up a more youthful beauty look—and less bronzer—to accompany the sophisticated sass of the gown.

Dree Hemingway: There was a delicate daintiness to this Valentino Pre-Fall 2018 nude, embellished lace gown, which Dree echoed in her minimal hair and makeup. The yellow-tinged, ribbon belt made all the difference in breathing a bit of life into the neutral dress, with Repossi jewels to complete the look.

Chanel Celebrates the Chanel Beauty House and @WeLoveCoco

On Wednesday (February 28), Chanel hosted a cocktail party to debut the Chanel Beauty House in celebration of @WeLoveCoco, a new instagram community dedicated to user-generated beauty content.

Hollywood influencers showcased an array of styles from classic to more contemporary.

Ava Phillippe: This fresh take on Chanel signature boucle was injected with plenty of youthful flare thanks to her colourful accessories.

Kristen Stewart: While I love that the Chanel ambassador made this Pre-Fall 2018 look her own, a part of me wishes she kept the runway knitted boots.

Mackenzie Foy: Colour-blocking has never felt so fun and vibrant. Like Ava, Mackenzie’s accessories enhance the look.
