Sarah Paulson In Marchesa - 64th Annual ACE Eddie Awards

Sarah Paulson attended the 64th Annual ACE Eddie Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Friday (February 7) in Beverly Hills, California.

The actress opted for yet another twee frock, wearing a Marchesa Resort 2014 white lace A-line shift dress with a shirt collar and crystal 3D silk-chiffon flower details on the sleeves and skirt.

Opting for neutral makeup, the pop of colour came via her pink clutch, with taupe Louboutin pumps and jewels courtesy of EF Collection and Dana Rebecca Designs also accessorizing her look.

Sarah Paulson In Alberta Ferretti - ‘In Secret’ LA Premiere

Sarah Paulson attended the LA premiere of ‘In Secret’ held at ArcLight Hollywood on Thursday (February 6) in Hollywood, California, joining Elizabeth Olsen.

The actress wore an Alberta Ferretti Fall 2013 dress consisting of a sheer beaded long-sleeved top with an A-line skirt which was both beaded and featured a lace trim. She styled the outfit with black patent pumps.

There is something about Sarah’s look that I can’t get on board with. It’s either the skirt or the slight twee factor.

You may remember that Zhang Ziyi wore this with a different skirt in August. Ana Beatriz Barros and Chiara Ferragni have also worn the gowns.

I think I prefer the gown.

Sarah Paulson In Monique Lhuillier - 2014 Directors Guild Of America Awards

Sarah Paulson attended the 66th Annual Directors Guild of America Awards on Saturday evening (January 25) held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, California joining Anna Kendrick.

The ’12 Years A Slave’ actress wore a pretty Monique Lhuillier Pre-Fall 2014 strapless tea length embroidered dress accented with a black grosgrain waistband.

Everything about this look is super chic from the striking detailing on her dress, to the iridescent Jimmy Choo sandals and the elegant black Judith Leiber clutch.

I especially love the side parted bob and flawless makeup.

She may not get as much buzz as her co-star Lupita Nyong’o, but Sarah has been making some good choices when it comes to red carpet dressing this awards season.

Sarah Paulson attended the 2014 Producers Guild Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 19) in Beverly Hills, California, joining Lupita Nyong’o and Helen Mirren.

The general consensus was that her Rochas dress for the SAG Awards was too twee, so she went in the other direction this time, wearing a sexy Marc Jacobs Spring 2014 sequin mocha short-sleeved frock with purple floral accents.

The look was well styled with Christian Louboutin shoes, Rona Pfeiffer earrings and a black satin clutch.

Perhaps the fact that you can see her black pants through her dress will be incredibly off-putting, but do you prefer this look over her SAGAs dress?

Sarah Paulson In Rochas - 2014 SAG Awards

Sarah Paulson hit the red carpet at the 2014 SAG Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Saturday (January 18) in Los Angeles.

The ’12 Years a Slave’ and ‘American Horror Story’ actress wore a white, Rochas dress with a Roger Vivier clutch, Manolo Blahnik shoes and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.

It’s an unusual dress combining sweet ruffles, a 1950s silhouette and a petticoat-esque skirt but there’s something very charming about it. Sarah is even pulling off the always-difficult ankle length.

A brand-new bob haircut and hot pink lip keeps Sarah’s look modern instead of cutesy.

I love the look more and the more the longer I look at it but I also expect many will disagree. What do you think?

Sarah Paulson In Marchesa - 2014 Golden Globe Awards

Sarah Paulson looked flirty and feminine at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards at the Beverley Hills Hilton on Sunday (January 12).

The ‘12 Years A Slave’ and ‘American Horror Story’ actress wore a silver, lace dress by Marchesa with a clutch by Marchesa, sandals by Christian Louboutin and earrings by Irene Neuwirth.

Sarah looks beautiful and there’s nothing inherently flawed about the outfit but the sweet, tiered lace comes off a bit young. It would have been great to see her in a version of the dress more similar to the sexy runway iteration.
